Katherine was such a sweetheart. I went in for waxing at the summit location, this being my first time thug to wax anything, I went in without knowing they don't offer it and they said they only do it at the slover location in Fontana. So pretty disappointed, I drove 25 minutes out to the slover location. (Fontana traffic gets pretty bad) Once I got there, I asked for waxing, they said they do it, but when I was called for my turn, they led me they ran out of wax.... So at this point I was pretty upset, but didn't really show it. Just pretty disappointed that my trip would ultimately be a waste. The lady that helped me was named Kathryn. I don't know if I spelled her name right, but, she was such a sweetheart. She offered to thread the underarms instead of wax, which I didn't know was pretty common, and at the end, I got the service that I waned and she still gave me a discount for the inconvenience. She tried to give me my service for $6 instead of $10 and the people in charge weren't letting it happen, so I ended up paying $8. Which I'm not complaining about at all. But in the end, the place is clean, and attentive, I will definitely go back just because Kathryn was friendly and did a good job at not making me feel uncomfortable for my service. Thank you! Ask for Raman! She works Mon-Sat. Raman is very humble, sweet, and does an AMAZING job. I'm very hesitant on letting anyone else touch my brows, but the other ladies here do a great job as well. I have had good service every time except today. I come here to shape my eyebrows not to have them done differently and then tell me my eyebrows are naturally shaped differently. everywhere else they have no issues making them even but here especially since I have thick eyebrows it more to work with. I don't understand why she would Keep taking them out not following a shape or without trying to match them. stupid! why would she even say you have alot of eyebrow to so it's easier to make it even and make them uneven more than they were when I walked in. read more

I went in for henna service that it states on its window and then said they couldn't do a design from their own book design.They were simple lines and dots but they rejected me because they wanted to focus on the line of those needing eyebrows done. it was rude ! I'm new around the area and I came to this place about 5 times and recently I stopped by because it had been a while from getting my eyebrows threaded and honestly it's been the worse experience ever from all the times I've had my eyebrows done. The lady took some skin off and I've had to cover it up with extra makeup. It was also my first time getting my underarms waxed here and she burnt my skin and now it looks dark and it's scarred it's also starting to peel. I really can't believe this experience. I had a great experience at this location! Unfortunately didn't get the name of the technician but she wore glasses & had black hair. I asked for just a clean up and for my brows to be kept thick. She showed me one eyebrow before moving on to the next to make sure I liked it. Was super quick & didn't thin out my eyebrows which has happened in other places. GREAT price & I was seen really quickly. If you pay with card you should inform them of the tip you wanna leave because you can't add it at the end when signing the receipt. I used to love going here with a particular woman who was usually at the first chair. I never see her anymore so I assume she left. I've gone there multiple times since & they mess up my eyebrows EVERYTIME. I wanted to give them a chance but I can't anymore they messed up so horribly this time it's such a joke. I had been growing my eyebrows back for MONTHS, & before I left to get them done I filled in my eyebrows so much that it would've been impossible for them to mess up. Well they did. I told her just to clean them & she messed up my eyebrow shape so badly I can't even fill it in it's so noticeable. She just cleaned them up and added a perfect sexy arch. I really think they do a good job and have never messed up my eyebrows (knock on wood) considering I have really thin eyebrows already. I usually go to any of the ladies there, they all tend to do a good job. They also give out stamp cards so after your 7th eyebrow threading service next one is free!
