I used to love coming here but the staff is very rude. I have thick eyebrows and sometimes when i come and ask for thin since they grow fast. After asking one lady give me a dirty look and said.. "okay.." , (in a rude condescending tone) after doing my brows , she asked if i wanted a service for my "mustache" and i kindly declined by saying no thank you.. she then said, "well you need it " i was shocked and surprised they act that way.. It's one thing to reccomend a service , but to INSIST i need something after i said no and said i needed it was completely out of pocket.. not returning ! I've been coming here for a while and I must say they're very inconsistent. Most of the time I don't have problems with not liking my eyebrows but the last few times i've been they been doing a low quality job. Leaving hairs and messing up shape. i always come here to get my eyebrows threaded. They've always done a good job but this time i went and some lady, didnt catch her name, did my eyebrows. While she was doing them i had a bad feeling, she would spend more time on one eyebrow than on the other, i knew my eyebrows werent that grown out, i had asked for a cleanup. When she was done and showed me a mirror, One eyebrow was higher than the other. I perfectly know my own eyebrows to know they are aligned with eachother. i proceed to say they look uneven and she said no they look fine. I then ask the other lady if she can fix my eyebrows, so she does. Both of them then proceed to talk in a language i didnt know, they were talking and laughing. They then tried gaslighting me into believing and thinking i naturally had uneven eyebrows. Both of them didn't even fix my eyebrows and i left with uneven eyebrows. Worst experience ever, never going back again, i should've asked for my money back. Do not come here. read more

Been coming here for years. For the first time today I had an issue. The lady waxing my underarms burned my skin! The wax was so hot! She didn't prep my skin prior to laying wax. I think she was having a bad. She proceeds to tell me if I have cash. (I pay with Apple Pay and tip cash) after I told her I'm paying with Apple Pay, she says "next time you need to bring cash because we accept tips." Whatever you do AVOID JYOTI. I went here around Christmas to get my brows done. I haven't lived in socal for over a year but I always held this place close to my heart. I went in, and took JYOTI chair and I already had a bad feeling When she was doing my brows it felt like she was drawing a line instead of threading. I knew she screwed up my brows. They didn't look alikke at all. One brow was super thin while the other was thick(from base to tail), but she told me it was my eyebrows and how thin they are. I've dealt with my brows being thin all my life but she was the first to mess them up. I stupidly paid her but other going over it, I returned and asked for my money back. She tried to say again that it was my hair but I showed the other threaders and by the look in their face she knew she screwed up. Now my hair isn't even growing back at the same pace. I went to my threader in the Bay and she kept saying how bad she did my brows based on how it grew back! The lady botched my eyebrows and when I tried to tell her that it did not look right one is higher and a different shape she tells me my eyebrows are two different colors and it's me not my eyebrows it's because they don't have enough hair on one. This place was my go-to, even when I left Southern California I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would let my eyebrows grow out until I'd go back home to get them done here. I come to find out my last visit home, my mom stopped coming. I didn't think to ask why because I REALLY needed my eyebrows cleaned up so I did and it was the most painful experience I've ever had getting my eyebrows done. My pain tolerance is not high but this is not my first rodeo. I have been getting my eyebrows done for over the past six year... And never again!!! All it takes is one bad experience to completely scar someone from revisiting. Pretty good spot. I've been coming here for awhile. It's clean and they do a great job. They're very quick. I was in and out in under 20 minutes (wait time was like 5 minutes)there was about 4 ladies before my turn. They have about 4-5 work stations so they can do your eyebrows etc.. I just moved to Fontana and I've been kinda scared to try a new place for my eyebrows, but I decided to give this place a chance. Honestly I don't even know why I waited to come here, this will be my new favorite place. It's so convenient and the price is right. Today was my first time here and the process of getting my eyebrows was fast, efficient and painless which is surprisingly good because I always leave with my eyes tearing up lol I came in and got seated quite quick and she was very polite, I told her what I came for and got exactly what I asked for.
