Although I am familiar with the staff of Newburger-Andes, this is a completely unbiased review, and I honestly do not understand the previous reviews. I know for a fact that Newburger-Andes looks after their clients, and focuses on their personal needs. They do a tremendous job leasing and managing properties of investors, and always inform them of the potential risks of certain investments. They have taken steps to further improve themselves, incorporating different features to give a complete perspective of properties to their investors and clients. Newburger-Andes does a great job of taking care of their tenants, and ensures the quality of their properties. David Andes, the Chief Investment Officer, is patient, efficient, and has improved the company hugely. He is always willing to help, and knows exactly what to do if you are in a frenzy of a situation. I am only using Mr. Andes as an example, because all of the other employees follow these characteristics. my husband rented space from them a few years back. I decided to take over the business after we decided to run it from home, but needed a lot more space a few years after that, so I contacted them again, and they were able to accommodate me in one of the small warehouses in Doraville, and they were kind enough to let me do a short lease of 1 year, other places require two to five years and I just wasn't sure whether I wanted to continue running my business after having kids. The gal who showed me space came after 7pm on a Saturday which surprised me, most people in commercial real estate only work weekdays lol. It only took them 2 days to get my lease processed and let me move in. I had mediocre credit so I was asked to get a co-signor or pay extra deposit. The space needed a lot of work but over the following two weeks there were repairs done. The trash was being raided after hours by people looking for either food or recyclables, so there was a bit of stuff flying around the lot. The management tried to handle it but honestly, they would have to lock up the trash bin to stop that from going on! I ended up closing up shop after 8 months for personal issues. Not only was the space perfect for us, but the price was very affordable, and everything was explained very well up front, so there were no surprises. We were in the space about 6 years and decided to sell the company. David was so nice and accommodating, even allowing us to transfer the lease to the new owner. Something like that could have really caused a problem with the sale of the business, but the fact that he worked with us at every turn, helped facilitate an easy transition.
