And after two weeks of waiting to hear back about my application they sent an email about "moving forward with another candidate" but didn't even communicate with me so I could fully finish mine! They are not helpful at all during your application process and I believe they pick and choose what applicant they want to move forward with for PERSONAL reasons. Not first come first serve.

There are a few things that really set Nicholas apart: 1) He really knows the geography and the technical aspects of lot selection. We were looking around Chastain and he could tell me which lots have issues with drainage because of the water flow around the hills, and which lots would cause issues with house placement, etc. He was very familiar with the building code, set backs, etc. and the implications of those for whether it would support our plan. 2) He understands the market and could advise us on how to build in a way that would create value. He was able to credibly advise on house valuations in the area and channel that insight into how much to spend on the lot. He was also able to leverage this insight to advise us on how to spec out the house in a way that would optimize equity creation (I.e. what upgrades add to the valuation and which do not). 3) He was very helpful in counseling me through getting to the right offer to close the deal at a valuation that made sense. 4) He is super responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with.
