My best friend discovered they were having a sample sale, and we booked an appointment during a weekend trip to New York. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed. We had the entire shop to ourselves, and Liz, who assisted us, was incredible. She pulled dresses that fit both my style and my budget, made us feel so comfortable, and created such a relaxed, supportive, and fun environment. To top it all off, I found the dress. It was nothing like what I thought I'd choose, but the second Liz finished helping me into it, I had that unmistakable "this is the one" feeling. I returned twice for alterations, and every time, Liz was just as warm, kind, and attentive as during my first visit. She truly made the experience special from start to finish. I can't say enough wonderful things about Best Total Wedding Plaza. They helped me find my dream dress and made the entire process feel joyful, personal, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I first found them through a friend's recommendation and I had already gone to about 10+ dress shops, still unsure of what dress I wanted. Huey helped me find the perfect dress! Grace was there for every one of my dress fitting appointments and ensured that the dress was the perfect fit by the end. We also used the Vow for our floral, photography and photo booth services and Huey and Grace both went above and beyond to ensure that those services were perfect on the day of. They were there at the beginning of my wedding day to check in on all the vendor services and at the end as well. While I didn't use them for our wedding coordinator services because our venue provided one, I would without a doubt recommend them if you are in search of one!

The dynamic duo worked well as a team and individually. Our makeup artist Grace, was very meticulous in applying our lashes. We both wanted makeup that still looked bright and natural without looking over made and she delivered. Sparkles and light white/ cream base lids for my mini me and nude with a hint of golden tones for me. The hair stylist was also phenomenal. We brought printed photos as inspiration for the hair styles we wanted and we got exactly as pictured. She was spot on with the details, especially putting on the final touch, my daughter's tiara for her big day. They both went above and beyond in their booked services. (Side note: I did request assistance to get my daughter into her ball gown and they helped me with that as well without hesitation). I highly recommend this salon for their hair and makeup services.

I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer, however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

Ok this is going to be a long one, but everyone has to know!…read more We worked with White Collections and had Sydney Cho as our day-of coordinator, and I truly don't think words will ever fully capture how grateful we are for her. Going into wedding planning, we thought a "day-of coordinator" meant someone who would step in on the actual wedding day and help things run smoothly. What we experienced with Sydney was something completely different, and so much more meaningful. From the moment we hired her about a month before our wedding, she stepped in with such care, intention, and control over every moving part. It felt like she quietly took the weight of the entire wedding off our shoulders without ever making us feel out of the loop. That last month before the wedding can be overwhelming in a way that's hard to explain unless you've been through it, and Sydney gave us something we didn't even realize we needed so badly, which was peace. Real peace. She created space for us to actually breathe, to be present, and to enjoy being engaged instead of constantly feeling stressed or behind. Her professionalism is on another level. The way she communicates, organizes, anticipates problems before they even exist, and handles every detail with intention is something I'm still in awe of. There was never a moment where I felt unsure or anxious once she was involved. I trusted her completely, and that trust is something every bride hopes for but doesn't always get. On the wedding day itself, I don't even know how to explain what she accomplished. We had 250 guests, no printed schedules or programs, and somehow everything flowed so seamlessly that not a single person was confused about what was happening or where they needed to be. That alone feels impossible, and yet she made it look effortless. Every transition, every moment, every detail was handled so smoothly that my husband and I were genuinely shocked. We kept looking at each other like, "How is one person doing all of this?!" She also went so far beyond what anyone would expect from a coordinator. She stepped in to help both of our moms with their dresses, helped with my dress bustle, ran around tending to our whole bridal party and was just there for anything and everything we needed, even when she absolutely didn't have to be. In those moments, she didn't feel like just a coordinator, she felt like a big sister. Someone who genuinely cared about us and wanted our wedding experience to be perfect. What stood out the most is that she didn't just "do her job." She cared. You can feel when someone is just executing tasks versus when they are fully invested in making your day perfect, and Sydney was completely, wholeheartedly invested. She protected our experience, our time, and our energy in a way that we will never forget. We haven't worked with other coordinators, but I can say this with complete confidence. Sydney is exceptional at what she does. She's the kind of person who sets the standard so high that it's hard to imagine anyone else comparing. Sydney, if you're reading this, thank you for everything you gave us. You made our wedding feel effortless, joyful, and completely taken care of, and that is something we will carry with us forever. We are so, so grateful for you!!!!

NEGATIVE -----TEN STARS. BEWARE…read more Future brides, If you want a Drama-free wedding, I urge you to NOT make this your bridal shop. LOOK ELSEWHERE. There are PLENTY of bridal shops that will carry just the same brand and variety of gowns with BETTER staff, if not more. I purchased a wedding gown from Charisol Bridal and the store's own tailor had completed a hemming job on my dress on my sleeves and the bottom of the skirt. Dissatisfied with the job they had provided me with, I decided to pick up the dress from Charisol Bridal to have it looked at by another independent tailor. Upon trying the dress on at the new tailor's, I noticed the hemline at the bottom was uneven with a portion of it at the front shorter than the rest (SEE PHOTO). I also found a stain on the front of the dress even though I have not taken the dress out of the original bag until that time. I reached out to the manager at Charisol Bridal who told me that there is nothing she could offer to mend the issue rather than to "listen to [us]" over the phone. I asked for a better solution and the manager later called back offering two solutions for the problem: 1) provide me with the refund for the tailoring job, which is $450 OR 2) order an entirely new gown from the designer. I opted to get the full refund of $450 for the tailoring since the wedding was very close and I will be out of the country for a full month before then. The manager was made aware and had agreed to refund me a full amount of $450 + any cleaning fee for the stain. She proceeded to take my credit card number down for the refund which I provided. I was contacted the day after (today 4/12/19) by "Mike" from the shop (owner) saying that this is not their responsibility and that they have contacted the designer for a new dress. I was very upset and dissatisfied that 1) they did not offer me the refund that they had offered even after taking my credit card information over the phone 2) they have requested a new dress to be shipped from the designer fully aware that the bride will be unavailable and WITHOUT ASKING ME. At this time, I am left with a bill from my new tailor of $700 to undo all the previous tailoring done at Charisol Bridal and to tailor the dress all over again with Charisol Bridal Boutique refusing to refund me any money for the botched tailoring job they had done. UPDATE: just called the shop to make a quick visit at the shop to resolve the issue in person, my mom started the conversation pleasantly, then Mike the owner asked "What do you want for your wedding?" and when my mom began to answer, he cut her off constantly, infuriating my mother. My mom asked "why do you ask us what we want if you are not going to listen?" he replied "resolve this matter on YOUR OWN" really? my mom got upset, things got heated up and then he started accusing my mother of using INFORMAL KOREAN LANGUAGE. Done with even trying to put up with their refusal to admit to their own mistakes and failing to give us the refund they verbally agreed to (this is held against them by the Better Business Bureau). I have screenshots of all texts we have exchanged. Anyone, please feel free to contact regarding my experience.

Visited charisol almost two years ago to try on some wedding dresses. I was pulled in by the raving…read morereviews and the fact that there was a bridal shop so close to home. I believe I was helped by someone named Kimberly. I was given a questionnaire to fill out and then she selected some dresses for me to try on. My friends and I were able to peruse the collection and find dresses as well. I wasn't sure which style would fit me the best so they were able to help me narrow it down. The bridal attendant was so patient and kind. She really knew which style would fit my body the best and from that visit I knew I wanted a dress that was very fitted and in an A line shape. My friends took a ton of photos so that was very helpful to see which looked good on me. I also tried on a lot of dresses. Fast forward almost two years later and it's my friend looking for a wedding dress. We arrive for an appointment and are met with someone named Vicky. She was ok, a little pushy and didn't really give me the same vibe that Kimberly did. There was a form again to be filled out but since the venue was not determined she suggested that it would be better to find a dress after. A nicer way to approach would have been to not state that at all because it felt like she shouldn't be trying on dresses to see which style fits the best. So currently they only allow 5 free dresses to be tried on. Anything more than that requires a payment of $20 for 5 more dresses. Also mentioned everywhere on the walls were no photography unless it's a say yes to the dress. Um, how are we suppose to help our friend see how she looked like in each dress? Also when I grabbed a dress to pick for her, Vicky snapped telling me to put it down and to listen to her. I didn't really feel so comfortable going around picking out dresses for her after that. At the end she stated that she also does makeup and is available for wedding services too. Overall, if I were the bride again and went through that type of customer service I wouldn't be too compelled to come back after all the new ways of the business.
