We had the entire shop to ourselves, and Liz, who assisted us, was incredible. She pulled dresses that fit both my style and my budget, made us feel so comfortable, and created such a relaxed, supportive, and fun environment. To top it all off, I found the dress. It was nothing like what I thought I'd choose, but the second Liz finished helping me into it, I had that unmistakable "this is the one" feeling. I returned twice for alterations, and every time, Liz was just as warm, kind, and attentive as during my first visit. She truly made the experience special from start to finish. The store is clean and organized in such a way that makes it inviting to stay and browse. Casey also was not pushy in forcing a sale which made it very easy for my entourage and I to purchase multiple outfits and accessories. And the chairs they offered could use some replacing. I was worried they would break since they clearly were VERY used. All in all, my friend tried on one dress and we were there for a total of 20 min. Our consultant couldn't care less and was very cold. Would never recommend this salon to anyone. Thankfully we had a wonderful experience at Lotus Bridal earlier in the day or else my friend would have been very discouraged. A very bizarre and off-putting experience. We also used the Vow for our floral, photography and photo booth services and Huey and Grace both went above and beyond to ensure that those services were perfect on the day of. They were there at the beginning of my wedding day to check in on all the vendor services and at the end as well. While I didn't use them for our wedding coordinator services because our venue provided one, I would without a doubt recommend them if you are in search of one!

The dynamic duo worked well as a team and individually. Our makeup artist Grace, was very meticulous in applying our lashes. We both wanted makeup that still looked bright and natural without looking over made and she delivered. Sparkles and light white/ cream base lids for my mini me and nude with a hint of golden tones for me. The hair stylist was also phenomenal. We brought printed photos as inspiration for the hair styles we wanted and we got exactly as pictured. She was spot on with the details, especially putting on the final touch, my daughter's tiara for her big day. They both went above and beyond in their booked services. (Side note: I did request assistance to get my daughter into her ball gown and they helped me with that as well without hesitation). I highly recommend this salon for their hair and makeup services.

The cups that were sewn in were two sizes too small, causing my bust to bulge out of the dress. The underwire cut into my chest, pushing one breast to the right and the other upward. With every fitting, the situation got worse rather than better -- leaving me in tears with my wedding only a week away. I ultimately had to take the dress to another seamstress just to salvage it. To make matters worse, after three fittings, they had not even completed a hem. Wedding Atelier charged $1,300 for alterations -- payment required at the time of purchase -- and refused to refund a single dollar despite the damage they caused. The owner, Carrie, was completely unsympathetic and unwilling to take any accountability for what happened. She is unethical,. If you want to protect yourself from unnecessary heartache and stress in the lead-up to your wedding day, I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere.
