I ended up finding my dress at another shop, but I called them up and they offered me a price match and a 10% discount since they worked with the same retailer. The free alterations and working with the mother/daughter duo definitely led me to giving them my business. They were very accommodating with COVID and let me know the status of my dress and checked in with me about my wedding date and any changes. Once my dress came in 2.5 weeks before my wedding, they did the alterations in just a week. I was so impressed. Elizabeth is so sweet and great to chat with on the phone. I loved working with them and LOVED my dress so much. I was so happy with how everything turned on. I could not recommend this shop enough! I was looking into Morilee's wedding dresses and this dress store had many brands with price range from $1000-$4000. I wanted to get my wedding dress at Kleinfeld but their alteration fee was $800, which to me was a little out of my budget. Its been almost a year and it still haunts me. My wedding dress arrived 3 weeks before my wedding and it was wrong. They sent it back and when I received it the second time it was 10 sizes too big. I randomly checked out this place on yelp when I was so frustrated with CoCo wedding studio on northern boulevard with their service. I called them on the same day and ask if they were able to fit me in for trying the bridal gown, they were flexible enough to ask me in and provided me such amazing and phenomenal experience trying bridal gowns. Ms. Lee welcomed me, listened to me about what I like, and found several pieces of mermaid and modified A line style wedding dresses. She was so patient to help me try on the dresses and it turned out all those she recommended fitted me so nicely. I eventually bought two dresses so that I can try both styles during the ceremony and reception on my wedding day. Ms. Lee offered me to do free alterations which would save me a lot of efforts. In Summer 2015, with a major time crunch for an 8/29 wedding, I chose to order a Maggie Sottero dress I tried on at RK Bridal from Best Total Wedding Plaza because of the more competitive tailoring pricing. From the minute I ordered the dress from Elizabeth over the phone, she was always so sweet and prompt with responses. In meeting her and Mrs. Lee when the dress arrived, they were also very hospitable and efficient in the wedding fittings and tailorings. I chose Best Total Wedding Plaza to rent a tux for my wedding. While I understand this probably isn't the most ideal place for a guy to rent a tux, Best Total Wedding Plaza is close to my house so I decided to give it a shot. Here are the pros/cons from my experience which led to the 4-star review: Pros- 1 - ELIZABETH! - she is the daughter of the owner and she is an exceptional sales person. She is patient and understanding and gets that she's dealing with customers during one of the most stressful times of their lives. 2 - The Tux arrived prior to the date they said it would be ready and they let me hold onto it for a few days longer for my destination wedding. Cons- 1 - The tux was supposed to be tailored for my measurements but the tailoring done on the pants of the tux were not done properly. Due to the poor stitching, it was clear where they had folded the pant cuffs and stitched it across. I understand it's a rental but I expected them to do a better job. I spoke to Elizabeth and Mrs. Kim (the owner) about the stitching of the tux pants and they understood that this was a big problem and spoke to the company that owns/tailors all their tuxes. Hopefully this won't be an issue for future grooms! read more

I SAID YES TO MY DRESS TODAY!! Elizabeth and her mother, Mrs. Lee, own this pretty boutique and they made my first experience trying on wedding dresses so special. I use a walker and wear leg braces so trying on long super intricate poofy dresses seemed like it may turn out to be a total freaking nightmare for me, but I swear Elizabeth helped me and made trying on dresses SO seamless. I was in and out of 4 dresses in less than an hour. I didn't feel rushed- I felt like the only girl in the world. My vision for my wedding dress has always been Jane Austen meets Downton Abbey meets Art Deco and Elizabeth and her mom got my vision even better than I did when they pulled my 3rd dress- a fully hand beaded, fitted Casablanca MASTERPIECE. They assured me that the designer could make the dress more a- line so that it would be easier for me to walk and they assured my mom that the designer could also raise the neckline slightly too (big boob problems ) Even better- alterations are FREE. Total, this dress came in at HALF my budget. I was honestly sold, and so was everyone I showed- but since I'd only been one place and tried on 4 dresses, I felt that I should keep my appointment for today, at the second shop I went to. None of the dresses I tried on compared to the dress I loved. I left and called Elizabeth at Best Total Wedding and headed over there to put my dress on again, say yes, and order it with my customizations! I'm so over the moon happy! I recently brought my wedding dress here, service is good. Elizabeth and Mrs. Lee, we're nice and patient, especially Elizabeth! I was so indecisive about which dress I wanted to buy, they let me try on almost every dress. I came back 3xs before I decided on a dress. The store has a good amount selections and the prices are reasonable. At the time I purchased my dress, the store offered free alternations for chest, waist, and hem. That was a great bonus. The store definitely takes pride in their customer satisfaction, because I wasn't happy with how the straps were altered & how the lace was hemmed. Elizabeth contacted me immediately to address my concern & offer to correct/re-alter again at their cost. The reason for the 3 star review is because of the alterations. They said the seamstress is very experienced, but looks like a quick/half assed job to me. Layering is uneven, lazy way of hemming lace, just seems poor quality work and try to pass it off like it's the way all wedding dress alterations do it. I felt my perfect dress got destroyed after alterations. I refer my friend to buy a dress from them, and she recently told me, she is now going through the same experience. It's very upsetting to deal with. You spend so much $ on your dress and for it to be destroyed, feels like a waste. AND your perfect dress is not perfect anymore. read more

I made an appointment and when we showed up we had to wait a little bit (which I didn't mind at all) and Elizabeth apologized profusely numerous times.
