Ok this is going to be a long one, but everyone has to know! We worked with White Collections and had Sydney Cho as our day-of coordinator, and I truly don't think words will ever fully capture how grateful we are for her. Going into wedding planning, we thought a "day-of coordinator" meant someone who would step in on the actual wedding day and help things run smoothly. What we experienced with Sydney was something completely different, and so much more meaningful. From the moment we hired her about a month before our wedding, she stepped in with such care, intention, and control over every moving part. It felt like she quietly took the weight of the entire wedding off our shoulders without ever making us feel out of the loop. That last month before the wedding can be overwhelming in a way that's hard to explain unless you've been through it, and Sydney gave us something we didn't even realize we needed so badly, which was peace. Real peace. She created space for us to actually breathe, to be present, and to enjoy being engaged instead of constantly feeling stressed or behind. Her professionalism is on another level. The way she communicates, organizes, anticipates problems before they even exist, and handles every detail with intention is something I'm still in awe of. There was never a moment where I felt unsure or anxious once she was involved. I trusted her completely, and that trust is something every bride hopes for but doesn't always get. On the wedding day itself, I don't even know how to explain what she accomplished. We had 250 guests, no printed schedules or programs, and somehow everything flowed so seamlessly that not a single person was confused about what was happening or where they needed to be. That alone feels impossible, and yet she made it look effortless. Every transition, every moment, every detail was handled so smoothly that my husband and I were genuinely shocked. We kept looking at each other like, "How is one person doing all of this?!" She also went so far beyond what anyone would expect from a coordinator. She stepped in to help both of our moms with their dresses, helped with my dress bustle, ran around tending to our whole bridal party and was just there for anything and everything we needed, even when she absolutely didn't have to be. In those moments, she didn't feel like just a coordinator, she felt like a big sister. Someone who genuinely cared about us and wanted our wedding experience to be perfect. What stood out the most is that she didn't just "do her job." She cared. You can feel when someone is just executing tasks versus when they are fully invested in making your day perfect, and Sydney was completely, wholeheartedly invested. She protected our experience, our time, and our energy in a way that we will never forget. We haven't worked with other coordinators, but I can say this with complete confidence. Sydney is exceptional at what she does. She's the kind of person who sets the standard so high that it's hard to imagine anyone else comparing. Sydney, if you're reading this, thank you for everything you gave us. You made our wedding feel effortless, joyful, and completely taken care of, and that is something we will carry with us forever. One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was working with Sydney as our day of coordinator. 1-2 months before the wedding, Sydney sent us a spreadsheet to help plan the smallest logistical details in the wedding, and where she saw gaps, she explained what we needed and offered her advice. Sydney always made herself available to hop on a call and was very responsive throughout our entire process. She was fantastic in keeping track of every email for months and created the perfect timeline for our wedding. On the day of our wedding, Sydney was a true force of nature -- my mom described her as a warrior. She was ready with tide wipes when my dress got smudges during the first look. Sydney set up the ceremony and reception impeccably (and, when there was a problem, she informed me, offered me her thoughts and just dealt with it). She allowed me to just sit back and enjoy my own wedding. She exceeded all our expectations in every way. We used White Collections and Sydney to help coordinate our wedding this past March and they were amazing. They came recommended to us by close friends and it was one of the best decisions we made to have Sydney as our wedding coordinator. White Collections is a one stop shop for wedding dress/tuxedo rentals, DJ/photobooth, wedding coordinator, flowers, hair/makeup, and photography/videography. They have different packages to allow you to pick and choose their vendors at a discount and it was a great experience working with them and their team. We ended up going with their wedding coordinator, hair/make up and DJ/photobooth package for our wedding at de Seversky Mansion. However, they even helped order party favors for our guests, which wasn't part of the original contract! Starting two weeks before our wedding, Sydney was already organizing all the vendor information and was our main point person between the vendors and the venue leading up to the wedding. She made sure everything ran smoothly the day of and helped set up and decorate the venue with our personal touches! We highly recommend White Collections for your wedding needs. They were professional and worked tirelessly around the clock to make sure our wedding was exactly how we wanted it to be (we know because Sydney was updating the Google sheets late into the night!) read more

My husband and I just wanted elopement photos, but we worked with White Collections for dress and tux rental and makeup and hair. My initial consultation was with Sydney, who is fabulous! She offered great advice for picking out a dress that would look good in photos while allowing me to move around comfortably (since we wanted an outdoor photoshoot, being able to move around easily was a must!!!) FYI, during the initial consultation you cannot take photos of the dress on your phone. For tux rental, we were given a catalog, from which we picked 2 to 3 styles we wanted to try. Dress rental included alterations and dress accessories (I chose to accessorize my dress with a wedding belt and over the shoulder cape). Tuxedo rental included alterations and accessories (shoes, cuff link, and bow tie). Sydney and Jenny also connected us with Jina, our makeup and hair stylist, who was also amazing. My husband and I are last minute planners, but Sydney and Jenny helped us fine the perfect dress and tux, altered them to fit, and find a stylist in 6 weeks! read more

Mixed feelings about my search for my wedding dress here. On one hand, they've got a decent selection and Sydney was friendly and somewhat helpful. There were unfortunately a few turnoffs. One is that Sydney let me try on dresses and would just give me a ballpark figure for the price off the top of her head. Ballpark figures are not good enough when you've got a budget in mind. So basically I was allowed to try on a dress, potentially fall in love, and then possibly learn of a price outside my budget. And then maybe get crushed. Not good practice. (I didn't fall in love with anything here though, so it didn't matter in the end.) Sydney had her laptop on the table and was working off it when we came in. Not sure why she did not just take a moment to verify prices. She was also pretty vague with the alteration fees, which can definitely add up and make you exceed your budget so... I would say that's pretty good to know when you're considering saying yes to a dress. (For the record, Sydney did follow up by email later that day and she gave me the price of one dress for purchase, not including tax and alterations.) I also felt like Sydney was pushing renting a dress versus purchasing it, even though I was clear at the beginning that I wanted to purchase. For one of the dresses I tried on and liked, she said it was only available for rent because it was discontinued. I have heard of dresses being sold elsewhere at a discounted rate when they are discontinued, so I think this would have been a nice option lol. For future reference on when I DO pick a dress (after comparing the ones I've tried), I like to get pictures of myself in each one. At White Collections, I learned that you are not allowed to take pictures until the second appointment (assuming you decide to make it). I didn't like this. I see this place is recommended by many, so I had high expectations...which were not met. Also note that I came here solely for wedding dresses, not other services / wedding planning for which White Collections has great reviews. Again, Sydney was friendly, but I walked out feeling a bit like I had wasted my time. There's a cute bakery downstairs though, and I had some delicious milk tea afterwards! read more

The wedding gown is one of the most important parts of a wedding and this place delivered. From start to finish Sydney and Jenny were super helpful and patient with the gown selection and tailoring. Sydney gave me lots of suggestions in picking the perfect gown for me and Jenny tailored it to fit my body like a glove. The price was extremely reasonable and it included veil, jewelry, hair pieces, and bolero. I felt and looked like a princess on my wedding day and I couldn't have found the perfect dress for me without Sydney and Jenny. 100% recommend this place for wedding dress rental. White Collections also offers tux rentals if you need and unlike many other places that require you to use other services such as makeup or photography if you want to rent a dress, this place allows you to rent a dress by itself which is great. read more

We worked with Sydney from White Collections to plan our wedding and I couldn't recommend her more! We were in an interesting spot because we had already secured our venue and nailed down several details, but I knew I could use a planner's help with selecting vendors and getting down to the nitty gritty the month leading up to the wedding. We ended up bringing Sydney on as a partial planner and day of coordinator and it's easily the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. I like to think of myself as an organized person and I've done event planning before, so I wasn't sure how much help I would need, but a wedding is just different - if you can afford to get at least a partial planner it is 100% worth it. Sydney helped us through so many hurdles, making sure every tiny detail was in place all while calming me down during the stressful process. Everything she did was done with the highest quality of excellence - every vendor she suggested ended up being phenomenal (including our band, florist, and photographers), her detailed timeline documents were fantastic, her communication was always prompt and clear, and she did it all while being so warm and friendly. On the day of, she spent all day running around making sure I had to deal with as few logistics as possible. From making sure I was feeling good to running down last minute questions, Sydney felt like my big sister throughout the day. Used white collections for my wedding like 5 years ago. Feel like a lifetime. Our wedding planning was all over the place. We fell in love with Bourne mansion right around the time we fell in love with white collections. Jenny step in as our middle man between Bourne mansion and we just cruised thru the whole stressful planning of a wedding. She helped us every step of the way from the outfit for our engagement photos to every last detail of our wedding. I found bridesmaid dresses elsewhere for purchase and white collections was able to handle the alterations. We had a hiccup where one of the bridesmaid dresses the hem wasn't altered but Jenny showed up and took care of that while I got my make up done. The tux wasn't actually the one we picked oddly but you couldn't tell. I mean I knew cause we literally couldn't decided between two and if u stare at something for months and finally commit and it's not it... you know lol. Anyways white collections was greeeeeaaaat.... Fast forward to 2021... my daughter first birthday... now it's like almost the downward curve of covid right before another possible peak. Being a planner by nature I had my hesitations about hiring one for my daughter's first birthday but I cannot say enough great things about her and I would definitely hire her again. Thoughtful Proactive Engagement - I booked Sydney's services about 4 months in advance and she was in constant communication with me from day 1 to the day of the event. Incredibly Patient and Supportive - I had a 100 ideas/thoughts/themes on my mind and she helped me go through all of them to narrow my list down and create the best overall feel for the party. We used White Collection for our wedding. They offer tuxes, dresses, photos and wedding planning. It's a one stop shop. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Jenny knew our preferences and delivered everything on time. Joanna was detail oriented and very personable. There were a lot of logistics leading up to it with dress finding, fitting, and tux measurements. There was a lot of moving pieces during the wedding day photo shoot and wedding day prep with in-laws and parents getting make up, hair, corsages. It all went perfectly. Our family has used White Collections for both wedding and baby's first birthday party, and let me tell you, they did a phenomenal job for both. Our wedding had 270 guests and it was going to be a big party, and we used White Collections for my dress (ceremony and reception) and both dresses were BEAUTIFUL. We also had our groomsmen and of course the groom use their services for the tuxedos and they were very accommodating and made sure to keep me on track with what I needed to get done. They are quick to respond and always checked in with me so that I had everything organized. Trust me, it can get crazy planning for a wedding, but from A-Z they had everything under control. They were great with suggestions to make the day even more special and when it came to the actual day we had Joanne and Sydney as our wedding planners. They made sure everything went smoothly and they even made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the wedding. We had a family member who was performing at the wedding who was pushing to change the order or their performance, which I was not happy about, but Joanne came to the rescue and made sure things were going the way I wanted it to and did not let anything or ANYONE get in the way of it. I couldn't be more grateful for such a wonderful team. One year down the line we had our baby! Now it was time for the Baby's first birthday party. We actually won a raffle through their showcase event and were ecstatic to be working with this team once again. Sydney was in charge of decorations, and even till now I get compliments of how amazing the birthday party was and how beautifully and meticulously everything was decorated and put together. This woman has talent! We were beyond satisfied with what she put together for the special day. Every detail was amazing! Sydney was there early to prepare and even throughout the whole process she was on top of her game with ideas, suggestions, decorations, and more! Our theme was "Wild One" and it came out magical! I will attach photos from the party. The props she has brought for the Dohljabi were hand made by Sydney herself! It was a very successful party and the guests were in awe of the decorations! My husband and I used White Collections for our reception floral arrangements and decor, and wedding party flowers. We also used their wedding consultant for the week prior to the big day as well as the day of. I found WC on a quick Google search for floral shops and was immediately pleased with the photos and knowledge that Jenny supplied to me prior to booking our services with her. I met her at her studio a few months prior to the wedding to discuss arrangements and she created a beautiful centerpiece that day as a trial for me to take home. I knew immediately that I had made the right choice! Before the wedding I had a lot of questions and Jenny was always quick to respond via email or text. It was very helpful and reassured me that she had thought about every little detail. As we got closer to the big day, I asked Jenny for help on a day of coordinator. She had her consultant Joann reach out to me and discuss the details. Joann was a blessing!! She would text me throughout the week to check in and see how I was doing with stress and plans, and to ensure everything was scheduled accordingly with our vendors. She even drove to my apartment to pick up all of the ceremony essentials! I was relieved to have such wonderful help. My husband and I were elated at how beautiful our reception was. I've been married for about a month thanks to the help of White Collections! Luckily for me, I was able to witness my sister go through the process of planning a wedding before me and after seeing the level of professionalism and care I witnessed during my sister's wedding, I knew I wanted to work with White Collections for my wedding also. I entrusted the wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, groom's and groomsmen tuxes, hair/makeup and photography/videography to Jenny's expertise. In hindsight, it was probably one of the best decisions I made for the wedding. It gave me peace of mind knowing that I had the help of those who have done this countless times before. We went through a groups of thoughtfully curated photographers and makeup artists that they recommended and my fiancé (now husband) and I were able to choose fairly easily. We received a lot of positive feedback and raves about the quality and look of the photos from our engagement photo shoot so we knew that we were in good hands for the wedding. Jenny is meticulous and honest, especially when it comes to picking out the dresses that best suit you and the style of your wedding. She selected a few dresses for me to try on and each one was better than the last. I am on the indecisive side but with her guidance, I was able to pick out the perfect dress without much difficulty. We also really appreciated the level of care and concern she gave my husband for his in picking out his tuxedo styles since usually the grooms are somewhat overlooked or overshadowed by the bride. Jenny and Joann exceeded my husband and my expectations in every way. They were a source of strength and sanity throughout the whole process and especially crucial during the final weeks leading up to and on the wedding day. Jenny made sure to keep me updated on what needed to be done so I didn't have to panic or stress. The day of the wedding they made sure that we were on schedule. Even when small setbacks arose with the venue, they made sure to handle everything with the highest level efficiency making sure not to let it disrupt the flow of the day. They went above and beyond to help us feel at ease and on top of everything. I have received numerous times on how beautiful my dresses were, how great my husband, my mother, mother in law and bridesmaids looked with their hair and makeup styles, and how smoothly everything went. Made an appointment with my bridesmaid to try on some wedding dresses. I was deciding between renting or buying and was referred to this place from one of my colleagues who rented her wedding dress from here. We both were planning our weddings and this was her first time trying on wedding dresses. Jenny accommodated both of us as we made an earlier appointment. She was very thorough and asked us a lot of questions and had some feedback on which dress which suit the venue better. She also mentioned they do floral arrangements, makeup & hair, and also provide tux rentals as well. The bridal rentals start from $800 and include all alterations and accessories, which is pretty good since alternations are usually quite expensive. The rental does not include shoes but includes veil, belt, etc. They also offer bridesmaid dresses for rent but they're knee-length. On the day we went, a bride came in midway of our conversation for a fitting and the other side had a bunch of other girls come in for a fitting. This led us to sit on the couch for a good 15 minutes or so until the bride left the room. I know she apologized profusely for it but we were there for some time and didn't give a very good first impression. They have an okay collection of dresses and I didn't really like the ones the lady pulled for me. I think I tried on about 5-6 dresses. When my friend went to try on some dresses, I wanted to take photos for her so she could see what style looked best on her. But they said no photos and that the photos they took on the iPad would be sent to us. I also found a dress that I wanted to try on but the lady said that I could make another appointment in a month to try. At the end of trying on dresses, Jenny apologized again for the wait and took some notes down on the iPad on which styles we preferred. She mentioned that they will be getting some new dresses soon and to come in and try them on. Haven't received a follow up email with the photos and it's been about half a year. read more

Jenny took care of most of the vendor contracts and that help us tremendously. She found us a great venue location that was not too far from NYC. Sydney was our planner and she was awesome. Having Sydney throughout the whole process was amazing. She was a life saver during the day of the wedding. Sydney was our Day Coordinator and made the whole wedding day magical. We did not need to worry about all the other details and was able to enjoy our Wedding Day to the fullest. They are honestly a one stop shop for all your wedding necessities, which included: venue location, dress/tux rentals, photographer/videographer, MC/DJ, Florist, photobooth rental. If you wanted something at your wedding Jenny and Sydney would do their upmost to provide the service that you were looking for. White Collection's MC/DJ vendor was fabulous and kept the party going until the end. They made it a night to remember after the elders/kids went home. We were able to have a great night of music and dancing with a great selection of music. I loved the lower center pieces that we requested for, their Florist was amazing with the art that they provided throughout the wedding day. We loved their use of color and touch of blue, which was our theme. My husband love the dress that I picked out and he said the rental process for his tux was simple and quick. My dress trial was very easy as well and I enjoyed the whole process with my bridesmaids being there for me. The venue that we chose from Jenny's recommendation was amazing. I would like to especially point out the professionalism of Jenny and Sydney. 2 weeks before our Wedding Day, the Venue's manager quit and these two worked extra hours to ensure that everything at the venue would go as plan. They kept us calm and ensured us that nothing will change. If we did not have them and this had happen we would not know what to do since this change was so close to the wedding date. But they were awesome and got in touch with the venue's next point of contact. Having Sydney on site was just a life saver as well because she ensured that the venue was able to keep our Wedding schedule going even when working with a new manager. Their photographers were very accommodating and professional. They would listen to our specific photo request and made our day that much special. We cannot wait to see the video that our videographer has capture for our wedding. If there was a recommendation to give White Collections, that would be in regards to the ceremonial planning, ceremony program pamphlets and menu pamphlets. We were not really made aware of the details required for these specific items until 1 month prior to the wedding. It would have made our life a bit less stressful if we were told to think about these things 6 months ahead of time. But instead we had to spend our last month's weekends to complete these details and create the pamphlets at home. If we had known about this suggestion sooner, we would require to have them, we might have planned it better on our end. But at the end of the day, we were able to complete it and was able to provide it to the venue on time. We would love to thank Sydney and Jenny once again for taking all the stress out of planning a wedding. We had a blast on our special day and we cannot thank White Collections enough. read more

THIS IS A RESPONSE TO REVIEW FROM JENICE PEREZ. THIS IS ALSO A RESPONSE TO THE WHITE COLLECTIONS MANAGER. I am the bride who was looking for my dream dress. When I originally made my appointment sometime in mid Sept. I did in fact schedule it for 1pm, however on Saturday, Sept 28th at around 11am I called to reschedule to 12 noon and was told this is not an issue whatsoever, however I was never asked my name so clearly it was never changed in your system. When I made my original appointment I was asked what dress size I wear and what was the date of my wedding. That was it. I let the lady know (I don't know her name) that this was the first time I would be trying on wedding dresses but usually I wear a size 14 in dresses. Since I have no idea what wedding dress sizes are I assumed your staff would take that size and suggest an appropriate wedding dress size for me. It is not everyday one looks for wedding dresses. I was never once told I can only bring 4 people to my appointment. I was never once told the size limitations even after specifying I wear a size 14. You would think that would alert the person to let me know you do not go above certain sizes. I also never got a call to confirm my appointment where all of the above could have been reiterated to me. Again if it is difficult for you to make a "professional suggestion" I would make sure you say not to bring more than 4 people. I never once said I wanted a zip up gown only. When you sat with me 1 on 1 when we first arrived and asked what my preferences were I stated I wanted a Mermaid Style, Fit to Flare and no straps or sleeves. I never mentioned and was never asked by you if I only wanted zip up style. When I was put into the room to try on this small dress sample that was a size 12 not even a 14 like i mentioned the size i was it did not go any further than thighs. I definitely was vocal after that that I do not want to try on any other dresses that did not fully fit me or at the least was able to go above my thighs. It is impossible for someone to buy a wedding dress that they cannot seem themselves in. When the rest of my family came in and you made the comment "I don't know who answered your call but we only allow a maximum of 4 guest" How do you expect a customer to feel? None of us felt comfortable after that. You also mentioned that your dresses start at $1800. Another important factor that probably should be mentioned before a bride comes in. This was a budget that was okay for me but maybe not for others. Why make someone come all the way to your store and you have nothing less than $1800. I will have you know that prior to coming to you I had an appointment at Paisley Bridal. It was an amazing experience and they were able to accommodate my "large" group with more than 3-4 additional brides there as well trying on dresses. Even the other brides there had at least 3+ people with them and we all were commenting on each others dresses giving our opinions. They welcomed us with open arms and had everyone interact that I was with. It was a night and day experience once we go to your place of business. They confirmed my appointment two days prior and never asked me how many people I was coming with. Even with a full day of appointments! This review is from the perspective of a groom, which can be very different from a bride's point of view. White Collections makes it very easy for guys and that pretty much sums up my review. Things that they took care of for us: 1. Measurements - very accommodating in getting all of my friends there for measurements, took them 2 minutes and everything ended up fitting perfectly 2. Tuxedos - Jenny and her crew took care of all alterations and adjustments. They have great styles available and they help you get ready the day of the wedding which is very helpful. You can get ready at the place and they will open at at ANY time to get your day going. It makes it easier to have a rendezvous point like this. Very simple process that eliminates a lot of headache for men. Everyone looked FANTASTIC! The girls were able to do their make up and what not here as well in the morning so it makes it very easy to have everyone go to one place. 3. Photo and Video - We worked with Jeff from LK Photography who was hands down a great guy. Him and his video team were very nice people who helped guide us through the day. Jeff spent almost 3 hours in the cold taking engagement photos with us! The video trailer was definitely better than the video but it was good enough. 4. Jenny actually made a surprise visit to our wedding venue! She helped us put flowers on and helped with a lot of coordination during the beginning hours which I appreciate The bottom line is you pay one fee and get what you ask for. I never considered a one stop shop before but it really made the day easy and appreciate all they did. I cannot speak for the other services that they offer or can arrange (transportation, etc.). White Collection was my go to for my entire wedding and bridal party. Jenny at White Collection became my everything for the months leading up to the big day. It became very apparent early on that I needed to work with someone who knew the ins and outs of getting to the aisle. I definitely appreciate her eye for style, her keen sense and most of all her understanding of the emotional and practical values of a wedding (and for a to be bride). Every detail of the wedding from the dress, makeup to photography, bridal party to dressing my parents, White Collection took care of every possible aspect. The Dress - I was never a little girl that imagined a dress or the big day. I just figured, whatever fit would be fine. But that had changed so quickly. On my first scheduled visit, standing in the center of the boutique trying on the different dress styles, I felt special. For the first time I felt "bridal", and it didn't scare me. Rather, it was a bubbly feeling one I had never felt before. It was Jenny's warm assuring words and reliability that kept me calm about finding the perfect dress. It was as if she was inside my mind when she brought out this beautiful laced gown, form fitting all the while elegant in every way. Makeup / Hair - I wanted to look like me, just a more enhanced natural version for myself and that's just what I had. I mean through the years, I had seen the best of brides, natural and glowing and the worst of brides, white powder faced, with layers of make up caked on their face. As for myself and my bridesmaids, we were so happy that the makeup artists knew of every detail to include for my big moment. I can say that I genuinely loved the way I looked, chic, clean, with just enough glam. My bridesmaids and I still laugh about how sturdy and well our hair held up throughout the entire day from 4 AM until midnight. Even with all the jumping, dancing and running around, we never had to make a hair or makeup adjustment throughout the entire wedding (unbelievable). Just be honest with yourself and tell them exactly how you feel. They're extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about their services. Groom, Groomsman and Tuxes - We knew it would be impossible for us to get all the groomsmen in to NYC. Location wise, the groomsman were just all over the place (from the inner suburbs of Pennsylvania to Nevada). My Groom was worried getting everyone properly measured because everyone he needed everyone on point and looking fresh. So before the bachelor trip, Jenny took the time out to teach the groom how to properly measure the other guys so that the measurements would be the most accurate. Since every tuxedo chain measures guys differently, we could not risk relying on anyone but ourselves. Seeing the guys on the day of, so well put together from head to toe made me appreciate the little details Jenny had gone over and included. I will tell you that I have received numerous compliments from my bridal party, family members and guests about how seamless everything went. All the marginal details I had forgotten leading to the day were already pre-prepped by Jenny even before I noticed. Any worries, alterations and or concerns my parents had (ex: straps, hair pieces, stockings, etc) were taken care of so quickly. I highly recommend working with White Collection. I feel fortunate that I got to soak in the moments and rare details of the wedding rather than it having been a huge blur. Knowing that someone else had handled my stresses, I felt extremely grateful, calm and poised. My groom, now husband, still zooms into the photos to show me how well his tuxedo pant and jacket fit. Jenny knew that even the groom had to feel confident and look stunning during his walk down the aisle. It truly felt good not to carry a load of burden during the final countdown weeks. I never even stepped foot in the store. I live near White Collection, so when I first began my dress shopping I thought to go there because it looked really nice from the outside...I always liked the dresses they had on display and it looked well kept inside. I called to ask the store about their hours because I found it odd they were closed on a Saturday. I left a message on their answering machine and the rudest woman called me back and gave me the BIGGEST ATTITUDE when I asked when the store was open. I'm sorry...I've never gotten married before I don't know what bridal store etiquette is and I don't think it was ludicrous of me to ask about store hours...a BRIDAL BOUTIQUE OWNER should understand that! I've only been to two places, but the first place I visited was a lot better and professional than here. I'm not going to mention where but that place was also in Northern Blvd. First, I thought it was a bit unprofessional that you don't have a catalog or a price list when presenting yourself and your company. Despite having someone we know call beforehand to give us the extra attention, there was nothing special in our meeting. Second, I won't lie... the place looks clean, elegant and nice from the outside. This is why my fiancé wanted to visit this place before deciding. She did also have two other people that she knew that got it done here, one being her relative who suggested us to check this place out. Let's forget the pricing or the discounts, don't really care for it as long as the first impression and experience was going to be okay. Marriage is a one time thing so it can be stressful to people who don't know much, but when you come out with just an ipad on our meeting, that just means you don't take us seriously. Im sure they have beautiful products. First they tell me they dont rent dresses, then they suddenly do rent dresses and is able to 'accomodate' me, after i mentioned that i know people who have previously used their services then they give me broad range in prices. Overall, i felt like they wasted my time. I made an appointment to see photo sample, dress options, etc. I left after an hour and pretty much had no information. The lady pretty much spent an hour telling me how to plan a wedding and when i should do what. .......i didnt go there for that. waste of time. And i think their prices are not accurate. I would highly recommend working with Jenny at White Collection for great service, years of experience and customizable package deals. She helped plan my wedding while I was abroad and out of state in the months preceding the wedding. We worked with her for a package deal for photographer, makeup for bride and BMs, and dresses for bride and flowergirls. Jenny is always friendly, professional and accommodating. My sister and I both worked with her for our weddings. In detail- Package: Jenny's insight was really critical to our wedding planning, and was able to be flexible on what to include and exclude to stay within budget. Dresses: Variety of styles and Jenny's advice on what was flattering and worked well was really helpful. She also chose two adorable and classy gowns for my nieces as flower girls. Hair/makeup: We had to work through two trials and makeup artists for the bride, but it was well worth it. Jenny understood and helped worked through issues with the bookings (ended up using the first makeup artist for the mothers of the bride/groom, and booked a new person for the bride). Fitting: Fittings with the tailor at White Collection were awesome. No complaints or issues. Photography: Went above and above, engagement photos in the freezing rain, wedding photos outside in December. Worked with specifically Jeff Lee. While not the most artsy or hipster photographer that is highly stylized, he got the job done - with clean, well-lit family formal photos, outdoor shoots and a couple of fun poses too. I came here recommended from my local seamstress (who's daughter got her dress and bridesmaids dresses here a couple of years before). I asked my seamstress if she did the alterations for her own daughters gown and she said no, the seamstress there at white collection did it all perfectly! That's when I knew it must be good! As soon as I met Jenny, she asked me to show her a few inspiration pics of wedding gowns i liked. I didn't come with a certain brand in mind just basic style, silhouette and fabric. Make sure to do that first because Jenny is great and pulled 5 dresses in my size right away. The first being the dress I fell in love with! She didn't pressure me to decide right away and told me to come back in a few weeks and try the first dress again and 4 more. Again I chose my first dress and that was that! I also got my headpiece and gorgeous matching veil from her and she helped me decide on what type of jewelry to get since she did not carry the type I wanted. It was great working with her and everyone loved my gown and the fit! They did all my alterations several times with no complaint as I lost some weight right before from wedding planning stress. If you are even considering going here, DON'T!!!!AWFUL SERVICE. when I made my reservation I spoke to a really nice lady who said I could come 15 minutes after the hour. We were 15 minutes late and JoAnn greeted us with first of all a dirty look on her face and petty much kicked us out because we were late and it wouldn't be worth it. Meanwhile it took her 10 minutes to realize that we should reschedule. I could have tried on a dress in that time.. If she was nice and professional it would be a different story but honestly I have never felt so disrespected in my life. How does anyone run a business like that? Literally even if I loved a dress I wouldn't have even bought it because JoAnn gave my entire family such a bad impression and put a bad taste in my mouth. Just plain rude I would go elsewhere if I were you if you want to have a good experience. I brought my mom sister and in-laws who flew in for this and I felt bad I brought them to such a bad bridal salon. BIG MISTAKE. read more

I can't sing enough praise about Jenny and her staff. She is the sweetest, most accommodating business owner I've worked with in a long time. She took a dress with a zipper that didn't fit me and added a corset back to it and made it look like it was made for my body. She altered my mother's dress for free and did a beautiful job on my maid of honors dress, taking it perfectly in on her bust. If you are in need of a gown alterer go to Jenny. I typically write only for restaurants, but when I was trying to find someone to help alter my wedding dress, it was pretty stressful, so hoping this review will help other brides. I was looking for my dress to be shortened, and possibly taken in as it was on the brink of being too large. Quotes I received from other places were telling me at least 400-500 due to all the layers, one even said the price she would give me would be way too expensive and just to get a new dress. Excuse me???? Then my sister got this recommendation and all my worries were put to ease. To have the dress shortened (she will either cut or fold depending if you are looking to resell), she much less (less than $150). This included me coming in 3 times for initial measuring, inner layers, and final lace layer and confirming the right length. We ended up not needing to take the dress in, but she quoted me a very reasonable price. My only complaint was that it could very hard to reach her by phone, so best to make you next appointment time if possible when in the shop, otherwise you end up calling 4-5 times to get through and schedule your fittings. We had the pleasure of using White Collection for our wedding. Let me just say Sydney was amazing from start to finish with everything. We had to have our wedding in PA since all of our family lives in PA but Sydney made sure everything was perfect. We had an amazing experience from my wife's dress to our engagement photos just amazing! Jeff Lee our photographer and Eun Park our makeup and hairstylist were top-notch.
