We also used the Vow for our floral, photography and photo booth services and Huey and Grace both went above and beyond to ensure that those services were perfect on the day of. They were there at the beginning of my wedding day to check in on all the vendor services and at the end as well. While I didn't use them for our wedding coordinator services because our venue provided one, I would without a doubt recommend them if you are in search of one!

The dynamic duo worked well as a team and individually. Our makeup artist Grace, was very meticulous in applying our lashes. We both wanted makeup that still looked bright and natural without looking over made and she delivered. Sparkles and light white/ cream base lids for my mini me and nude with a hint of golden tones for me. The hair stylist was also phenomenal. We brought printed photos as inspiration for the hair styles we wanted and we got exactly as pictured. She was spot on with the details, especially putting on the final touch, my daughter's tiara for her big day. They both went above and beyond in their booked services. (Side note: I did request assistance to get my daughter into her ball gown and they helped me with that as well without hesitation). I highly recommend this salon for their hair and makeup services.

That is unacceptable when I am paying for a CUSTOM piece. I got ripped off over 1k (I won't put the actual price) but it was well over 1 thousand dollars for my outfit and my fiancé's. The owner never follows up with anything and the sales associate, because of the language barrier, it was impossible to communicate throughly with her. Also they got my fiancé's shoes completely wrong. When I told the owner I'd like a discounted price since it took way too long, colors were off & the shoes weren't right he simply told me "sorry I cannot do that." I browsed the selection on the website of flowers and plants, which were an amazing variety. I wanted to order a plant that was good luck to health. I decided to go with a bamboo plant since my mom likes them. I ordered on a Friday, to be delivered the following Wednesday (5 days later). There was some fee that was waived but still had to pay $10 for shipping-for under 2 miles. Fine, whatever, I'm over 1,000 miles away and cannot do it myself. I placed the order and it was charged to my card immediately and I received a confirmation email. Wednesday arrives. 2pm-nothing. 6pm-nothing. I left work at 9pm and never heard anything from my mother so I asked her if she received any deliveries-thinking maybe she missed it or something. She told me no. I went from 0 to 100 immediately. This occasion was very, very important. It was not a holiday where they would be busy. I never received a call or email about any issues. It was paid for. I tried calling but of course they were closed. I emailed but no response. Fast forward to the following afternoon. I receive a voicemail from Elizabeth to call back regarding my order. So Elizabeth was kind of nice and that was the only positive aspect. I was told "I received the order this morning (now 6 days after I placed the order). We do not have any bamboo plants in stock (it was listed in stock on website). Would you like me to send another plant". I am a very understanding and polite person but when a business goes above and beyond to screw something up that I paid for, I am not going to be pleasant. I think next time, I am just going to pay one of my friends to physically buy flowers and deliver them to my mom for me. There are no pictures because nothing was delivered. I did receive a refund notification via email and the actual refund went back to my card about 4 days later.

I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

We paid a deposit when booking and were told they understood exactly what we wanted and that we were the only wedding booked for our date at the time. As the wedding approached, we repeatedly had to call and visit the shop to correct details that had been forgotten or misunderstood. We also did not receive a contract until much later in the process, despite already having paid a deposit and having made our arrangements. That was definitely a learning experience for us, and we now know how important it is to have everything clearly documented from the beginning. Unfortunately, even after all of the communication and corrections, when we picked up our flowers the day before our wedding, every single arrangement was wrong, including the bridal bouquet. We had provided specific pictures and clear instructions. The request was simple: roses were supposed to be reserved for the bride, with different white flowers used throughout the rest of the wedding. Instead, roses were used in everything. When we brought this to their attention, we were essentially told that these were the flowers that had been ordered and that there was nothing they could do to fix it. We were also told there were multiple weddings that day, but that should never come at the expense of providing customers with what they ordered. The flowers also could not be delivered the morning of the wedding as originally expected. Thankfully, another florist was able to step in and fix what they could, but having to deal with this the day before our wedding was incredibly stressful and disappointing. What was most frustrating was not simply that a mistake was made, it was the lack of accountability and customer service afterward. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything. Our wedding day was beautiful despite this experience, but this was absolutely not what we expected after investing a considerable amount of money and communicating our vision so many times. I sincerely hope this was a major mistake and not intentional, but regardless, I would strongly recommend future couples get everything in writing from the beginning, make sure every detail is documented, and double-check everything before trusting this florist with their wedding day.
