garlic naan, malai kafta, and saag paneer. Great lunch!
Wendy B.

Went for lunch today with my sister. We ordered the lunch menu, saag paneer, malai kafta and some garlic naan. Excellent meal, and will definitely be going back.

Samosa and Keema Mutter for take out. Dipping sauces were fantastic! Rice for the Keema Mutter was delicious.

I'm kind of board lately with subs and fried food, and just want something different. Always exploring and searching for something new, I decided to check this place out. It was a little difficult looking at the menu while driving to Nashua, but I was able to place an order for pickup. It was ready, very quickly! Opting for samosa and keema mutter, I figured this would be filling. I didnt realize this would last me my whole shift. Mhmmm damn it was good. The samosa was rustic, flavorful curry with a wonderful texture in the dough, carrying a moderate amount of heat. They ask if you want mild, medium, or spicey. Given the options, an executive decision was made to go for the heat! The keema mutter had a mellow flavor to start with, with the lamb and the tomato base going together very well, then finishes with heat as the spices kicks in. Yes, it packs a punch. When enjoyed with the basmati rice, there is a smooth texture and flavor profile most enjoyable, for some reason something almost creamy based on coconut milk. These were delicious and enjoyable, offering a little escape from work. The staff were pleasant, the setting looks intimate and charming in the restaurant, and as mentioned service was very quick.

Nice atmosphere and great Lassi s!

We both ordered full dinners - hers with Mutter Paneer, mine with chicken. The samosas and yellow lentil soup were both very good. Mint chutney was a bit spicier than usual (not necessarily a bad thing). The naan might have been the best we've ever had! We ordered both of the curries medium spicy and we were not disappointed, although they were both just a touch sweet for my taste. This is not a great location in Nashua and, unfortunately, management doesn't seem particularly adept at marketing (we completely missed the Grand overnight even though we'd been watching for it). Step up your game, Nashua! We finally have quality Indian dining downtown. If it's going to survive, we're going to have to support it!

Our go-to Indian takeout place. The vegetarian options are SO good! They are pretty quick, too.

Good basic Indian food. Great naan and korma. Sometimes the service is sketchy. Never seems to be adequately staffed.

Wonderful restaurant that raises the standard in this part of New England for Indian cuisine. It…read morewas a bit out of my usual neighborhood and so it took a while to uncover. But finally I did and boy am I happy. Very much a family affair - husband and wife who share maitre'd and server responsibilities. And other relatives in the kitchen cooking up a storm. What first grabbed my attention were the huge number of dosas they offer. Seeing any dosa on a menu at all is a rarity and so to see the wide variety they feature was amazing. I opted for the Andhra Kara Masala and it was excellent. The dosa itself crispy and warm and the condiments beautifully integrated. We opted for the mixed veggie pakoras as an appetizer on the recommendation of the owner and they were served warm and crispy. The batter was light - nothing like the thick sludge that usually adorns the deep fried nuggets of vegetable delight. The accompanying tamarind sauce was sweet and clean and the mint-cilantro suitably refreshing. Lovey got garlic naan and saag paneer. Smooth and creamy, the saag was exactly as hoped for and the garlic naan was chewy, warm and toothsome. Dessert was carrot halwa. Hard to believe carrots make such an excellent warm dessert but they do. Richly satisfying with just the right touch of sweetness. We look forward to returning and sampling the rest of the menu!

It's a place his dad has taken him to before and he loves it! We go for Indian food occasionally and we like it, so off we went to Salem NH. Grandson ordered a dosa for all of us as an appetizer, something with chopped onions, it was pretty good. My dish was the saag paneer, which I ordered what they call "American spicy." Spicy? Not! If I go back, I'd order Indian Medium Spicy! My husband liked his chana masala. Both were served with white rice. My son-in-law had a korma dish, I don't remember which one, Indian medium spicy, loved it, and he ordered garlic naan. We ordered roti. My grandson is gluten free and dairy free. I don't remember what he ate, but he's all in when he's predisposed to liking something, so I only remember that he was happy with it! We love the carrot halwa at our local favorite Indian restaurant in midtown Manhattan, so we ordered it for all 4 of us. It was much sweeter than we're used to; tasty but too sweet to finish. Anyway, it's a good local choice up there and my grandson chose it again just the other day for his birthday dinner out!

I'd never tried Rupee beer and was delighted to find that it has a good taste, kind of similar to a Blue Moon. My friend got the mango margarita and said he tasted like a basic puree. We got the spinach pakora and onion bhaji app. The onion bhaji was incredible. It was a fried semi-caramelized onion patty, which came with two chutneys. I love onions and look forward to trying this dish again. I got the chicken korma, a dish I've been interested in trying for some time now. I hope that all chicken kormas are like this one because the flavor was absolutely incredible! It's creamy cashew sauce with cubed chicken. I got mine at a medium spice level and it was perfect. The dish was really layered in its flavors with the cashew flavor not being over powering. The restaurant is a pretty nice size, with plenty of tables and room for many guests. The bar is small and the drinks took a while, but we came at the end of the night and I think there were only two people working the front. It seemed like a family owned spot and I hope they succeed here. The food was delicious!

It was quiet and there was only one other table with guests, probably because we were there around 4:00, shortly before the dinner hour. Bathroom cleanliness is critical restaurant criteria: Destination gets 4.5 stars for cleanliness. Our waiter was very polite and stood away, watching and waiting, ready to serve. Two of us shared one flavorful vegetarian entrée with rice, a side of perfectly spicy red chile paste and an order of garlic naan. Destination was convenient and good quality

The food…read moreoverall was good, but the dining experience was let down by very slow and unhelpful service. *Mysore Masala Dosa was delicious -- crispy with tasty potato filling. However, the red chutney spread inside was way too sour for our liking. The sambar and chutneys on the side were flavorful. *Porotta was nicely flaky and served warm. *Vada was good, but the idli tasted old and clearly reheated, not freshly made. *Veg Hakka Noodles were tasty but mostly just noodles with barely any veggies. *Andhra Special Goat Curry was excellent; flavorful with tender, well-cooked mutton. *Mutton roast Biryani was also very good, with moist, flavorful rice and perfectly cooked mutton pieces. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive even though there were only a few other tables occupied. Our server never checked in during the entire 1.5 hours we were there. When we asked questions about the menu, she seemed completely unfamiliar with the items and couldn't give any clear answers. It felt like she was new or hadn't been trained properly, which made ordering a bit frustrating. The decor is simple and casual, similar to many Indian restaurants. The TV was playing loud music, which made the vibe a bit chaotic rather than relaxing. The food was overall good, and there's definitely potential here. But the slow service, lack of staff engagement, and poor menu knowledge made the experience less enjoyable. Hopefully, they can improve on that front because we would definitely love to come back!

We dined fairly early on a Friday evening and the restaurant quickly filled up. Since they are not located on the beach, there is plenty of parking. This location was formerly a pizza hut, but they did a nice job converting to a pleasant dining room. Service was very friendly, pleasant and efficient, and we enjoyed all the food we ordered. As others mention, portions are large (we took food home), and we found the prices to be fair, given the ever increasing cost of food lately. We started with an order of Pakora and onion bhaji. When the dish arrived I thought we were given the wrong order as the plate had what looked like patties, and not the usual shape of these items that we have had at other Indian restaurants. Appearance aside, we found them to taste as we expected. Perhaps a regional difference? We stuck to some of the more common dishes we have ordered so that we could compare to other restaurants. Chicken Tikka Masala and Palak Paneer were both delicious. The menu has everything that you might expect as well as some dishes I've not had. Extensive Biryani and Tandoori offerings as well. We are looking forward to trying some new dishes when we visit again. Give them a try, something new and different for Hampton!
