History
Established in 2015.
Robin S. Price, OD founded Child and Family EyeCare Center in 2006 in Pleasant Grove, UT. The practice offers a full scope of optometric services to meet the needs of the entire family, from young children in their developmental years to the special health considerations of seniors.
Due to the need for this specialty, in 2015 Dr. Price partnered with Devin A. Duval in establishing a second location in Provo, Utah. This location allows Child and Family EyeCare center to better serve patients in Orem, Provo, Springville, and beyond to southern Utah.
Meet the Business Owner: Devin D.
Dr. Duval was raised in Orem and graduated from BYU-Provo. Dr. Duval received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2014. As a student he completed an internship at the Eye Foundation of Utah where he treated people with Glaucoma and other advanced eye diseases. He also completed an internship with Child and Family EyeCare Center where he helped over 500 people with lazy eye, learning related visual problems, carbon monoxide poisoning, and other brain injury related problems.
After graduation he completed a residency in Pediatrics, Vision Therapy, and Vision Rehabilitation and went on to become Board Certified (FCOVD) which makes him the only optometrist in Utah to have completed both.
Dr. Duval is a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD) and the American Optometric Association. He likes to hike, backpack, snow ski, ballroom dance, read, and play the piano. He most enjoys spending time with wife and their three children.
