1-Star Review I had an extremely disappointing experience with OC Tavern. After losing my iPhone the night before, I used the Find My iPhone app and it repeatedly showed my phone at this location. I went back multiple times the next morning trying to locate it and get assistance. Instead of receiving help, I felt unwelcome and was told to leave. Management appeared uncomfortable with my presence, even though I was simply trying to recover my phone. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, I have never experienced such a lack of customer service or concern for someone trying to locate lost property. The situation became even more frustrating because the Find My iPhone app continued to pinpoint the phone at the establishment. After I stated that I was considering contacting the police, my phone was finally located a few minutes later inside a thermal water bottle. Whether this was a misunderstanding or not, the entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and handled very poorly. I visited the location numerous times that morning and felt dismissed rather than helped. Between the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall customer service, I cannot recommend this establishment. I hope management takes lost-property situations more seriously in the future and treats customers with greater respect. I normally don't write Yelp reviews, but my experience at OC Tavern was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it. I went there on another occasion also hoping to enjoy a fun evening of live music. The band was fantastic and honestly the only highlight of the night. I dressed nicely and was excited to support what appeared to be a new local venue. When I arrived, I was charged a $10 cover fee even though it was already close to 10:00 PM and there were only about five people in the entire restaurant. The hostess was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. The drink experience was equally disappointing. The wine selection was extremely limited, and the wine I ordered was served in a small, inexpensive mini bottle rather than properly presented. There wasn't even a proper wine glass, which made the experience feel cheap and unprofessional. Overall, the atmosphere lacked warmth, the service was poor, and the value simply wasn't there. It's unfortunate because the live band was talented and deserved a better venue. Based on my experience, I would not return. read more

Had a great experience at OC Tavern! We ordered the flatbreads and wings, and both were delicious. The flatbreads were flavorful and perfectly cooked, while the wings were crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive.
