I recently traveled to Egypt then Italy. Since returning to the States I have not found a true wonderful authentic cappuccino like Italy or even Egypt. Until I found this place! America does not know coffee let alone how to make a great tasting cappuccino. This place made an amazing cappuccino and it was not just made with a friendly smile, it was the taste of the beans. Love this coffee shop! My friend and I meet for coffee sometimes and we decided to meet here as we like the Kendall Yards area. Light and bright with local art displayed. The orange scones are delicious. Lots of coffee and tea choices. There are some great pastries as well as sweet or savory pies from Bean & Pie. Amazing service with a casual vibe. Great view of downtown and near the Centennial trail and awesome shops. On street and lot parking available. I will for sure be visiting again. read more

I love this cafe. Drinks/food: -I've tried the latte, mocha, cappuccino, chai latte, and their drip coffee from here. They have all been fantastic, though I do wish their chai latte had more spice. -They offer free refills with their drip coffee, which is absolutely phenomenal. -No up charge on alternative milk. -They get their pies and quiches from Bean and Pie, and they are so incredible. -Point system for rewards program, which is awesome. The only thing is that it only applies to drinks, not the food items. Service: -The baristas are always friendly! I'm very much a regular at this point and I'm so grateful New Love is around. I'm pretty picky about coffee and they're my favorite in my area at the moment, and it's not a close race. Everyone who works here is ridiculously kind - Ryan asks how my puppy is doing every time I see him, and Madi even surprised me with a little thermos out of nowhere one day. The location is beautiful, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking downtown and lots of plants. I'm very grateful for this place. read more

Cute coffee shop, with good tasting coffee and matcha - definitely a staple place!! The staff were all friendly. There is a good amount of seating/working area inside and outside. They sell some food (like hand pies and burritos) and pastries as well - which looked yummy. The specials looked enticing, especially the toasted marshmallow. Good place! read more

Fast service and free parking in the back lot or along the street of Kendall Yards. This location has 8-10 small tables to chat or study at. It kind of has an industrial style with neon blue walls and large pieces of art on the wall. The bathroom is out in the hallway and requires a code, but is accessible (no stairs needed). The coffee shop is very echo-y and loud so not ideal for studying but is a decent place to catch up with friends. All of their tea options come from Revival Tea. I got the "blue tea" which was made from butterfly pea. The barista recommended having it with vanilla syrup and coconut milk, to which I agreed. It was an interesting grey/sea foam color. It was very smooth and had a very fruity flavor. Also, their cups (for cold drinks) have a wide mouth and aren't customized (which I am surprised by). Their pistachio cream cold brew didn't have a pistachio flavor and was not mixed well so the sweetener was all at the bottom. Probably would not get this again. I also came on their opening day, and a few teas/drinks were unavailable. Their Wifi was not ready yet and no straws either. I understand that not every menu item can be available all the time, but I had higher expectations for an opening day. I'd be willing to come back another day once the hype calms down to see if there are any improvements. read more

I've been here a few times and never had a good experience. A writing group I'm in meets nearby so I come here for a drink beforehand. I like their cornbread cookie (it's way too crumbly but the flavor is nice), but their lattes are disappointing, the marshmallow isn't very good and is honestly a bit inconvenient, I once ordered an iced drink which they gave to me hot, and it's always really cold inside. I wouldn't have written a negative review for these things as I almost never negatively review small businesses, but today I had a bad experience with staff that made me want to warn others. My husband surprised me with dutch bros before dropping me off. I went in with the intention of buying food, but the case was empty except for a couple cookies. Note: I was at the counter for 3-5 minutes. There are two cases, I looked at both closely, and I looked at the menu to see if there were food items mentioned there that weren't in the cases. At no point did the barista talk to me even though he saw me, so I wasn't given the chance to buy anything even if I'd wanted to! I set up my computer and started writing, with the intention of buying a drink after I finished my dutch (I would've done this anyway, but dutch actually forgot the syrup in my drink so I really wanted to get another one T_T). However, while I was working, a staff member (I think the owner, he's the only one I ever see here), kept staring at me. I ignored it, then he came up to me while I was sitting and asked if he could get me anything. I was flustered and said no, then he told me off and said not to bring competitors drinks into their store. I know people aren't mind readers and he couldn't have known I was going to buy anything, but to confront me like that left a bad taste in my mouth, especially when I've been here multiple times before and have bought things! read more

Coffee had great flavor. If you genuinely like coffee and not just something sweet I definitely recommend. There is a focus on different notes of flavor in the syrup but you can also taste the darkness of the coffee itself. Service 10/10, the barista recommended his mystery drink and I loved it. I love being served coffee in a mug so I appreciated that they do for orders that aren't to go. The space is open and decorated with art and plants. Pretty chill, definitely a calming atmosphere. Decent amount of seating, good place to go and chat or sit and do work. Relatively quiet which is nice. read more
