I am so impressed with Chris and the level of knowledge he has about moth infestations. He was able to identify three different types of moth infestations in my home and clearly explained the life cycle of each one, which helped me understand the treatment plan. I have been dealing with a recurring moth problem for more than two years, and Chris's thoroughness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills allowed him to pinpoint every area of concern. I had a squirrel living in my attic for several weeks over two years ago, and Chris was even able to connect the squirrel's possible food storage to the ongoing moth issues--something no one else had considered. He was very specific about the treatment plan and explained exactly what needed to be done. Unlike the three other pest control companies I worked with over the years, Chris didn't try to sell me an expensive, one-size-fits-all package costing hundreds of dollars. Instead, he recommended a targeted treatment approach that made sense, including spot treatments every three months rather than unnecessary monthly spraying throughout the house. I highly recommend New Leaf Pest Control and Chris, especially if you're dealing with moths. His expertise, honesty, and practical approach gave me confidence that the problem is finally being addressed correctly. I am incredibly grateful for his help and only wish I had found him years ago! read more

We've used New Leaf a couple of times for a variety of projects. We bought a home that had been vacant for over a year and sits in front of a large field. We felt that a general treatment was important to avoid any issues. The price was incredibly reasonable and the professional on time, etc. Pretty much everything you could ask for. Fast forward nearly a year we started having BIG issues with fleas. I worried about chemicals since I have two small children, one who was still crawling. They sent exterminators out to follow up at no charge and gave great instructions for how to help interrupt the fleas natural life cycle. The last time they were here the gentleman even picked up all my babies toys and left them neatly stacked off the floor. As a busy Mom this was so appreciated. When we returned a little earlier than expected I called to ask about the dangers of the babies touching the ground. The person I spoke to knew EXACTLY what was sprayed and told me of any possible issues, what to look for, etc. It put my mind at ease and really made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing and cared enough to explain the chemicals used to a concerned Mom. I literally cannot say enough good about these guys. I refer everyone that I can to them. Don't hesitate. read more

I purchased a home that needed ductwork replaced and repaired in the crawlspace. I contacted New Leaf and got an appointment through Jordan to have his technician Matt come out and look at the project. Matt was extremely professional and courteous! At no point did I feel pressured or obligated to sign up for any service. Matt went into the crawlspace and after a good 25-30 minutes later emerged and listed out the things that needed attention in the crawlspace. I was given a detailed estimate and options for payment plans with the company. After setting up a date to have the work done, the crew from New Leaf showed up and performed the work in a timely fashion. These guys are hard workers! As a firefighter at a large organization, I am definitely going to recommend this company to my co workers based on their honest and ethical values. It shows they take pride in their work. They also warranty their work for a full year! I am thoroughly impressed! Thank you Jordan for a pleasant experience! read more

You want to get rid of your rodents? Get New Leaf Pest Control. From the office staff to our Pest Guy, Cameron, it was a great experience. Cameron found and got them, Cory sealed the holes so they would have to find another way in. You guys are amazing. They are not over priced either. I tried to get them myself fearing the cost with an expert. I never would have been able to do it myself because I was trying to catch mice. Well, I didn't have mice, I had a Big ole' roof rat. He was bigger than the traps I was using. Trust me Get An Expert. I would have done it sooner if I knew how affordable it was. Cameron also always came with masks, gloves and booties. Please do yourself a favor and hire New Leaf Pest Control. read more

I called New Leaf because I noticed wasp nests on my home and one inside a plant. They never bothered anyone, but I did not want to take any chances. Elias came out, took a look, and explained these are paper wasps and because of the location on the house, posed no real threat to humans. He did suggest removing the one inside the plant, because, if agitated, they will probably defend themselves. I agreed to removing only this one, no chemicals used. I learned so much from this one visit, Elias is a wealth of knowledge. If you're a person who needs pest control and is looking for honest, knowledgeable help, and does not relish the thought of using chemicals as a first resort, please call New Leaf. You will be glad you did. read more

My husband and I needed to have a termite inspection on condition of our refi on our home. We called New Leaf Pest Control and spoke with Jordan. He set us up an appointment for a few day later and was there at the time we agreed upon. He was very professional and polite and a really nice guy. He told me what he was going to do and he was down the crawl space and back in a few minuets. No termites but he did notice another issue. We agreed to take care of that in a short time. We are very impressed with New Leaf Pest Control and will use them again and will tell our friends. New Leaf Pest Control wins it hands down!! Great Company! read more

I needed quick help assessing my crawl space as a part of a real estate interaction. Jordan from New Leaf, responded quickly and was able to look at my space the same day. He was very open and helpful, providing practical solutions to my problem. He also provided a bid, and a time frame as to when the work could be completed. If my real estate deal had fallen through, I would definitely have used this company, and have recommended their services to my realtor. He helped bring clarity to my decision making process, and I was very grateful for that. Thank you Jordan. Audrey F. read more

I loved my experience with New Leaf. I had an enormous yellow jacket nest by the entrance to my house, (I was stung by two of em at the same time) and these wonderful people at New Leaf were kind, answered all my questions and sent Jordan out a couple days later. Rachel is a sweetheart. Jordan was knowledgeable, patient and described in detail what all my options were. He took care of the problem and it was resolved within 24 hours. They are the most cost-effective and caring of any such business to which I made inquiries. I recommend them highly. read more

We went out of town for a week and I was completely dismayed to see mouse droppings in our garage upon our return home. EEK! We called New Leaf to come take care of the furry critters and when they came out, they told us they weren't mouse droppings - but fly pods. We had left some bananas in the garage that had gone bad. Not only did we not have mice, but Chris said - no charge for the visit! Now THAT's customer service. New Leaf will be the first one we call if we ever do get a visit from Mickey. Thanks guys! read more

Great company. We will see how the ant issue is in 30 days. But really enjoyed the company. They came out and listened to my issues about my ants. I have never had a house sprayed for ants so was very glad that he listened to all my questions. After he sprayed my house he asked me if there was anything else I wanted treated before he left. He made sure I was happy with the work before he left. Enjoy companies who take the extra steps to make customers happy. read more

We had a complete removal and installation of new vapor barrier and insulation. As well as decontamination. From the estimate to the completion the job went as planned. Chris did a good job with the quote and explaining the process. The crew arrived as scheduled on time and on the scheduled day. The crew (John, Darren, Nate, and Sydney) were polite, professional, hard working and cleaned up after each day. Very pleased with all the worked that was done. read more

I have had New Leaf out at least twice- once for a general pest issue, and another for an ant problem. Both times they were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and by far the best price around. Best part- no more pests! I would recommend New Leaf to anyone. On one of my service calls I worked with the owner directly- he cares about his customers, his business, doing things right the first time, and following up on issues. Solid, solid company! read more

We contacted New Leaf Pest Control last month, when we discovered we had ants in our home. The technician quickly determined that we had sugar ants in our home. The technician applied a few drops of pet safe bait for the ants. The technician went over how the bait works with us. He said we would most likely see results within 2 weeks. To our surprise. We couldn't find an ant 48 hours. Thanks, New Leaf Pest Control! read more

Nick came by to do the free consultation. He called me in advance, arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. A recent home inspection had revealed a few minor items (potentially major) and wanted to get them checked out by professionals. In the end, everything was good to go down there and Nick said there wasn't anything that requires immediate attention. Love the honesty. I highly recommend this company. read more

I had to get a sump pump installed, and have some trenching done under a rental house I own. These guys were able to schedule the work weeks sooner than other firms, their price was the same as or lower than other bids I had received, and they did quality work. Jordan was very responsive via phone and email. I will call them again in the future, should I ever need more of this kind of work done. read more

We were in a real estate transaction with the closing date coming up quick. Another contractor was hired for the job but he disappeared on us last minute. New Leaf came to the rescue and did a quality job. We needed crawlspace work including a sump pump, water removal, post replacement etc. New Leaf completed the job in time for us to meet our closing date. Will definitely be using them again! read more

Jordan was outstanding , he sent Nick who was very efficient and honest to remove a massive dead possum from my Crawlspace! He crawled through my very low Crawlspace to ensured that the vents were well sealed. As compared to another peat control company who showed up and scared me with dishonest high priced bids You are in safe hands with New Leaf! read more
