He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. They didn't trap one, and the bait wasn't touched. When I finally got the guts to go into the attic myself I saw about an 8 foot square area with old rodent damage. That was it. I had already prepaid for 3 weeks of trapping and baiting, so I waited it out. On the last week they tried to roll my account into an ongoing "maintenance" billing. No thank you!

We originally called them years ago for a house ant problem…read morewe couldn't get under control ourselves with ant baits and sprays purchased at a nearby hardware store. Once they started invading the kitchen I had enough! I love to cook, and that was absolutely disgusting! They came out and gave us pricing for what we were looking for. The plan we chose was quarterly service including spraying the perimeter of the house for pests, de-cobwebbing eaves and removing any wasp nests, and also treating inside the house when pests were present. They also set out spider and/or mouse traps if needed as part of the quarterly service. Within a few treatments we were very happy with the results. For the first year or two we had them come out more frequently for an "extra service", which they don't charge extra for. It's available every 30 days or so when the spray wears off. They'll come out more frequently for inside pests as well at no charge, as long as the pests are part of your quarterly plan. They sprays they use are pet friendly which was important to us with our two dogs. Their fees are affordable for us to keep pests away. We pay about $139 every 3 months, including taxes. It gives us peace of mind and frees us up from having to do it ourselves. They also have a website for customers to make appointments and pay their bill. Very convenient. My only issue is the turnover of service technicians. We had two technicians in the beginning for years, then it seemed like a new one at every service. The turnover has settled down some and we've had the same two for the last year or so. Overall we are very happy with this company. We have recommended them to a few of our neighbors who also seem happy with them. Would recommend.

I'm having.. that particular inspector ghost me, doesn't show up at all and wanting to communicate via text.. ( all the inspector had to do is show up and do their job .). All while I have an email saying an inspector would be here at the above given times. Now I get no inspectors on this post date and have to cancel my plans for October 2 because I have to reschedule again with Terminix. I've requested a different inspector.

UPDATE: It gets worse and weird. I am thus reducing my three…read morestars to one star. After I told them our issue was resolved, they sent a guy out to pick up the remaining traps and clean up. He spent 5 minutes with a shop vac (contractually, they were supposed to "disinfect and sanitize"). Then, I received a "Grand Total" bill for the final amount, which I paid. I was very glad to be completely done with them. THEN, they sent a tech out to my house without telling me! Apparently he baited some traps he put outdoors. I didn't see him come. He didn't call me, he didn't text me, nor did he knock on my door--he just snuck around my property, apparently. Then, they sent me an invoice for that. Super creepy. I called the 800 number, after a lengthy wait, I talked to an unsympathetic secretary with little knowledge. She said they would call me back, but have not. I also sent an email in response to the bill, but have received no response from that, either. I'm pretty frustrated. They have *major* billing issues. They seem to be mostly focused on extracting as much money as they can, with the least effort. Original Review: Contracting: They completed a digital contract at my door ($2K) after a brief explanation. I paid 75% up front. What they didn't mention is that there are also monthly fees of $79 for showing up and doing the job they promised. *Don't trust what they tell you, but actually read the contract and ask questions.* Don't sign a digital contract, but ask for it on paper, if you decide to use this service. They did do the exclusion work, but we did most of the rest of it ourselves. If we ever have this problem again, I would hire a handyman to do the exclusion work and put out traps ourselves. The service was completely and totally not worth what we paid. Disorganization: They were very disorganized. They made appointments without notice--a guy would call me randomly to say he was on his way, and then they would ignore us for 2 weeks or more. There was one competent tech (Chris) but most often someone new would show up with little background on what had been happening. Ultimately our issue was resolved, but it was far from smooth...and expensive, and like I said, we did most of it ourselves.
