Good prices but the service is terrible. They take weeks of ordering your items once it arrived they got it wrong then you wait for another week, the order is incomplete. They gave you sweet promises that your order will arrive but never arrive. Practically you have to beg for your order that you already paid in full to be delivered. Owner doesn't really care about your time or your contractor time since they are not at loss. Not recommended! read more

Giving one star because their pricing is fairly good. Besides that, if you wanna get a job done and need laminate flooring or anything they sell from this place, make sure you're ready to NOT have your material when they tell you it'll be there. This place is the absolute worst when it comes to making sure their paid in full customers don't get their product on time and reschedule not once but twice. Was guaranteed my order would be there on a tuesday. keep in mind, I paid for the order a Wednesday prior. you'd think basically a week would suffice, but guess what, it wasn't. the day of, got a call that the trailer forgot to pick up the product , guess shame on them. Next guaranteed delivery day, Thursday. It's ok, i'll just pay the contractor to put the floor a few hundred dollars to organize the area and get ready for thursday, since that was the new date given. Thursday comes and i call to make sure product is there for pick up. Oh wait. they'll check to co form, oh what! producer is not here, trailer didn't pick up again, Friday for sure it's here. shoulda looked at these reviews ahead of time, shame on me. let me cancel my contractor again, because obviously it's my fault the product i paid for is not here. Friday comes, i call and told my product is on way, should be there at 4-5 pm . oh nice, 4 or 5 pm, just in time to enjoy that beautiful Cali traffic. Awesome, i'm glad i was able to accommodate the business since obviously they are doing me the favor. Great job guys. ‍ in other words, this business sucks balls and if y'all decide to buy here just make sure to be disappointed with the service. Shop at your own risk. DO NOT SHOP HERE! My family is redoing our bathrooms and we got a different material for one room than the rest of the house and then we got one box that was damaged we called they said it was fine, to bring it back but when we did bring it back the owner was rude said that she wouldn't change it because it was her store and she makes the calls not the customer. The box of tile was broken when they loaded the tile into truck. We thought helping a small business during tough times would be a good thing, but honestly we could have gotten all of this at Lowe's or Home Depot without the hassle and poor customer service. read more

They don't want you to take pics in their showroom... kind of strange. Nice showroom with plenty of options. When I was shopping for tile they had the best prices. I purchased from them and the tile arrived exactly when they said it would, and they loaded it for me & worked with me on pick up times. The only con is the professionalism of the staff. They are friendly enough but the bling on the lady's eyes is very tacky. Just an observation. read more

For weeks I have been searching all over Inland Empire for the perfect tile for my kitchen remodel project. I was looking for something that did not have any beige or brown tones in it, and I wanted it cheap, but good quality (thats asking a lot, I know!). I wish I would of just come to this place first. They have a massive showroom and a lot of in-stock tile. There is no prices on the tile so you need one of the guys to help you browse. It's so big I was getting turned around and couldn't remember which tiles I wanted to ask about. I was getting the feeling I was annoying the guy, but it worked out in the end and I got my tile. They had it all in stock and loaded up really quick. It's being installed by my contractor as I type this!! read more

Beware Beware Beware!!! They take your money, they promise you delivery times and they never keep promises. They do not respect people's time, and they keep saying "we will call you back in 10 minutes" and they never do!!!!!! Make sure when you sign the purchase invoice, always ask for a return option so you won't get screwed. They gave me so much hassle and tried to charge me restocking fee. I will never shop there from there again. we purchase our first 30 boxes and went back a month later to purchase another 12 boxes to finish our upstairs floor. When we went the second time, we order the same material from the same manufacturer. The lady who placed the order said it would be fulfilled. She realized later that they don't carry any material from the manufacture we chose the first time. Instead of informing us, they decided without our consent to order from a different manufacturer without our permission. This is after we paid them in full. they assumed we wouldn't notice and would stay quiet. We felt deceive just so they can get a sale. Now we are stuck with a different manufacturer floor and looking at other places that carry republic brand. I am only giving 1 star because does not 0 stars as an option. read more

LA Prices and Selection! Perfect for affordable, qualtiy tile for repairs and remodels! I purchased over 500 sq/ft, and they gave me a discount on the price and free thinset for my installation. The prices and selection were close to HD or Lowes- but not everything was the same beige color. They have Porcelain, and Ceramic, and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. Worst place, orders over three weeks ago kitchen cabinets, then they said once the cabinets arrive they will come install. Nope waited another week making a month without a kitchen. Then when they finally came to install they didn't finish because not all parts came. Plus they never call you or to let you know when they are coming back to finish. A disappointment people stay out of this place. Not worth the money they should fire those people and bring in professional. read more

I'm a DYI and I purchased tile 4 years ago, I needed the same tile and it was nice to go back after all this time and they still have it in stock. They also take the guesswork out by letting you know how much grout and thin set you need, and they load it for you. I was in and out in 20 mins. I will definitely use these guys for my future projects. Only downside is that they have a no return policy. read more

I recently had granite countertops put in and had nothing but problems. I tried to contact manager and Louis would not give me his name. I want the owner to come and see the poor quality of the work and would like to get it resolved before I have to go thru legal action. I try to give a benefit of doubt, but, after they left, cleaning the counter I found chips and scratches that should of been taken care of. if you have knowledge of owners name please help do not want to talk to the middle man. wont recommend yet, so lets see if they are wanting to move forward. read more
