Big concern for me when looking for laser hair removal treatment were: laser appropriate for melanated skin, Nurse Practitioners (NP) and cleanliness. SEV used the same type of laser that the 10x more expensive place uses. SEV only used NP and the med spa is very clean. I decided to go all in for my treatment at this spot by purchasing a package of 6 for an extra large area. The area for my full face and neck. My biggest concern was my upper lip, chin and neck area. With the purchase of the package, I also got my side burns, nose hairs and the side of my brows. I am 3 of my 6 sessions and I am happy with the results. I saw the biggest results after session 3. I am confident that this is working and I am so happy that I with SEV. My package was affordable. The NP has on-video session with you a week before your first session to ensure you qualify for treatments. SEV has loyalty programs and they are located in several other states. Pros: What I like about SEV, easy to book and they offer specials. The scheduling system is easy to use and they do a good job of reminding you of appointments times. They validate at the parking garage which is only a few feet away. Cons: Very tight schedule if a NP canceled there is no resetting for that day. Clients arrange their work schedules and personal commitments around these appointments. Consistently rescheduling with little notice demonstrates a lack of organization and consideration for clients' time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend booking here based on my experience.
