That also means areas which were not treated have been receiving higher levels of laser intensity than is right for an untreated or less progressed area. When I came in for a consultation, the sales person was extremely pushy and kept me for over an hour (past closing and way longer than the 20 minute scheduled appointment) asking me personal questions and showing me a slideshow that they clearly didn't understand much of themselves. They didn't have answers for my actual questions and steered the conversation away from what I wanted to discuss. They didn't understand how the payment plan worked, which was extremely concerning considering the large financial commitment this is. They told me there would be no interest on the payment plan, but when they showed me the plan it had 24% APR. I only decided to go ahead with it because it came recommended and I had already decided the max I was willing to pay before coming to the appointment (they don't share pricing unless you do this consultation). I was frustrated that person got the commission from me. They pulled the classic trick of the trade that I wouldn't be able to get the pricing unless I committed with them then. I honestly had such a bad experience with them I wanted to file a complaint. I met a couple technicians that day and they were very kind, so I don't want their bad salesperson to reflect on them and their work. Now that I have been going here for over a year, I have only had good experiences and interactions with the technicians. I just wish the sales experience would have been actually helpful and less pushy.
