The laser Removery uses is SIGNIFICANTLY less painful than what I experienced at the place I was going before, which claimed to have had "the newest technology" (obviously bs). Removal is of course never going to be comfortable, but I would say the pain level with Removery's laser is about a 4/10 compared to dang near close to a 10/10 at the other place. I had some issues regarding a misleading consultation that resulted in unfair pricing, however, Angie the studio manager eagerly stepped in to help with a quick & fair solution. She is super sweet, along with all of the staff I've met at this location! I'm still in the long & dreadful removal process unfortunately, but Removery is trying to get the job done as quickly as possible while also ensuring not to cause any additional skin damage that I obtained at my prior removal place. I'm almost at the finish line, but super happy Removery prioritizes quality treatment over speed!

Besides being overpriced, their laser doesn't work and actually has a class action lawsuit due to its' ineffectiveness. Unfortunately the only parties to benefit from the lawsuit are the shops - not the clients. After 10 sessions at Hindsight, I switched to Enfuse Med Spa and it's now totally gone in just 3 treatments and the appointments were HALF the cost.
