I wanted to add a lip and eye booster which was no problem. I found Vian Aesthetics through Hydrafacial's website and was happy with Nunzia's extended education through them. She also trains others in Hydrafacial too. Which I feel like when someone teaches it to others they know the ins and outs. This was my first time getting a hydrafacial. I saw the data and research about their efficacy and was nervous on finding a great provider. This could not have been a better spot for my first Hydrafacial. Came here for a facial through ClassPass, and was immediately greeted very warmly by Nunzia outside of her studio. After signing an intake form, I was taken inside the studio and left alone to change. The space itself was beautifully designed and immaculate with candles on the walls, relaxing music and a pleasant scent in the air. The facial experience was like no other I've had. Nunzia first explained my skin type and perceived issues to me, then carefully described what she would be doing the next hour making sure to answer all of my questions. Once we got started, she used an enzyme mask that stayed on my face for 10-15 mins or so. At this point , most aestheticians would leave the room or get other things set up but Nunzia gives you a hand and arm massage and then places warm gloves on you to keep you comfortable. Amazing. Other highlights- the extraction process was as gentle as possible and I felt no pain (which was a first)! She also used an ozone therapy, high frequency device I hadn't heard of before to disrupt bacterial growth and stimulate oxygen release. I looked this up on pubmed afterward and there are quite a few studies with data to support the benefits of ozone therapy. Also, I felt Nunzia was extremely passionate about her job. I could tell she was genuinely excited to work with my skin. Overall, the professionalism in which Nunzia administered my facial, her impressive knowledge base and the space itself made this a wonderful experience. Would give this place 10 stars if I could. After knowing Nunzia for 3 years, I finally decided it was time to get on board with her facials. I have been put on several medications by my derm over the past 10 years, and nothing seemed to work. I had spent thousands of dollars on oral and topical medications and it was all a short term fix. I have very sensitive skin and am always extremely nervous to put new products on my face. Nuniza's facials, and products, have done wonders for my skin over the past 3 months. The products are extremely reasonably priced and last for a long time. I got a Brazilian wax at Nunzia and plan to go back. Nunzia is super sweet, warm, and efficient, and the space is so cute. The only complaint I have is that the towel she provides for when you are lying on the table is more of a hand towel, and the way the room is set up is that when she opens the door to come back in, someone walking by in the hallway could see you on the table. I'm not sure if the door issue can be fixed since it is a small room, but a bath size towel should definitely be provided. If the lack of privacy is improved, this place would be perfect. read more
