I called before placing an order to ensure that they were as quick as their website promised. It was true. They were. I placed my order online (as a bonus, there was a coupon code available on their website) and used their shirt designing tool with ease. I picked the shirt up the following morning and it was perfect--exactly as I designed it online. The clerk was friendly and quick. I was in and out of the mall in less than five minutes. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost.
