My girlfriend also told me she was in complete bliss throughout the massage. She likes the softer Swedish massage and she said that her masseuse did a great job she almost fell asleep. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier issue, but regardless, the yelling was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with a strong musty smell, which suggested poor ventilation. After paying, I asked to use the restroom and was rushed to the back where I was shown what can barely be called a bathroom: a toilet and sink in an open space with no door. Instead, there was a thin sheer cloth (about the length of my arm) hanging from the ceiling offering zero privacy. After that, I was quickly ushered into another room and rushed to lay down for the massage. When it was time to leave, one lady aggressively demanded a tip while another woman physically blocked the exit door until we tipped. When we asked if there was an extra $2.00 charge for using a card, the staff member told us, "$2.00 is not too much for you," which was extremely rude and inappropriate -- you should never tell customers what they can or cannot afford. Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

She starts massaging and I kid you NOT she takes her phone out and focuses on her phone while giving me horrible massage. I had enough and it had not been an hour let alone the 90 minutes I paid for. I got up, got dressed and asked for a refund for the remaining time. She gave me the refund and as I was walking out she had the audacity to ask for tip. The front desk lady charged $60 without asking first. 3. I called and got the confirmation that they are able to accommodate me at 1PM. I arrived at 12:55PM. The masseuse didn't enter the room until almost 1:30PM. And even then, still had to walk in and out of the room for some reason. 4. The promo included hot stone and back scrub. She did the massage first, then scrub, then hot stone without wiping off the scrub. I've had this procedure a lot of times before, and this sequence is odd. 5. At one point, the warm towel she used to wipe the body scrub off was very hot. She also didn't wipe everything off completely. Then she asked me to lie on my back for the rest of the massage. 6. I asked for hard pressure on my back from the start of the massage. She literally spent approximately 10 mins on my left waist. I had to tell her what to do. I was already up even before she told me it was done. Definitely a bad experience and waste of money. Didn't feel relaxed, at all.
