I did weeks of research with pricing, different cars and extensive dealership reviews. Frontline had predominantly positive reviews and a car in my price range. EVERY other dealership and I MEAN every, other dealership would have a price but fine print would always be "after $3000 down" etc. so in reality they are listing low to get you In and hoping you don't notice fine print. Frontline Auto , the price is the price. Went there and spoke with Artie. He was very helpful, down to earth and Zero pressure. None . We drove the car. Liked the car. Asked some questions and after I got my insurance taken care of got cashiers check bought car that's it. Went over final details with Dennis his partner, also was great. Offered extended warranty , but I declined for now. And that was it. So to recap. Honest dealership. No pressure , good prices. would buy a car again. (As long as this one doesn't implode in a month etc. lol) Thanks guys

It took me a while to write this post, but I feel like this place has to be one of the worst car…read moredealerships I've ever dealt with. I bought what I thought was a decent car back in November 2024 (at least according to the CarFax), and the staff at the dealership was incredibly kind and accommodating--go figure. However, less than a month later, the car started showing sensor errors. I reached out to my salesman, Rafin, who connected me with Mitch, the Service Manager. Mitch asked if we could leave the car with them so the service department could "fix" the issue. After a day, the car was ready, but less than a week later, the same issue came back--this time worse. To make matters worse, the weather was awful, and the dealership is quite a distance from where I live in Brooklyn. I tried reaching out to Mitch again, but it was like trying to reach a ghost--he never returned my calls or followed through on his promise to stay on top of the issue. Rafin, on the other hand, took all the heat since he was at least responsive. To make things even more frustrating, the phone operator, Mary, started screening my calls and became incredibly aggressive when I insisted on speaking to a manager. On the bright side, Annabelle was very sweet and did her best to pass on my concerns, but that was pretty much a dead end. It wasn't until Rafin suggested I use my extended warranty instead of wasting time calling and getting nowhere that I realized there was a huge error in my paperwork. The warranty company and I discovered that the back office had made a careless mistake: they had linked the VIN number to the wrong car and failed to include the expiration mileage. When I called to inform them, I got zero assistance, and once again, Rafin had to act as the middleman while Mitch continued to "disappear" and no other managers seemed to be working there. Eventually, the issue was resolved, but now my car is still at the mechanic getting a whole new engine because the original one was compromised. This whole experience shows me that the dealership is providing inaccurate information about the cars they sell. It's been a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend anyone deal with them. In closing, Rafin deserves better. He should find a job where he's truly valued, because he was the only one who stuck with me through this entire ordeal. Meanwhile, it seemed like the owners and managers were probably hiding out back, smoking cigarettes and ignoring their responsibilities.

Consumer Warning: My Experience with Certified Sunrise Auto Sales…read more Please do not waste your time or money buying from Certified Sunrise. On October 21, 2024, I purchased a certified pre-owned Jeep. Within a week, it began overheating. I contacted Jose at the dealership and was told to bring it back -- which I did, using my own insurance to tow it ( Red Flag #1). They had it for two days, claimed it was fixed, and sent me on my way. Two weeks later, the Jeep overheated again, this time with smoke pouring from the engine. I texted Jose again and had to tow the vehicle home myself at 6 a.m. because nothing was open. I then took it to an official Jeep dealership, where they ran diagnostics and told me: it needed a new engine. When I informed Certified Sunrise, they asked me to bring the vehicle back -- but I refused. I no longer trusted them. Things got worse: my warranty provider (Headstar) denied the claim, saying it appeared to be a pre-existing issue, since I'd only owned the vehicle for a short time. When I returned to the dealership to demand answers, the owner Keith verbally assaulted me and used the N-word toward me and the people with me. I immediately left and began seeking legal help. Then, the Jeep dealership contacted me and said someone from Certified Sunrise had paid the diagnostic fee and arranged for my vehicle to be towed -- without my consent or knowledge. For TWO MONTHS, I had no idea where my vehicle was, despite calling several times. No one responded. Eventually, I called my warranty company directly. They told me the vehicle was at Tapit Transmission, and a claim for $4,300 had already been processed -- using my forged signature. Yes, they FORGED my name to get paid. When I visited Tapit Transmission, they told me the "new" engine they installed was defective and had to be returned and replaced again. In total: I was without my car for 4 months I made all my loan payments and kept full insurance coverage I paid for a rental car completely out-of-pocket My signature was forged I was verbally assaulted by the dealership owner There is even more shady behavior involved, but this experience alone is reason enough to STAY AWAY from Certified Sunrise. I'm sharing this so no one else has to go through what I did.

A True Gem in the Used Car World!…read more I haven't lived in New York for a long time, but every time I need a used car, my thoughts still go straight to Reiners Auto Sales. That says a lot. Over the years, I've bought five cars from them, and every one has been its own kind of awesome: 1988 Baby Blue Ford Taurus - Purchased in 1990 Solid, smooth, and shockingly clean. This car set the gold standard for reliability. It was loaded and a joy to drive with my new wife and infant girl. 1987 Lincoln Continental - Bought in 1991, Pure luxury. I still miss this car. The ride was divine and the price was unbeatable. It was literally way below book value, and the miles were low! 1974 Plymouth Valiant - 1992 - I needed a reliable "station car" to get to the LIRR. Got it for $150. Ridiculously good gas mileage and 100% reliable. Talk about value! 2002 Ford Crown Victoria - I bought this in 2010. This one was hilarious to drive--people thought I was a cop and cleared the lane! V8 power, dual exhaust, spacious, and smooth. Got it for $2,250 and ended up selling it for the same price two years later. Incredible. 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible - Got this in 2011. This car holds a special place in my heart-- two of my daughters learned to drive in it. It was dependable, stylish, and came at a great price. Reiners isn't just a dealership. For me, it's been a trusted source of incredible cars, great deals, and dependable service. Even now, years later and miles away, I'm still grateful for the experiences and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great used vehicle. Ask for Joe! Trust me, after 30+ years, the man and his team are doing something right!! Thanks, Reiners, for being a dealership that actually cares. You've earned this review--and my lasting respect.

I would call a day after he said he would and he acted like he was just going to call me. They never followed through and always had different excuses on why paper work was lost. I had to open a case with the dmv and was told they will get a slap on the wrist. When I stepped into office I told them I had leukemia and didn't want no problems. First problem was mileage didn't match ad because salesman told me he drove it for a while. They did take off some money because of that but then customer service went downhill from there. I have bought cars for over 40 years and never had this problem of buying a car with no title. Please what ever the owner says in his response dont believe his lies. I have texts and paperwork to back all this up. Ask him about car max car and titles. He told me that he opened a case with the DMV also but funny thing is the DMV never contacted me about his case nor did they say there was a case when I filed mine.

He told me the truck was still available. I then told him I had planned to visit next day or two. His reply was to just call and check again before coming. I gave my name and cell phone number to him. I called several times next morning after 9am until phone was answered about 9:25 by Bill. I asked for Charlie (not in yet). I asked Bill if the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD was still available and he said yes. I told him I had wished to come and view the truck and I am 75 miles away. I asked for Charlie to call me when he arrives. Bill says that I could head down and that Charlie would be here by the time I would arrive which is close to two hours. Well, I close my business for the day, leave and after the grueling NYC / Long Island traffic, I arrive at Noon to be told the truck was sold. Naturally I was angry. I asked why I was not called. Bill tells me he left two messages on the phone I called him from and not my cell phone. He called my business number by caller ID. He leaves a voice message on my business and never used the cell number I left as contact number. So, was this a bait and switch? Maybe, but I know after they saw me and told me the news, I think they thought best not to start screwing me. When I had returned to my shop, there was only one message from Bill and it was only a question regarding an 8 foot bed. Just one call and one message having nothing to do with the news of the supposed sale of the truck. I could not have been more pro active with double checking the availability and the distance and time I had to use to view the truck and they just really made no effort to stop my trouble. Therefore the only reason for this is that they are dishonest scammers. Also, the drive there was August 2 and today August 5 the truck is still available. STAY AWAY

But I kept refreshing on car gurus and found this vehicle. I had gone to multiple dealerships where They had a price listed but then when I was the price, it was $3000 more somehow... Not here, Riccie was fair and allowed me anytime because I was the first one so when he knew that I was interested he held the Vehicle for me. The vehicle is in Massapequa New York so I needed a little bit of time since I live in Bergen County, New Jersey, which is about an hour and a half away with traffic. It was about two hours. He was very communicative about the whole process and how to get everything set up beforehand in case I decided to take the vehicle so that way it will be a quick transaction and I was not obligated to take the vehicle if I decided against it. I had a wonderful experience. The car was detailed beautifully. He was 100% true to price. The price he had listed was the price I went home at and since I'm out of state I will go to the DMV myself which is fine. He helped me get my enterprise vehicle to enterprise and then sent a car to pick me up. Overall, I was really pleasantly surprised that I absolutely loved the car to drive down get in the car during the test I'd be allowed to have that time with the car to feel how I felt and I opened every window and everyone doors and everything used each car was awesome When my car was totaled, I was so afraid that I was not at the front a car that was as nice since I had just spent 15,000 on it last year and insurance never gives you the same amount but I found a car that I honestly think is nicer and although it had a little bit more miles like by 10,000 maybe this brand will last longer than the car I had and I couldn't be happier. Engine had much more miles than advertised. Engine barely ran. The power cable was rubbing on the exhaust!! Wires were melting on the headers. A/C did not stay cold after 1 min. Oil was sludge. Engine temp gauge did not work. Engine fan was always on and basically trash. Radiator was leaking. Valve covers were leaking oil, and A LOT of it. Reverse lights did not work. Car barely braked and had issues bleeding fluid in the rear drums. Wrong style, vacuum operated carburetor was installed and completely clogged up. Clutch rest-stop was missing, and throw-up bearing spring never installed which friend the bearing. Engine was running super lean, which luckily we spotted early before further damage was done. Contacted Mike immediately once car was received. All he could was that the car was perfect when it left HW motors. Of course it was. The car barely cranked over as it was unloaded from the transport. I offered to show him bills, pictures and diagnostics from the shop working on the car. - He did offer a refund but given that shipping was across the country costs/fees it was not feasible. Simply was looking for him to acknowledge the wrong doing and compensate a little given we paid for the full asking price. Ended up spending over $6,000 to bring the car to an acceptable driving condition! Still needs work! -Mike if you are reading this, shame on you for selling a falsely advertised car. Dishonesty will catch up to you. I have bills and pictures of EVERYTHING, and will be reporting the case. The car was worth $10k less than what we paid.
