My situation was problematic - I'd spent the last five years abroad, and I neglected my credit to the point where it's considered poor, and I wasn't very close to being in the fair range. I needed a car urgently for work though, and was desperate. Initially, Mary mentioned that I was approved for a zero down payment and a larger loan, but the reality was a bit different. I ended up with a smaller loan and a small down payment (limiting my options). Jess and Keith took the time to explain everything, considering my credit history and the fact that I'd only been working for five months in 2023. They were honest about what I could realistically afford each month, and I genuinely appreciated their transparency. Regarding the car itself, the sale price was significantly lower than CarFax's estimate, even though the car was in excellent condition (according to CarFax) with no accidents, recalls, and only two previous owners. I also checked out a couple of other cars in their inventory, all of which seemed well-maintained and in great shape. Jess, Keith, and the team were not just professional but also pleasant to work with. Special mention to Mary, who efficiently scheduled appointments and was always quick to respond. I noticed some previous reviews talking about texts from Mary, but all I can say is, give them a chance. Finding a dealership like this one is a rarity. Keep in mind, they're running a business and need to make a living, so some sales tactics are par for the course. That's the case at any dealership, especially a used car one. On the topic of multiple credit inquiries, since I see that mentioned in reviews as well, it's also part of the process. I visited a couple of other dealers who did the same thing. Usually, it's just one hard inquiry, not a bunch of them. You might see a few soft inquiries, but they won't harm your credit. It's just them trying to secure you the best deal with a reliable lender. Overall, a big thank you to LI Auto Finance. I genuinely appreciate their hard work in making sure I left as a satisfied customer with my very own car. I have texted Nick numerous times on which the response has been, "No worries, I'll check on the status and get back to you". He has referred to me as "sir" which means he doesn't know who his customer is, in addition, he has yet to get back to me with any information. I called the dealership twice to speak to a manager of which there never seems to be one available or at work only to be told they are short of mechanics at the moment so they are back logged on getting vehicles inspected. My question to them was, "why aren't they inspected before listing them"? I am ready to report them to the BBB as I still have no idea when I will be receiving my vehicle.

We opened up a heloc when it was still Bethpage. One of the main reasons we did so through them is because we have our mortgage through them and checking savings. We loved the ease of access to take from heloc and add to our checking right through the mobile app. Easy peasy. Well once we heard it was changing names that's what we were told, only the name is changing nothing else. Everything you do now will stay the same. Okay great. So once the app updated I noticed that line of credit the heloc disappeared off the app... I know this because I needed to transfer money from heloc to pay something online. Where did it go! Well it was given to a third party like the mortgage was. Wtf? So now I went to the brand and said do you have the green checks we gave you? I said not that I noticed why would I need a check? Ohh well you said now you need to fill it out how much you want, write it out to yourself and then wait some odd amount of days to have it clear and become available.... I'm sorry what??? So basically after talking to many people at the bank, it seems they won't change their Jurassic period ways. I want to move all my accounts but since my interest rate is good with them that the only thing I'll be keeping with FourLeaf is the mortgage. Found a good and even better rate at another credit union. So I will be closing my checking savings and heloc at FourLeaf and taking my business elsewhere where all the things I need to do can be easily transferred between account across my mobile app Without having to write a check to myself and waiting days for it to be available. It's my own line of credit for goodness sake! Bye bye FourLeaf, your rebranding sucks! Oh now I can do 1k whoop di do... still doesn't solve the problem, I don't want to have to visit a branch, or call and wait for god knows how long. They hit me with a late fee after I turn the car in. Though I never canceled autopay. I noticed a delinquent reporting from them on my credit report.
