Purchased a 77 trans am from Hollywood motors. Spoke with Mike multiple times, and he confirmed verbally what was stated in the for sale ad. Almost everything stated in the ad was false. Engine had much more miles than advertised. Engine barely ran. The power cable was rubbing on the exhaust!! Wires were melting on the headers. A/C did not stay cold after 1 min. Oil was sludge. Engine temp gauge did not work. Engine fan was always on and basically trash. Radiator was leaking. Valve covers were leaking oil, and A LOT of it. Reverse lights did not work. Car barely braked and had issues bleeding fluid in the rear drums. Wrong style, vacuum operated carburetor was installed and completely clogged up. Clutch rest-stop was missing, and throw-up bearing spring never installed which friend the bearing. Engine was running super lean, which luckily we spotted early before further damage was done. Contacted Mike immediately once car was received. All he could was that the car was perfect when it left HW motors. Of course it was. The car barely cranked over as it was unloaded from the transport. I offered to show him bills, pictures and diagnostics from the shop working on the car. - He did offer a refund but given that shipping was across the country costs/fees it was not feasible. Simply was looking for him to acknowledge the wrong doing and compensate a little given we paid for the full asking price. Ended up spending over $6,000 to bring the car to an acceptable driving condition! Still needs work! -Mike if you are reading this, shame on you for selling a falsely advertised car. Dishonesty will catch up to you. I have bills and pictures of EVERYTHING, and will be reporting the case. The car was worth $10k less than what we paid. read more

I just recently purchased a classic/muscle car from Mario and Mike. They made me and my family feel very comfortable. Not pushy like the regular salesman. We recently called in to check if a vehicle is available and the person that picked up the phone didn't like that we where calling for my boss and instantly hung up. He didnt let me explain or anything, we are just interested in buying the vehicle. I calle back hoping someone would help and a Anthony picked up the phone and was really rude as well stated it wasnt him who put me on hold for a long time or hung up on me but it sounded like him. This place has horrible customer service we are not buying 5 dollars worth of candy we where planning on buy a expensive vehicle the least you can do is be nice and get your commission. read more

Have to give one start or you can't post But I'm really Giving them zero stars. I just bought a classic / Cadillac from Hollywood Motors 3 days ago on 5/16/20. Day after check engine light came on. Today mechanic advises it's a lemon needs complete work. Not worth the money paid for car. $20,000 cash paid!!! Dealership giving hard time and hung up. Not taking car back or helping. They should be ashamed of themselves so hard-up but business by taking advantage of a Senior Citizen. They will get what they deserve. Don't buy their cars!!!!! read more

I think I received a very fair amount for my trade-in and bought an extremely low mileage car in return at a very reasonable price. Fantastic service! I took my Infinity G37 Coupe into Hollywood Motors to have some body and mechanical work done. The Management was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. The Body Shop and Service Department modeled the same attributes. Hollywood Motors gave me an estimate that was $1,000.00 lower than other places. They also said they would probably be able to complete the repairs a little under their estimate. What is amazing is they kept their word and saved me over $1,500.00 total in body work and repairs from other estimates when it was all said and done! When I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out. The bodywork was perfect and all repairs complete. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car, mechanical repairs or auto body work completed. read more
