They insist you need services on your car and then when you ask about them they can never provide a concrete explanation on how it's beneficial and worth the high asking price. They once tried to sell me a service for my brakes that wasn't need at all (I took my car to my trustworthy family mechanic of 20+ years to verify ). Honestly, I don't plan on stepping foot in here again and advise you stay away to avoid any headaches and berating from employees because they're trying to tell you what to do with YOUR CAR. Our salesman Paul was helpful and straightforward with us. He and one of the managers did everything they could to get us to take the car home that day, which wasn't entirely a bad thing. However the stress began when it came time to sign papers. It was the end of the day and everyone was ready to go home, including us. We wanted to take our time and thoroughly review all of the paperwork. The numbers weren't making sense to us or adding up. Finally they claimed they must've made a mistake and "accidentally" entered a fee twice. This fee was around $2,000 so that was quite a mistake! This seemed very shady so we were ready to walk away, but in the end we decided to go through with it since it seemed like everything worked out in our favor. In conclusion, we did experience some unnecessary stress and they may or may not have been trying to pull a fast one on us, but we love the car and liked the salesman we dealt with.
