Do not bother going to individual car dealerships, this is the only way to lease a car! Very honest and professional. Highly recommend.

My transaction was fairly quick. I went in at 9am and I was in my ram by 1. I have a few complaints…read moreabout this place and I'm sure I'm not alone. When I went in I expected a negotiation process, but that was not the case here. The truck was priced under book value anyway so I wasn't disappointed with that. After my test drive I saw that the gas light was on. I'm not sure why, but I noticed every used vehicle I test drove had no fuel. After a thorough inspection of the truck I saw that one of the tires were low on tread and I asked them in the nicest way if they can throw in a tire with the deal and the manager said "I'm not doing a thing to that truck, it's priced to sell and if you don't like it I'm positive someone else will" so they passed the inspection with a low tread tire which is illegal, but anyway ...I was still in love with the truck so I purchased it. After I get out of the finance office and all the paper work was signed I go out to my truck and see that it's still dirty, so I asked my salesman if he can throw in a wash and he ignored my question and switched topics. I was graciously rewarded with a 20 dollar fuel voucher, but I think after spending an arm and a leg on a warranty and a non negotiated price, a tank of gas would have been nice along with a good cleaning, but it seemed like once the sale was finalized my existence wasn't that important. All in all this was a typical "ATLANTIC" dealership.

I found a great used Honda CR-V here in their "clearance" lot. Because of a terrible experience we…read morehad elsewhere a few years ago, my husband and I were very leery of dealerships. Our salesman Paul was helpful and straightforward with us. He and one of the managers did everything they could to get us to take the car home that day, which wasn't entirely a bad thing. However the stress began when it came time to sign papers. It was the end of the day and everyone was ready to go home, including us. We wanted to take our time and thoroughly review all of the paperwork. The numbers weren't making sense to us or adding up. Finally they claimed they must've made a mistake and "accidentally" entered a fee twice. This fee was around $2,000 so that was quite a mistake! This seemed very shady so we were ready to walk away, but in the end we decided to go through with it since it seemed like everything worked out in our favor. In conclusion, we did experience some unnecessary stress and they may or may not have been trying to pull a fast one on us, but we love the car and liked the salesman we dealt with.

I accompanied a friend to the dealership for an oil change, and unfortunately, our experience with…read morethe service advisor, Tasha, was extremely disappointing. From the moment we interacted with her, her attitude came across as dismissive, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. She carried herself as though she would rather be anywhere else than assisting customers. Neither my friend nor I felt valued, welcomed, or encouraged to return as future customers. What made the experience even more frustrating was how she handled questions regarding the vehicle's service and the issues I expressed concern about. No diagnosis was completed to determine what was actually wrong with the vehicle. I understand that dealerships typically charge a diagnostic fee to investigate vehicle issues, and I have no problem paying for a service when it is properly explained and handled. However, Tasha insisted that I pay $225 upfront before she would proceed with the diagnostic, without making any attempt to contact my extended warranty provider to determine whether the cost could be covered. After contacting my extended warranty provider myself, I was informed that the dealership should have attempted to submit the diagnostic for coverage before requiring me to pay the fee upfront. Instead of making that effort, Tasha dismissed the possibility of contacting the warranty company altogether, stating that they would not answer because it was Saturday. She did not attempt to call, verify the coverage requirements, or explore any available options. She simply refused to proceed with the diagnostic unless I paid the $225 upfront. As a result, the issues I raised with the vehicle remained undiagnosed. This was particularly frustrating because I had an extended warranty specifically to help cover eligible vehicle repairs and related expenses. I would have expected a service advisor to make a reasonable effort to understand the warranty process and help determine what was covered rather than immediately dismissing the option and insisting on an out-of-pocket payment. Additionally, the overall interaction felt more focused on finding additional services to charge for than on genuinely helping the customer understand the vehicle's needs. There was very little effort to explain options, address concerns, or provide the kind of guidance one would expect from a dealership service department. Having previously worked in a dealership myself, I understand how important customer service, transparency, and professionalism are to the overall service experience. I also understand that dealership pricing is often higher than other service options. When customers are willing to pay those prices, they reasonably expect a level of customer care that justifies the additional expense. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we received. I cannot speak to how long Tasha has worked there, but based on our interaction, her approach to customer service left a great deal to be desired. Customers should not feel like an inconvenience simply for asking questions, expressing concerns about their vehicles, or trying to understand their warranty coverage. First impressions matter, and this experience did not leave me wanting to establish a long-term relationship with this dealership. Management should take this feedback seriously and review both the customer service provided and how extended warranty claims and diagnostic fees are being handled. A dealership's reputation depends not only on the quality of its service work but also on the professionalism, transparency, and willingness to help demonstrated by the people representing the business.

When they finished, I paid and went outside to drive my truck away and noticed that they did not rotate tires. Went back inside to tell the service writer. He went to get technician. He came back with the technician and told me that he "didn't do the rotation because the better tires were on the rear" of the 15,704 mile truck. A nonsense excuse! That's all the more reason to rotate the tires! It is just plain lazy and dishonest! None of this was discussed with me until I came back in to complain. This is the second Chevy Dealer on Long Island that I had this exact problem with on two separate vehicles in less than a year. After having the problem before, I discreetly mark my wheels before bringing my vehicles in for service. That's good practice to make sure the dealer service department is doing what they are charging you for. I highly recommend that anyone bringing their vehicle in for this service do the same.
