    Here we go, So I purchased my first car from.this Toyota dealership. Now I'm purchasing my second car which is a Toyota Camry .Purchased a Camry that Just came on the lot. Not even hrs before I started to view and test drive it. I have come to the conclusion that all dealerships and sales are all the same. It's all about the game . This time I flipped the game on them. So management kept saying I don't understand how did you hustle us like that and get things done so fast. Lol. Usually when your purchasing a car you sit there for several hours, not me. I did almost everything myself . I saw what I wanted ask for final price including warranty , etc. talk to the finance Manager for about 20 minutes got my final number and I did the rest. Next day walked in with the check in total with insurance cards told them to write up the deal , detail the car, install the alarm, check for oil change and other parts on the car , clear off the scratches I was good to go. No more than an hour. Yes I did receive my yelp discount of 325 dollars lol as a new walk in even though I knew several people that worked there already. I do know they have a shortage in cars. I was lucky. They barely had any cars on the lot. My salesperson was Will . Great guy . He has a funny personality. Been knowing him for over 10 yrs. He has been there for a very long time.. The only issue I had was the finance manager which is no longer working there ran my credit report without my permission which caused points off my score. I didn't need them to run my score because I already had an approval from the credit union and the check was already processed. So this Manager caused me some points off my score. Overall it was a Ok experience working with this dealership.

    muy mal servicio ,no cuidan los carro ,mi carro me lo entregaron en muy malas condiciones y no me dijeron nada asta que yo me di cuenta y aun no me responden por el daño causado

    I have been a returning customer to Atlantic Toyota for a decade now. GREG CONNOLLY is the BEST sales consultant EVER! Also, RICH HEALY the sale manager, was so attentive and wonderful! Both took a no pressure approach- they were effective, honest, and direct which made me so comfortable! I enjoyed the entire car buying process. They really cared about my needs and wanted me to feel comfortable and happy with my purchase. To date, I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and I will continue to be a loyal customer based on the wonderful personal and professional relationship we have developed. I couldn't recommend them enough!

    Recently brought my car here on a recommendation from a friend. My first visit was standard and…read moreall seemed OK. Owner seemed like a nice guy, family man and typical mechanic in that he was no nonsense. The second visit was completely different. My care was starting to overheat so I dropped it off on a Saturday morning. I soon received a call telling me the head gasket was shot and the repair would be between $1800-2500. He told me that because the car was 10 years old and had just over 100k miles I should consider getting another car. He then offered me a car he was attempting to sell. I explained that I did not have the money for something new and the repair would be the most economical option. He suggested I think about it over the weekend and let him know on Monday morning. I called Monday morning a little before 9, told them to precede with the work and call me at the end of the day with an update. After I did not hear from them I called at 4 and got the answering machine. I left a message and since they closed at 6 I assumed I would get called back. I didn't. I called twice on Tuesday, leaving messages both time. No reply I called Wednesday in the morning leaving a message and then tried again in the afternoon only to have the owners wife answer. She told me they had not started working on my car but she would have her husband call me before close of business. He didn't. On Thursday at around noon I was told I could pick up the car on Friday but the would call to tell me when. I was then told the cost was $1186. When I asked what was done I was told by his wife that it was the work he said would be done (he didn't tell me what would be done, only what he thought it was). On Friday I was called at 1PM and told I could pick up the car at 2PM as they were closing early. I told them I had to walk to the bank to get the money and then walk to them to get the car. I said I should be there by 2PM and would call if I was going to cut it close. The wife said fine and hung up. Five minutes later the wife called back and told me that the mechanic did not want to wait and that I should pick up the car on Monday. When I asked if they could give me 15 minutes as I could arrange a ride and that I needed my car she said he didn't want to wait and hung up. On Monday I got to the garage when they opened at 8 and when I was counting out the money I realized I had $1140, I was 28 dollars short. I then said I would pay them $1100 cash and the rest with my debit card. The owner exploded and started cursing me out. He told me I should go to the ATM and get the cash and when I told him I couldn't as I was starting a new job that day and needed to be on my way, he exploded again and continued to rant and rave as he got my car from the lot. My ex who drove me and was waiting was so shaken she was actually close to calling the police as she thought he could become violent. After I left I looked at the receipt of work done and it wasn't the head gasket after all but the radiator and thermostat. So, he basically assumed what was wrong and tried to get me to buy a car he wanted to get rid of, kept my car for over a week for repairs that could have been completed in one day (costing me a days pay for work I could not do for lack of my car) and then acted like a complete lunatic when I was prepared to pay in full, just not in the way he wanted to. Anyone who goes to this mechanic is taking a chance on the quality of work, his honesty and his complete lack of customer service
