I would never recommend Alfredo Collision to anyone…read more I brought my vehicle to this shop after a collision that affected the rear passenger-side wheel. The repair required replacing certain parts related to the suspension and wheel area. Unfortunately, my experience with this place was extremely frustrating from beginning to end. From the start, the woman working there who identifies herself as the Accounting Manager was rude, unprofessional, and very unhelpful. She behaved as if she owned the business, yet showed very little competence or willingness to resolve issues. I even asked to speak with the owner, Alfredo, and was given incorrect information about who the owner actually was. The biggest problem is that my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than before the repair. After picking it up, the car started making loud noises that it never had before. This makes me seriously question the quality of the work performed. It also explains why they never wanted to provide any warranty for their labor. In addition, the shop kept my vehicle longer than expected and still attempted to charge $50 per day in late fees, which I find completely unreasonable considering the delays and the condition in which my car was returned. At this point, I plan to have my vehicle independently inspected to verify the quality of the work performed. If the inspection confirms my concerns, I will take the appropriate legal action. It is very disappointing to see a business treat customers this way. I honestly believe the owner may not be aware of how poorly this place is being managed and how much damage this type of behavior is doing to the reputation of the shop. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this place look elsewhere for repairs.

Two words: UNPROFESSIONAL and DECEITFUL…read more I truly don't know where to begin. I despise writing a poor review for a locally-owned business, but after months of being led-on and ignored, I am writing this in hopes of saving someone else's precious time. My husband was in a car wreck in October 2025. The person who rear-ended him has terrible insurance, so we decided to file a claim through our insurance, Allstate. Capital City Collision provided us a quote that our insurance did not agree with. An Allstate negotiator went back and forth with the shop. Part of the issue was my husband's truck had after-market parts that were damaged. Our Allstate negotiator, Elizabeth, called us to confirm that she was able to get funds approved by her manager and they reached an agreement on pricing with the shop. A check for $2,207.66 was sent to the shop to start ordering parts. According to Allstate, the shop cashed the check on January 20th. It is now March 19th and the shop still has yet to reach out. I have tried calling the shop multiple times in the last two months. Each time I call, they answer and hang-up immediately. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they are busy. I tried calling the shop today, and again, same situation: answer, then hang up. I thought to myself, "hmm... maybe they really are ignoring our calls?" So I waited 15 minutes and called back with a blocked number. What do you know... Catherine decided to pick up and answer this time! She kept me on hold for 9 minutes before taking me off hold and hanging up on me immediately. I called back, and a man answered. He transferred me up to Catherine, who kept me on hold for 4 minutes this time and hung up immediately. While I was on hold the second time, I received a text message saying they wouldn't do business with us. They ignored my text, asking when they planned on returning the check they cashed for $2,207.66. My husband and I have been trying to get his truck fixed since October 2025. It is now March 2026. I understand that our insurance was being difficult to work with... we were annoyed by Allstate, too! That being said, Capital City Collision could have rejected our business months ago, instead of stringing us along. Rather than sending this text message 5 months ago when this all started, they chose to dodge our calls and waste our time. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe their behavior. They were avoidant, deceptive, thieving, and rude.

I recently had to have work done on my car through my insurance, and Capital City was excellent…read more They had to wait on some parts longer than expected due to my insurance carrier, but that was out of their control. My tires needed replacing, so they reached out to me personally to ensure I was given the equivalent quality as a replacement. They were always very kind to deal with on the phone as well. Great service and great quality!!

I got a quote for my van to get repaired for $3,950.26. When they told us the van was ready, they…read moresent the final bill for $8,006.10. The only communication we had through them after dropping off the van was through email. They sent an email saying "(T)here was a little supplement after the disassembly of the vehicle nothing crazy, I will send an invoice once it's in reassembly stages." Later, the shop agreed to lowering the bill by $731.54 but said I need to pay in full to get my van back. After paying in full, they wanted us to sign a form saying we authorized the repairs. Since I did not authorize the repairs, I refused to sign the form. Since I would not sign the form, the shop refused to give me my van back until I called the Police and the Police made them give my van back. When the van was finally released to us, we could not drive it away. The van would not start because of a dead battery. The shop personnel said that they had to constantly jump start the van in order to move it around. Why would a repair shop knowingly release a vehicle with a dead battery? In addition, the backup camera on the van does not work after they replaced the back bumper with the camera. I don't trust taking my van back to them again to get the backup camera fixed. I have tried to reach out to Caliber Corporate office but I have not heard back from them and it has been 2 weeks.

At first, CC claimed there was no issue and said they never disassembled the door. Later, they admitted they did disassemble it for refinish blending and now say it needs a new lock actuator. I shouldn't be on the hook for $450+ to fix a problem that didn't exist before their repair. Avoid this shop unless you have no other option, seriously
