Ordered the part over the phone to fix my 24 year old whirlpool dryer…read moreHad it in in less than a day . Great service . I consider myself pretty handy and if you know what part you need this place is a godsend. Anyone who thinks that you can show up with a picture of what you need and expect the guy in the parts store to be happy you came to him is mistaken. Don't fix something you think you can fix take it apart and do your research. Now that I have found this place when I need a part for the companion 24 year old washer I know where to go. By the way some people might think it's crazy to put a $120 part in an old dryer but as they say... They don't make em like they used to!! 5 stars all day!!! Thanks Gene's

He did such a horrible job that he actually took a chunk out of our freshly put up dry wall because he was in such a rush. We couldn't take him doing anymore damage so we im told him to stop. It's been going on for longer than either of us would have liked due to the temperamental New England weather and my husband's demanding work schedule... but we are ecstatic to have connected with MB Tractor and Equipment- North Reading as they really pulled through for us this week! Peter the manager could not have been more accommodating and helpful with regard to our specific needs. We really felt that he went out of his way for us. My husband has rented a KX080 excavator for the weekend. The team brought it out to us and could not have been easier to work with. The equipment is high quality and my husband is thrilled with the experience so far! Highly recommend these guys for equipment rentals and I'm sure we will be using them again soon.

I wished Kenny all the best and hoped for the best with Fawcett. The first time I needed an oil delivery, Fawcett rudely told me I'd have to wait 3 days. Didn't matter that I was an existing customer of the company they bought, but it is what it is and I never called them back again. That was 2 years ago. I did some research and on the recommendation of a friend, I switched to John's Oil. Their prices are among the lowest at any given time and their service has been great. The woman who answers the phone is a little robotic, but she hasn't been rude to me. The guy is a little more friendlier, but as long as they do what they say and come when they promise, I can't complain. My oil furnace broke down this morning. It got down to 40 degrees inside and was about 6 outside. I called them at 8:00am and explained what was going on. By 10:00am they had a service man at my door and by 11:00am my heat was up and running. THAT's service and until that changes, John's Oil is my company of choice. 4 stars only because I get hit with an extra $20 charge if I get less than 100 gallons, which I sometimes have to do. I only have a small tank 137 gallon tank and don't want to let it get too low on the off chance they can't get out, so sometimes I only get 50 gallons and when cash is low, it's a nice option to have too. Other companies won't come out for less than a 100 gallon delivery.

I decided that it was time to replace my 30 year old Heating and central AC system. I contacted MacLellan as well as two other companies. Their estimate was well below the other two and their time Frame availability to complete the job was 1 1/2 to 2 months earlier. They arrived Wednesday morning and by Thursday afternoon the new system was in place. I cannot say enough about the workmanship, cleanliness and attention to detail. I am very happy with the job and MacLellan as a service company. If you need some work done, give them a call. Price and service will not disappoint you.

The heat had been off and I don't use oil to heat water. I won't need a drop of oil until November. Called to speak with management and the person answering the phone would not pass me along. Sent them an email requesting a call back. It's been a week now and not a word from them. I have been a customer for 18 years and this is what you get.
