So surprised to find great Chinese food so close to the house. New China serves great food. Even right down to the packaging. Everything is fresh, really hot and super tasty. The entrees' that should be crispy and served with sauce ON TOP, are packaged separately from their respective sauces thereby keeping their crispiness and flavors separate until you get them home and serve them. What a wonderful way to package things, never soggy. and I promise you, you will defiantly get your moneys worth. We always het several things, egg rolls of course and hot and sour soup, usually orange chicken and a couple dishes with both the lighter style and darker sauces. The veggies are always crisp tender and the proteins are always super tender and that includes anything with shrimp, beef or chicken. It's the only place in Kenosha area that we order Chinese. 5 star customer service just basic food. I got chicken and beef fried rice. It was chopped white meat in the rice and bits of beef. It wasn't cooked together like the traditional dish should be. Glad I tried it I will not be bad. read more

Beef Fried Rice, QT. Chicken Fried Rice, Extra Fortune Cookies, and 2 Mountain Dews. My total: $18.00 Delivery Time: 30 minutes Gentleman on the phone was courteous, easy to place an order with and respectful. Delivery was quick compared to many of the restaurants these days and when I got my food, it was still very hot as if it had just come out of the kitchen. I was expecting your typical, greasy fast food, but when I opened the box of rice, it was jam packed full of chicken and beef, wow! It also was NOT greasy, rather fresh and flavorful. I am incredibly impressed as this is my first time ordering with New China. Next time I will dine in and see if it still holds up to the prompt service. It said online that they would deliver to our area but the women on the phone just said that they don't deliver to our address and abruptly hung up on me. I ordered from them and NEVER go my order. It was after 2 hours and 4 phone calls asking about the location of my order that I finally cancelled the order and demanded my funds back. I got no real apology. Each time I called they said they had contacted the driver. On my third call they had the audacity to tell me it was raining out so it was busy. Do not order from here unless you want to get ripped off. I was going to leave for my flight in a couple hours so I had plenty of time to order food. I decided to try this place out since they do delivery. First off, make sure you know the price they give you online is not the total price. They will add in the service fee, then charge you a tip, but will not tell you how much. I placed my order and got my confirmation email telling me that it will be 45 minutes before my food arrives. I waited over an hour for my food that did not show. I had to go to the airport to catch my flight with an empty stomach. Three and a half hours later after I placed my order, I get several phone calls repeatedly from the same number while I'm trying to check into my flight. It was from the restaurant, a lady whom I could barely understand, saying that they were there for my food and demanded to know where I was. I explained to the lady that I ordered that food three and a half hours ago and I am at the airport now. The lady got mad and hung up on me. Then I get a text from my roommate back home that there is a guy banging on the door like a maniac and she refused to answer because she did not know who he was and the way he was acting. I come to find out that it was the delivery guy for the restaurant. The people were incredibly rude and I have not been able to get a refund so far for this terrible service.
