It drove fine. There was no signs of any issues so we signed the papers and purchased it.. a couple weeks later if you problems arose, and the concern for safety was in question. I went back to the dealership spoke with the manager and expressed my concerns, and she immediately had me bring the vehicle in the next day for repairs. She told me that they have been through a few mechanics since the vehicle had its safety inspection done and apologized and didn't want me to think that they sold non-dependable vehicles and they want to back up their companies name so at no cost to me all the safety concerns I had were repaired.

The trailer came back with new damage on the interior panels -- screws and staple marks that weren't there before. No acknowledgment, no accountability. Months of emails followed. The owner, Vik, eventually responded in writing that everything is the manufacturer's responsibility and directed me to Keystone. Keystone then confirmed they have zero warranty claim history for my unit -- meaning the repairs performed here were apparently never filed with the manufacturer at all. I gave this dealership every opportunity to make this right. What I got was delay, deflection, and silence. If you're buying here, just know: the experience ends the moment you drive off the lot.

Then they will happily sell it to you for more than double what it's worth. When informed, they said they'd confirm my findings and "go from there" to rectify the situation. Of course, I've heard nothing from them and been blown off. Buy NOTHING here unless you get an inspection done first.
