    We looked on their website and found a car we wanted to look at, so we sent them a message via the prompts on their website. We were called and asked if we can come right now, which we could not due to work and last minute but said we could come the following day at this time. We received a message asking if we were coming and I said yes at this specific time. They knew we were coming to look at a specific car. I walk up and this man comes out and does not introduce himself or anything and asks "what do you want to see" and I tell him I called and said I'm here to see this car. He responds with "that's front wheel drive you know." Which on the website it states 4WD and I tell him that. I anticipate disappointing behavior from people at car lots because I'm a woman but this was just uncalled for. He said "The F means front!" I assume he knows better, he works there and is a professional. We walk to the car, what do you know, 4WD!! We look it over and the car is covered in dog hair and smelled like it, stickers from coffee huts and string tied to parts of the car, and has an open bag of pretzels in the back. We figure we'll drive it and maybe negotiate, they don't take insurance or anything and just let us take the car. We drive it around and once we get back we were going to discuss with them a price but we walk in the front and the same man holds up a finger and walks out to talk to people. He comes back and asks what we think. After that lack of professionalism and care, I don't know how anyone could recommend this place.

Several things to note. 1. The salespersons will let you wander around on your own. 1b. When you're interested in driving a car, they bring it around to the front and let it warm up for you. They also scrap the ice and get it all ready. 2. They will let you take the cars for drives on your own. They didn't tell us where to go or how long to be out. 3. They will work with prices. If you have a reasonable offer, they seem willing to work. More than anything, I was impressed how Toby (our salesperson) treated my wife. He greeted her first and asked whose name should go first in the paperwork. He was never pushy or, as my wife said it, never said those car salesman lines. He asked questions and quickly and efficiently addressed all our questions. When we asked if we could take it to our mechanic, he said sure and was helpful in explaining ways we could do that. They also had an inspection done and gave it to us. For the record, our mechanic said the exact same things that were said in the inspection that was given to us in the office. We will return to this place when we are ready to buy another car. I can't imagine doing business with any other salesperson.

I guess that's why it's in the name! They were patient with me while I went through the loan process and held the vehicle for me while I was finishing up paperwork all over town even though it had a lot off interest. Of course they offered me assistance with this too! As far as trade-in values you won't find a complaint from me! The big dealerships are a joke as far as trade-in values so I like to go to "the little guys." I got exactly what I wanted for trade-in. Another great thing is they do not harass you the moment you drive onto their lot to look, which I love. It's stressful and it can make me feel like prey around sharks when that happens, so bravo to Quality for that! If you have an inquiry you just head inside and anyone is willing to help you. Test drives are easy to do as well with just a copy of your license. They will let you take it out solo (with some exceptions they have to ride along) which I find also great because it's more relaxing to me to get a feel for the vehicle and not worry about awkward small talk with a stranger. I took my van in for diagnostics to figure out the issue I was having and several hours later I was told that I needed a new battery. I purchased a new battery from Kendall and thought all my problems were solved until later that day I was stranded and my car wouldn't start again. After trying to reach the service department several times and being placed on hold for more than thirty minutes, I had to find another automotive repair shop for repairs. I found out that it was actually my alternator that was the issue. I started having issues with my new battery not staying charged. I went back to Kendall's service department to request a new battery and was told I neglected my battery by not driving my car enough. I drive my car everyday taking grandkids to school, appointments and shopping, but according to the service manager I needed to put more miles on my car and would not honor the battery warranty. If Kendall won't stand by their warranties, I would think twice about taking vehicles to them for servicing.

After three trips into the service department. They finally hooked it up. That was long enough for me to notice my DEF tank gauge was not working or reading properly. Scheduled appointment. Dropped truck. Took them 48 hrs to diagnose. They told me the part was in order and I t would be a week. My RENTAL car from the service department was free for only 5 days. They wouldn't not extend it until my truck was fixed. Called another week later. Now they are saying my part is on back order and they don't know if the part is in its way yet. The first time I was in there another guy came in there and was mad his brand new muscle car blew an tranny. The last time I was in there a woman broke down in tears saying her car had been there for 6 months. She was there because she was told her car was fixed and ready to pick up. When she got there they couldn't start it. As we speak I'm sure my truck is sitting outside in the winter with my batteries going bad in the cold. Bottom line these people are garbage, their policies are garbage, and quite frankly, I wish the place would burn to the ground.

Yeah, I suppose you could say that our Alaskan family is very satisfied with Continental Subaru, the products they sell, and the on-going vehicle service they provide. When my daughter and I walked into Continental's showroom last month, we weren't really there to buy anything yet, just look at the newest Subaru models since both of our Subarus were over 10 years old (and still going strong!). Ricky greeted us and really listened as we climbed into the cars and critiqued each model. He was very knowledgeable about the current car models and their features, and also with older models and how they'd evolved. The pivotal moment came when I was lamenting that none of the new models we'd seen were quite what I was hoping for. That's when Ricky pulled the rabbit out of his hat and showed us the 2026 Outback Wilderness - in blue! I fell in love and took it. Several weeks later and I'm getting to know Big Blue, which is far from the "computer on wheels" that I was afraid it would be. We've learned from decades of experience with Subaru and Continental that we have a vehicle that will last a long time and a dealership that will support us.

I have been to Continental Subaru twice and been told both times the fuse is not the problem. I went to another auto shop and was told it was the DCM fuse but Continental Subaru discounted them. I was told that I will have to pay $2400 to have the fuse replaced. Since the other auto place pulled the fuse, the car has been doing well but I want to have the DCM fuse repaired. I owned and loved Subarus most of my life. Sad. Anyone else with this problem?

A few months ago we came upon THE truck here at frontier. We live about 4 hours away so asked a friend to drive it. He went over and drove it and really didnt have anything bad to say and the staff were easy to deal with. Fast forward 3 months and endless searching high and low.... My husband asked me to go check out the truck when I went to do errands in Anchorage. So pressed for time I swung in and asked for particulars on the truck and unceremoniously climbed under it an did my inspection:-) then up top I went looking at everything my eyes could see... hmmmmmmmmmmm I will tell we have 3 other trucks like it so I had a good idea what I was looking at/for. I personally wasnt stoked about buying another truck but whatever..I knew it was the truck for my honey . Steve was awsome to talk to. He let me look at it without demeaning me or talking to me like I was a dumb girl. Which I have found many other salesmen do. So I appreciated how Steve respected my knowledge and answered my questions. Now I left in a hurry after driving the truck I had so many things to do... My husband, based on what I had to say about the truck and the way I was treated and the air of honesty I felt while talking with Steve and Thomas, decided to buy the truck... You should know the truck was a older model that banks dont typically finance. Thomas handled the loan app and got it sent to the right bank for us. OMG the communication! Thomas stayed on top of the app and it went through and in short.. I am thrilled. These guys were awsom from start to finish. I love the bank they sent us to(I never even hear of it) so Tom and Steve's knowledge there was invaluable. My husband has his dream truck. Thank you guys, our 2 year search is finally over!!!!!!!!!

The second time it broke is right after I de-winterized 6 months later. We used the camper for 3 days so far, the parts they use must be from China. Now they are closed for the weekend and I have to wait days just to get an appointment to fix this garbage camper. How do you have a service department that just shuts down everything for a long weekend and doesn't answer their phone?
