Nichole and Will are very nice people and I love their entrepreneurial spirit, but growing pains have turned them into an entirely different company. Nichole and Will used to clean my house themselves and it was near flawless. Unfortunately, they have not been able to instill their attention to detail into their staff and the quality of work now is shockingly worse. They do still clean my commercial office property which is more janitorial than the cleaning one expects in their home. That might be more their thing now since they have not been able to maintain the quality through the growth. This review pertains only to my experience at home. We will keep an eye on them at the office and hope for the best that it doesn't end with the same result. I thought twice about posting this review because I like them, but it's unfair to the public to not tell the truth. I also feel these negative reviews will help light a fire to manage the growth better by not sacrificing quality, training and managing employees and maintaining the standard they have set. I'm hopeful they will figure it out over time. If they can get back there, they will be unstoppable.

I showed up, paid cash and tipped each $20.....now I wish I hadn't!!! They did not sweep mop all areas, vacuum all areas, they did not touch a window, they did not clean behind the toilets or under screw caps....walls were not touched. Ceiling fan not even touched, no high dusting was done, not even wiping shower curtain rods. What a waste of my $140. When I called Janet she just asked..."well didn't you check it before they left"? Should I have to? Do not bother with this company! The money back satisfaction is a joke.
