I need a contact examination, so I went to my appointment and they made me pat $200 out of pocket and gave me the wrong perception! Could see for 3 days until I made another appointment somewhere else. Now I'm getting a bill saying I owe them another $350!! $500 for a contact examination?! What a joke this place is. read more

Always excellent and very caring service from the staff to the doctor. I highly recommend them to all and thank you for everything that all of you do to help me with my vision. Take care and Yahushua (Jesus) loves you! read more

I had an appointment last week Wednesday Sept. 2nd apparently diagnosed with a chalazion (pimple in my lower lid) was prescribed eye drops. Have called multiple times, left voicemails. One week later still no response nor prescription. But paid $150.00 and was told at checkout I had a $12.00 credit to my account for a follow up. I will not be back. read more

careful when using the sanitizer, i apparently used a worker's "personal sanitizer" by mistake when they weren't at their desk, never knew people could get so anal over hand sanitizer lmao! read more

I saw Doctor Singh on 715/20. As I had cataracts in both eyes, he recommended I have surgery on one eye first and then the other. So, I elected to have surgery on my right eye. After an 1 1/2 hours waiting to see the surgery coordinator on the same day, I was told that my medical insurance would not pay any additional cost of laser surgery and I was given the amount the medical insurance cost paid for cataract surgery less any deductible or co-pay requirement. The amount was $4500. I did not have the money to meet this cost the surgery coordinator suggested for me to apply for Care Credit to pay for my medical bills. I did and was approved. It's been four weeks since my surgery and I am receiving a bill from the anesthesiologists, from the surgery center, and Care Credit. The total costs for cataract surgery did not cost $4500 as I was lead to believe, but $6200! Warning!!! Do not go to Nevada Eye Physicians for any eye care. They lie about the costs of eye surgery and to boot you will have to wait for hours to see a not too friendly surgery coordinator. read more

If you're willing to get a bill over $450 for a quick refraction from a trainee who didn't know what he was doing and then see the opthalmologist for approximately 3 minutes, then go there.. read more

This group is the absolute worst doctors office/practice ever. Both my wife and I have visited them at two locations and never had a decent experience. Rude help, always extra late, dirty waiting area, doctor always in a rush and the assistants who do all the work are incompetent. Oh, and and I paid copay in cash and then they sent a bill for it. I wonder which one of their staff tried to steal it. read more

Bring your patience and be prepared to be there at least 2 hours and most of that time will be in the waiting room. Nothing upsets me more than the lack of respect for our time when we go to the doctors offices. They overbook and make you owe pay for it. read more

If i could give them less then 1 Star i would. This place hands down has the most unprofessional and uneducated employees working for them I've ever seen. Most of the staff is rude never returns phone calls and pretty much treats you like they could careless about you and anything you need to find out. Every time you call they give you a different price on what treatment will cost NO ONE is on the same page EXTREMELY Unprofessional!!!!! Also when i go to a doctors office i prefer for the doctor to give me his diagnosis not an assist who hasn't gone to medical school. So in other words your paying to see the assistants (who are know it alls btw) because the doctor pretty much peeks his head in every time I've been there it's a joke. Also i was given a different diagnosis by every person who seen me in the same office and the know it all assistants in one day because again they don't know what they are doing. And don't get me started with the office manager Helen the woman is terrible beyond words she does not know how to do her job and should not be employed anywhere. I don't think she knows how to use a telephone since I've never gotten a call back from her after leaving at least 6 messages throughout weeks of waiting to hear back from them. Once i did hear back from her she gave me another price for treatment (shocking) and i told her to just cancel. She happily said no problem MA'AM! Extremely passive aggressive and apparently didn't care to keep me as a patient but it's ok I'll be going to a doctor outside of this office that actually knows what they're doing. All in all pick a different doctors office if you need a eye doctor because the place is a unorganized mess not to mention you won't know what's wrong with you after all is said and done!! read more

All of their staff is friendly and upbeat. Always greet you with their name and "how are you today" Wait time is minimum. But well worth it. Dr. Myint did a Ptosis Repair (lifted my eye lids) First the left, 3 months later the right. Neither time did I have any pain. He came into preop to ask if I had any questions. Answered all of them and gave me a big smile. Didn't even need an aspirin afterwards. Followed his instructions, to the letter and everything went just as he said it would. Even though my right eye was heavier than my left and needed a couple of extra sutures, my eyes line up perfectly!! Thank you Dr. Myint read more

If you ever need an ophthalmologist, I recommend Dr Douglas Orton. I was misdiagnosed by the last ophthalmologist I saw. I was given the correct information today! Kudos to Dr. Orton for his knowledge & expertise in his field. read more

I had doctor Naibauer evaluate my eyes and I explained Him that I feel like windshield wipers in my eye that moves as I move my eyes (that's how I explained to Dr, Naibauer). He told me the medical term of my eye problem and told me it can not be removed I must live with them and if I ignore them, my brain will do the rest. He also found a problem with my retina and told me to take care of it now that it's not big rip of my retina and when for the surgery. So grateful He found the problem on time before got worse. And follow up with me after surgery. What a difference makes a regular eye check up and having a Dr. that really cares. read more

This is a large office serving a lot of customers took me 2 1/2hrs to get threw an eye exam due to a lot of waiting the prescription that I was given is no good pretty sure new glasses should make everything blurry, this will be my 2nd try with office very disappointed will not use them again read more

DO NOT COME HERE! My mom came here in an emergency because she was told she would go blind if she didn't get surgery immediately... after they checked her eye pressure they ended up not needing to and they gave her eye drops instead. During my mom's check up visit the girl at the front desk was horribly rude. She tried to say she didn't make a payment, so when my mom handed her the receipt to prove she made a payment that shut the girl right up. Then, she had to wait an hour for Dr. Singh because the front desk girl messed up her appointment time only to have the doctor spend a total of three minutes with her. The doctor and the girl at the front were condescending and rude. My mom will not be going back there. She went to her regular doctor and he told her not to go back to the surgeon because she doesn't need to and he just keeps scheduling visits so he can get paid. We will be reporting these idiots to the medical board. read more

Wait times and scheduling services are the worst. I'm at the Henderson office not sure if the other locations are the same. Doctors are great but don't come here unless you expect to wait forever. If I could give a negative star I would. read more

The administrative staff is horrid. They are condescending to patients, all three of the women there were extremely rude and belittling. Even though their scheduler made the mistake, none of the three women apologized for the mistake on behalf of the office. It takes a month to make an appointment with a doctor, so to be accused of not having an appointment even though their staff made the mistake is ridiculous. If i could choose another office I would. I do not look forward to my next visit....after probably waiting another month. read more

My ex husband and I went here for an eye exam and a prescription for new glasses but once we got in there they told us both that we need surgery for cataracts and they have yet to give us our prescriptions for our eyeglasses! I have called twice asking for these to be mailed to me like they said they were going to do but do but no prescriptions and it's been over a month since we went there..Are these people trying to strong-arm everybody into getting cataract surgery and is that why they have so many cataract surgeries under their belt is because they're doing this to people!?! I am a retired medical assistant and this is so very unprofessional all the way around. After all of this time now we can't even get our prescriptions and that was the original reason why we went there! What a joke! I was considering the cataract surgery but after this being so unprofessional so far I can't even imagine what kind of mess I'd get to if I did actually let them touch my eyes! read more

Dr myint more or less said i need to goto Dr manthei and then I contacted mantheis office and they dropped the ball as bad as they could - bunch of ladies that just cant get it together PERIOD. RUDE, dont return calls, unless you have endless amounts of time and money to waste do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There at least 2 other doctors you can contact to have the same work done. One of those doctors offices has zero of the problems that NEP / Myints office did. read more

Giving two stars because Dr Vincent Gassen was pretty good. Made an appointment for an eye exam in August 2018.On the day of my appointment I was greeted by the rude and unhelpful staff and waited which seemed like forever to be called back. One I was called back I was greeted by the tech who thought he was cool or funny with his sarcasm. When my appointment was over I was told I'm all paid up and don't need to pay anything else. In October 2018 I received a bill in the mail saying I owe fifty dollars and if I don't pay in a certain amount of time they will send me over to collections .When I called Nevada eye physicians billing department regarding the fifty dollar charge I was told it was for a service not covered under my insurance. When I called my health insurance company and asked them why I'm being charged fifty extra dollars they put me on hold and called Nevada eye physicians. The girl I was talking to from my health insurance company comes back and tells me you don't need to pay the fifty dollars and Nevada eye physicians said you received the bill in error. Nevada eye physicians lied and tried to scam me out of fifty extra dollars. No I would not recommend. read more
