Both of the glasses I picked out
Brandi B.

Excellent! First let me start off with their luxury frame selection is unmatchable to anyone in Vegas including LensCrafters! Customer service was a 10/10! Someone greets you immediately when you walk in and you get a one on one experience with someone choosing your frames! Amy my doctor was extremely fast and efficient doing my eye exam I really appreciate that because sometimes it can take all day just for an eye exam. She was extremely accurate and got sharp 2020 vision for me with my new glasses! I picked out two luxury frames Chanel and Versace!! Will be back for more frames !!

Very pleased to meet Dr. Noll and her staff. From reserving an appointment to the painless and efficient eye exam, the experience was five stars! The selection of high-end glasses is fantastic, as I rarely find frames that shape and compliment my face! The shop is well sterilized and tidy. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Noll and her wonderful staff!

Ask for Awesome Emily if you need expert assistance with your frames fitting properly and…read morecomfortably! I had almost given up on wearing a pair of rimless glasses that kept hurting my nose despite multiple adjustments from several different optical places. After being referred to Custom Eyes, I stopped by and Emily (the manager) quickly figured out that the ear piece needed to be adjusted a certain way along with replacing the nose pads in order to prevent the pain and pressure happening to my nose bridge area. Best of all, there was no charge for the fix! Hours later and finding that wearing my glasses still doesn't hurt as bad as before, I feel like I should've paid them something for their time and fixing what nobody else had been able to until now. The other staff are also very welcoming, and there is no sales pushiness. I highly recommend Custom Eyes for their exceptional customer service and technical know-how. My only minor issue would be their smallish parking lot because of all the other businesses in the same busy shopping center. A **HUGE THANK YOU** again to Emily for saving my expensive glasses from being shoved away into a dresser drawer collecting lint and dust!

Dave and his team at Custom Eyes is on that list ...but im getting ahead of myself. A few weeks back I took my lovely lady out to a romantic dinner. No special occasion in particular, because that's just the kind of guy I am. Now I'm dressed to the 9s, and my lady is looking absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant was one of them classy joints, and with the last rays of sunset shining through the windows, romance was definitely in the air. Now I'm just glowing with pride having this beautiful latina woman on my arm. We glide across the restaurant past the other patrons. With a slight grin on my face, I can feel eyes of envy and nods of approval from the other fellas dining with their dates. Now I've never been one to brag, but I definitely brought the prime rib to the potluck tonight, if you know what I mean. Now up to this point everything is going smooth. As we continue to follow the hostess to our table I can't help but notice the she's not exactly hard on the eyes either. Now she had on a snug little flowy number that really accentuated her figure -and you could say she wasn't so much as walking as she was sashaying in front of us. And clearly, from my periphery, I could tell there was no shortage of beans and rice in her house growing up. Now every man, in the history of man, understands the dilemma I'm about to describe here. I wanna look, but I can't. The Devil is whispering in my ear... "It's ok. There's no harm in taking just a quick glance -no one will notice." On my other shoulder, Jesus himself is warning me not to. More specifically, He's reminding me of the damnation that awaits should my lady friend catch me looking at the backside of the hostess. Now I'm a simple man, mostly a good man, but at that moment, I was a weak man. I just couldn't muster the strength to override the millennia of genetic programming pulling at every molecule of my being to steal a glance at that celestial form which was the undulating backside gliding beneath that sheer dress of the hostess walking in front of us. It was hypnotic. I stole a glance. Immediately the lovely, delicate arm wrapped around mine tightened like a vice grip. My lady suddenly halted her step, jerking me to a stop. She spun to face me, pushing me back at the same time. Stumbling back, I instantly locked eyes with her. My blank facial expression camouflaging a desperate attempt to gage the level of hellfire about to rain down upon me. The once sultry gaze of my petite Latin rose had suddenly been replaced by the searing pain and anger of 1000 years of ancestral Myan vengence... all directed at me! That's when I heard the whoosh. Now I don't know if you've ever been slapped before, but there is a fraction of a second between when you hear the rush of air and feel the sting of the palm on your face. Now it only takes being slapped once to develop the skill of identifying the whoosh and reflexively pulling ur face back. Fortunately for me I had been slapped before. I pulled my face back right as her soft, apricot lotioned hand and freshly manicured nails sailed right past the tip of my nose. She missed! I successfully dodged what would have been an undoubtedly epic pimp slap. My glasses on the other hand were not so lucky. ...and that's how I came to meet Dave and wonder team at Custom Eyes! They not only had a my glasses repaired in the SAME DAY, but they also offered a complete eye exam, full line of designer frames, single and bifocal lenses, and everything else to satisfy all your eyecare needs. Thanks to Dave, Christina and all the friendly staff at Custom Eyes, I can now see clearly again! Too bad you can't repair relationships as fast as my glasses.

The customer service was excellent historically we have given them five stars again I give them five stars thank you Jerry and J. Crimi eyewear boutique. And a sidenote, I needed a screw for some other work eyewear and these are also specialty and although they could not assist me with those it wasn't because they didn't try. Everyone treated me very kindly. The exam process was a bit of a pain. They have this test that they blow air into your eyes that I did not like. Because I kept blinking during this process, they red flagged me as possibly having glaucoma and immediately wanted me to see a specialist. Dr. Valdez wanted me to see a specialist immediately, but NV Eye Surgery said it could wait a day. Her response to that was, "Well, it's their problem now!", and laughed. That along with being consulted on new glasses by someone who clearly wasn't properly trained yet, and trying to sell me extremely expensive glasses and then later telling me they had more affordable options "in the back" makes me hesitant to come back here. I'm actually considering going elsewhere to get my glasses after this experience, especially after NV Eye Surgery completely cleared me of having glaucoma. What a bad first experience. Two stars only because I was at least happy with how clean and professional the place looked overall.

Today I went to pick up my glasses 10 minutes before closing time , and the provider didn't leave before making sure I was assisted, she was literally walking out the door and still took the time to make sure I was okay. I also appreciate the medical assistants that made sure I was comfortable with my new glasses. It really meant a lot. Highly recommend!

I love coming here because the staff is always readily available. Usually when I come here, it's only me and maybe 2-3 other people tops. Paperwork is texted to you prior to the appointment so the front desk is super efficient. I also like how they explain all their policies, including a late fee or no show fee! I can't remember the cost of it, but I do like offices that have these policies so people are accountable and not just taking up appointments. Anyways as soon as I got checked in, I was lead into the room to the 3 basic machine tests, including the eye pressure machine that puffs air into your eyes. The staff was very patient with me as I had to repeat a few times and couldn't keep my eye open. From there, I saw Dr Shimizu who also asked how everything has been, asked clarifying questions, compared my results from last time, and had me read out some letters, plus look at my eyes with his bright light. After that, I got walked to the front again where the staff explained to me my eye coverage insurance and also explained the sales/specials that were going on. I ended up leaving with a new pair of $500 glasses. I didn't plan on spending that much but it's been 5 years since I had a new pair. I also got all the bells and whistles with the lens including blue light and anti glare. I figured the 50% off special helped me save a few bucks. I've been going here for years and this is my first pair of glasses from them, I usually only purchase contacts. So again, if a clean office, great staff, and patient doctors is what you're looking for, go here! You don't need to buy glasses or contacts, but the appointment experience is priceless!

In my case, I paid $150 LESS for Progressive HD lens. Treatments like AR are included in package unlike LensCrafters they charge additional $ for other treatments for your glasses. They now accept most vision care plans. So your out of pocket expense here is not much at all, compared to LC I paid hell lot more! They have designer frames for pretty affordable prices too. The Tiffany frames here average $100 less than LC. The selection is limited but they do have some of the best traditional or trendy frames represented. My fave were the Valentino ones. Service was great. The techs are pretty skilled and did accurate measurements. They were pretty attentive and didnt feel rushed despite how busy they were. My wait time was about 20 minutes I think, but didnt feel that long since I made use of that time to try on glasses on my own, The optical department is right in front, as you walk in through front entrance. Make sure you you grab a ticket first by cash register and wait for your number to be called. Don't forget to bring your medical info to see if you are covered...but even without insurance, the frames and lens will still be even cheaper than what you would pay over at LC with insurance! Crazy! Bring your patience though cause you'll have to to put up with the aggressive drivers in parking lot and grouchy customers. Lovely personality traits right there.

Doctor in quotes because I flinch whenever someone who fits you for glasses and/or contacts calls themselves "doctor." Like PhD's insisting they be called Doctor because they've been a fulltime student for twenty years. Doctor Nguyen was the single most RUSHED optometrist I've ever visited. One, he didn't introduce himself. I had to ask if HE, in fact, was Dr. Kaden, whose name is on the wall and their business cards. This guy's bedside, er, eye chart manner was ham-handed at best. Ice cold. At the end of my exam, I asked why pinhole filters make blurry vision so much clearer. He gave a five-second answer, stood up and said, "Let's go!" What??? In that instant, I knew how cows feel being herded into a pen. It's a numbers game, not about excellent care, the kind that makes you come back time and again. I will NEVER go back. They got my $100 for 15 mins of their time. Not a penny more.
