The doctors are amazing. But the front office employees are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They refuse to help set up an appointment time that works for the patient. They just schedule times and when you say you can't make it. They say they can't book an afternoon appointment until ALL morning appointments are filled up. How ridiculous is that? Lmfao. Very professional and friendly establishment! My partner and I came here for the first time to get our annual eye exams done. We saw two different doctors and both had a very pleasant experience with them. One thing we both noticed about this clinic is that they have much more advanced technology compared to other optometry offices we have tried. They did the standard pressure testing, peripheral vision testing, took photos of our retinas, and of course the standard vision testing. I love how fast and straightforward everything was. These guys were super excited to get my sons glasses order processed and promised them within five days. That was over a month ago. We have to keep nudging them and finally heard that it was backordered. Super helpful information for people traveling who sends glasses were broken and held together with tape. We easily could've gone somewhere else. Look, I appreciate the can-do spirit, but it's not what was promised and we are still waiting. I went to this facility as a new patient who got LASIK and wanted to (1) check on my eye health, (2) get anti glare glasses without prescription for night driving due to increased brightness sensitivity, and (3) evaluate the right base and diameter measurements for aesthetic contact lens (without prescription - so I can ensure I buy the right sized lens from other vendors). The staff are very friendly and informative. Dr. Doyle was elaborative when it came to my questions and attentively listened when I expressed concerns and comments. He also gave me a free sample of a new type of Refresh Optive drops for my dry eyes. One of the staffs, Monica, helped me with the frame picking and walked me through the final process before I closed out - great person to communicate with. In addition, the machine they used as part of the eye vision exam (in place of dilation) was only $40 out of pocket (which is not bad compared to the $60-70+ in other providers I've visited in the past). If I had to nitpick anything, I felt that I had to wait a little longer than usual, but I think that's just the nature of being a new patient and the staff accommodating others. I've used this practice for many years (long before they moved to their current location) and have noticed a definite change over the past few years. Appointments are cancelled and they require multiple appointments that can't be made on the same day. If you need more than a routine annual eye exam for glasses or contacts, you may want to look elsewhere. read more

They do not care about you at all and Dr. Rath is too wimpy to lead the staff who lacks any modicum of professionalism. When I booked my first appointment it was because I had an eye condition. I had not had an eye exam in over 20 years so I was going for that as well. On the first visit, they did all they do for an eye exam and told me what my eye condition was. I ordered glasses with all the bells & whistles on the lenses that cost $1100 just for the glasses. I was to return in two weeks for my glasses and given drops for my eyes which I thought was for a possible infection. I thought my eye condition only needed the drops. When I came back in two weeks, THEN Dr. Rath did advanced testing for my eye condition. I asked why he didn't do that on the first visit and he said, I kid you not, "Well because of time constraints." What? I did not make an appointment there for an eye exam. My eye condition was what was important. I don't see any reason they couldn't have done the testing for my eye condition except to hose me for more money. Everything is done in this one room and you jump from machine to machine. I can't see any reason for him to make me return for an additional visit. He let me suffer an extra two weeks before I began treatment. Makes no sense to me. It's not like I came in last minute and they didn't have time. They knew way ahead of time I had this condition and appointment. On my first visit, they moved me into the exam room where I sat for 45 minutes unattended which pissed me off and I brought it up so according to the logic of Dr. Rath, that makes me the problem, not the scheduling, nor staff communication. I signed up for 4 treatments that cost $1000 that will be every two weeks. I'm pissed off greatly by the revelation that I could and should have had these tests two weeks prior but now I'm into this place with all the exams, and $1500 so I keep trying. I've spent $2500 so far. Two of the girls there are competent and nice but the rest of the hens are paid to sit behind the desk and yap all day. They literally do nothing. On my last appointment I sat for 15 minutes which is the max I'll give anyone to be late and waste my time, so I got up to ask about my appointment and wow magically they're ready for me, which is really only because I opened my mouth about it because they're not paying attention to the office at all. So as this very witchy hen is walking me to the exam room, this is the hen with really tight curly hair, I asked her if she is moving me just to wait in a different area. She doesn't verbally respond but makes a very nasty face to me. My treatments helped my eyes and I opted to sign up for two more because I'm just not in the mood to start over elsewhere. I had to change my appointment this week and the hen who answered the phone said to me, "I'm not sure if they want your appointments blah blah." So I told her she could ask me. I know what I'm doing. She took great offense to this whereas I have zero time for her mindless speculation about the time in between my appointments especially since I just finished four with two week intervals. I can have an appointment with three weeks in between. It's not like she even offered to ask. She simply had this low IQ random speculation, "I'm not sure if...." I'm 100% sure of everything I do. She ran from the phone. I had enough. I don't need this hassle, lack of unprofessionalism, while trying to spend $550. But then this is Vegas and the pool of professionalism is pathetic. read more

This office is great. The staff is super kind and helpful. They have a great selection of frames from Versace, Prada, Tiffany & Co, Burberry, just to name a few. The selection is always changing and they can order frames for you as well. The over all exam is very thorough and they take their time. It's always baffling when people cheap out on healthcare. If you're used to big box exams come here and you'll realize how much better care you'll receive. I highly recommend coming here for all your eye care needs. read more

Wow. First time I've ever had such a thorough and in depth review of my eyesight. I've had a few years of challenges getting good prescriptions with presbyopia. Braden Sorensen totally knew what to do - including giving me a 1m prescription specifically for VR (Quest and Bigscreen). He also gave me a prescription to try Vuity eye drops - which work insanely great for presbyopia. Everyone I interacted with at this place was so nice and great. Glad to find my new optometrist! I am not one to leave a bad review, but I would give the sales department 0 stars if I could. The doctors here are fantastic though. I had an exam and ordered prescription sunglasses in July. I paid for half up front and was told to pay the second half when they arrived. They told me to give it a few weeks. Call in August to check the status and they then tell me they are on back order until October, which is ok and I decided to wait. I call again in October to get the status of delivery and then I am told November. Call back in November, and they tell me the lab shipped them but now they are lost. They then tell me the lab is replacing them free of charge and is sending out another pair, and if the original shows up, I get those too. Was told to wait until after Thanksgiving and call back. Well, today is December 4th and I call back to check the status. Now both pairs are in limbo and I am being refunded the original half. Paid $75 to have these guys waste 5 months of my time. Beware when ordering from them. You may NEVER receive what you order. All throughout this whole dilemma, I always was the one who called to check up on this. They never once called me to give me any updates or info. read more

Dr a Spencer Q is AMAZING! He takes his time, explains everything, and is very genuine. He WANTS to help. I never am rushed and always get my questions answered. Optical Staff is great as well! Went for new glasses. Very pleased with professional analysis of my eyes, and a good price for decent frames and lenses (I paid less here for a package of frame, and progressive lenses with transition, than I did last time at a popular national chain). The glasses came quickly and were perfect except for a glitch in the reading area (technician forgot to enter the numbers correctly when the order went in) so they promptly got them redone, no quibbles. Dr Quinton has been my ophthalmologist for over 13 years. My son is also a patient, and and at 5yrs old, Dr Quinton discovered my son had an issue with depth perception (which is why he would turn corners and run in the walls.) He was able to correct his vision in one year and now my son is 17 and sees 20/20 with no issues! My son and I only wear glasses for use at the computer and even have prescription polarized sunglasses for driving which makes a huge difference! The entire staff is very well educated and work well together. They have a large selection of frames for both sunglasses and eyeglasses that will fit with in anybody's budget. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Kroll for the past few years now and he is definitely as good as it gets. You can tell he's very busy and has more than one appointment at one time, but no matter how old or young you are, he is definitely able to connect with his patients. He's very understanding, and even if you tell him that you have kept your contacts in longer than you're suppose to, or if he knows you don't take your contacts off every night, he's still able to relate and knows that everyone is human. His staff is very friendly and I have never felt uncomfortable visiting for my annual eye exams. I really like Dr. Kroll. In fact, I like all the docs at this practice as I've had appointments with each of them over the years. The staff are also usually pretty great and patient. Good selection of frames, contacts, etc. too. Wait times are minimal. And I like that everything is all high-tech. No need for drops to dilate your eyes or anything. And Dr. Kroll is great at things beyond standard eye exams too. If you've got a strange eye ailment, he'll be helpful and caring. He's thorough, knowledgable, friendly. Dr. Kroll is quite simply the best. He's been seeing different members of my family for the past 30 years and he is always on top of his game. First and foremost, the staff that assisted me prior to my seeing Dr. Kroll were all wonderful. They took the time to explain my costs and how much my insurance would cover, as well as assisted in figuring out which option (glasses/contacts) would make more financial sense based on insurance coverage. Let me just say that my eyes are terrible. To say that I'm blind without my lenses would be a dramatic understatement. That being said, I have to get special order contacts because my vision and astigmatism are so bad. Dr. Kroll ensures that my contacts are a perfect fit and that I can see as close to 20/20 as possible before he even thinks of ordering 6 or 12 months supply for me. He has gone through 3 or 4 different trial pairs for me in the past, and never once asked me to pay any additional fees. There might be places in Vegas that you can get your eyes checked for cheaper, and there might be doctors who have practiced for longer than Dr. Kroll, but none of these businesses or individuals can match the level of personalization and comfort that Dr. Kroll offers each of his patients. read more
