I'm writing this on behalf of my husband, who took our computer here after it stopped turning on abruptly. Richardo helped him out. The computer was dropped off, and we left it there overnight. Next day we got a call about what was the issue: faulty hard drive and broken water cooler. Richardo replaced our water cooler and replaced our hard drive, even moved over the files for us. It was fixed up by the next day. Just 2 days total and we got it back. It cost us about $530. We understand computer parts/labor can be expensive, so it wasn't a big deal to us. We were ready for the price. We got it home and minding our own and Richardo calls my husband to let him know he accidentally overcharged us and refunded us the amount. $40. We honestly wouldn't have thought anything of it, and we appreciate that Richardo made the effort to make sure he didn't overcharge. We really appreciate the quick work, integrity and respect. Once again, the Computers Gods at NetTech have saved me! So my macbook pro had 1.5gb of audio, 1.5gb of movies, 14gb of applications, and EVERYTHING else was used up and listed as "OTHER". Wtf is "Other"? I had NO Storage left on my macbook, and had no idea where it was going. Saw some folks on YouTube with different methods of fixing this, but unless you are Dustin Hoffman as "Rain Man", don't bother attempting. Took it to the Mac Store and they only suggested getting a new laptop. So I brought my laptop into Steve & Ricardo, let them work their magic, and gained about 80% of my Storage back. After he replaced a new hard drive for me in a few hours and my laptop became like a brand new. So I first visited nettech about 2 weeks ago took my brand new computer built by me to them cause I couldn't get it to post or bios on a Saturday morning they open at 9 close at 1. Spoke to Ricardo so he was expecting me. Dropped off the computer. Did some errands. Ricardo called me about 12 said it was ready . Excellent work would I recommend yes 10 stars. Had me up and running . So I get home turn on my computer and tried to load windows 11 well needless to say that did not work sent motherboard and memory(got them in a combo) back to seller newegg for replacement . Got my parts Wednesday put computer together ,no post or bios. Brought it back to nettech for them to install windows 11. Happy to say I'm up and running with windows 11 and I am one happy camper ty so much Ricardo and Steve. If you have a computer problem let them help. They are really good people. Be careful with these guys. They seem like a great place with plenty of options, but they are really just trying to get your money anyway possible by overcharging and over selling. I called them a month prior to inquire about updating my old HP desktop to windows 10 or 11 and they told me to bring it in so I did.. later the guy called me and told me that it wasn't compatible with new software or worth it to replace everything, but just get a new computer instead. They called me later telling me it was ready to be picked up and that it would be $40 for the "diagnostic" information. I told him that nobody said anything about paying nor any charges, and I already knew that it was old and probably couldn't be updated so they said they would reduce the price to $25 still for whatever reason I had to Pay, even though I never signed anything. I paid the money and took my computer back ASAP and told them thank you even though they tried to show me other PC gaming options I said that I was going to look elsewhere. I ended up getting a new computer on marketplace. I called them again to inquire about putting windows 10 on this computer instead of the 11 that came with and they said it would be $100 but YouTube showed me that you can download the windows 10 operating system be on the website with a key for 10/15$. They also said that what they would be cleaning out and checking for any viruses even though I told him it's clean. I also asked about backing up my old computer files to this one and they said it would be 140 total. Very big rip off and scam. I denied it and said thank you goodbye! I'm using the windows 11 that came with and copy and pasted my files for free onto an external hard drive and over to my new computer. Don't fall for these guys and their money tricks lol I'm charging up so you anyway you can especially if you don't know anything or better. BEWARE read more

I am extremely pleased on how I was helped at Nettech Computers and over the last 3 years I took my brothers PC, my wife's PC and my PC (all for different reasons) and they treated me like I was an important customer to them even though my bills were all reasonable and each time the problems were addressed, and everyone was pleased. I can highly recommend Nettech! I had already tried two other PC repair shops trying to get my old XP desktop running again. The first shop took my PC for a while. They told me the motherboard was bad (it wasn't), the hard drive was bad (it wasn't), and there were "a lot of other issues" that would be "too hard to fix". I called a second shop that refused to even look at the computer and just said I should buy a new one (I already have a newer one but wanted the XP fixed for specific uses). I finally found Nettech and Ricardo agreed to look at my PC right away. They replaced the power supply and did some work to speed up the computer, so now it runs faster than my Windows 10. I originally sent Nettech an email explaining what was wrong with my laptop (broken hinge, generally slow). Ricardo called me very quickly to go over everything and explain the options. Once I dropped my laptop off, it took about a week to fix everything, even with mail being slow right now (they had to order the hinge part)! I came to nettech with my second pc build. I had put most of it together but got an error code on my dark hero motherboard. The error code was 0d which meant ram issue but I had no idea how to fix it or what was specifically causing the issue. After several days of trying different things I took my computer to Nettech and they were able to diagnose and solve the problem. I got my computer fixed my by them a while back and I don't live around in the area to take it to them & every time I go to open my laptop the screen comes down on my Apple computer . They said it's not there fault lol yet they were the ones who fixed it and don't know how to put a screen on a laptop clearly . My 11 year old son wanted to buy a "gaming" computer because he thought his 3 year old HP was outdated and it couldn't run games as quickly as he wanted. Gaming computers are over $1000.
