Found this place on google maps one day when Best Buy wanted way too much for a hard drive enclosure. They gave me a good price for one on the phone. When I got there, it turns out they only had a double enclosure, but he only charged me for the price he quoted when he thought it was a single enclosure. Since then, I bought a seven port usb 3.0 hub, and two 4gb RAM sticks for my laptop, which he gave me a great price for. (btw, I couldn't find that RAM anywhere for a decent price. I tried online and got sent the wrong ones. These guys even installed the new RAM just to make sure it was working. No extra charge.) And that's what's great about this place. I told him what I needed and they accommodated. I told him I didn't want to spend more than $20 on a USB hub, so he sold it to me for $20 at a discount. They aim to please, and their aim is true. I originally came here to get my CPU fans fixed, but decided I wanted to upgrade my graphics card as well. The sales rep, Ricardo, helped me out with showing me which products would make my computer perform better, as well as which would fit in my budget. The turn around time for installation was pretty quick, but since I was going to be out for the day, I decided I would leave my CPU there and pick it up first thing in the morning. Once I got there to pick up my CPU, Ricardo showed me the final product, and I was very happy with it. The wiring was nice and organized, as well as the new fans flush, and working perfectly. I took my Dell here a few weeks ago. It was making an annoying buzzing noise that was driving me crazy. I tried to fix the PC myself but I couldn't figure out what was causing the issue. Ricardo quickly identified that is was my video card and suggested a replacement that was very reasonable. It only took him a few minutes to install the new video card and that fixed the problem! My computer is running like new and is nice and quiet. Back in the day this place had reasonable prices, sadly this isnt the case any more. Obviously its cheaper to order online (newegg especially) but sometimes you need something ASAP! And now that most computer stores have gone under there isnt much to turn to. Never the less this places prices are insane! Dare I say it since I hate the place so much, but bestbuy is cheaper (blasphemy I know) I cant say I can comment on there services, but from a hardware sales standpoint they are very overpriced. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my laptop which stopped working while I was away on a business trip and this, just after I had installed a SSD and a new screen. I wasnt about to give up on it even though I had it for a few years now. I told him my problem, that the laptop just gave up its ghost while I was working on it, for no known reason. He asked a few questions, and suggested that I take out the battery and plug in the power without the battery, and it came back on.He waived any consultation fee and said he had come across this problem before and that I did not need his help. I was very grateful. He could have taken my computer in, and done what he had told me to do, and charged me a fee, and I would have been none the wiser. They are super nice at Nettech Computers. I went in to see if they had a photocopy machine so I could pay for a couple copies. They didn't, but instead made the copies for me free of charge and with a smile. I was stressed as we were on our way to a place that had previously lost paperwork, and I was not going back there without additional copies. Had stopped at a CVS but their machine was broken, so on the way saw Nettech and was glad I stopped in. It's the little things like doing a favor that makes me want to go there again. I stopped in to speak with someone about helping me build my office computers and new programs for my business. I was told someone would call me to set up an appointment to come out and discuss all aspects of my business so we could custom build a system to our business needs. I had to call three times to find out if someone could come out. Then after four business days I get a call from someone who thinks I'm looking for printer services and won't be able to help me with the programs I need to run my business because he wasn't the guy for that. Bottom line is, I'm completely unhappy with the customer service and can only imagine how long it would have taken to actually build me a system once I gave them a deposit. I would NOT recommend Nettech to help you with your business needs since they can't even get the phone calls in order and/or call you back when they say they will!!
