Each time we have gone in, we had specific pieces in mind and ultimately purchased the items on that day. That being said, we struggled to get help from consultants. The first time, the store was busier and we were fine with that. But the second time, we had asked for help with looking at rugs and fabric for a piece we we were purchasing. The saleswoman was very short with us and really didn't offer to show us items or give any information. I'm not sure if she was busy, but we were one of the only people in the store. I don't want to assume intentions, but my husband and I look quite young, so maybe we weren't seen as serious customers (even though we were adding on to a previous purchase). I hate writing negative reviews, and really only came to say that the store manager, Michael really made up for the experience and he is why I'm ultimately writing a positive review and actually purchased multiple items. Michael saw us looking at the rugs we had previously inquired about with another consultant. He went to check if there were more in stock, and helped us make a decision on which to purchase. He also revisited the fabric with us and helped us by bringing it into different lighting so we could get a better sense of the colors. He gave good insight on ways we could style the bed frame given the color of the fabric. He was also super personable and remembered us from a previous visit. He made the experience enjoyable when we otherwise kind of felt like a nuisance. I just wanted to give him a shout out and to say thank you! We are really excited for the pieces to arrive!

When we were ready to spend $35,000, their attitude completely changed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, my wife and I thought we might have been mistaken. However, a month after our purchase, our furniture arrived, and one of the consoles was damaged. We assumed it could have been transportation damage. Then, my daughter sat on an accent chair, and the color transferred from her clothing. We were shocked, especially since we had paid extra for care protection. The next day, I went to the store and complained to an employee. Her response was, "Don't let your daughter sit on the furniture." It was the most horrible, rude, and ugly response I had ever heard. I controlled my anger and asked, "I can tell my daughter not to sit, but how about our guests? Should I tell them the same thing?" That same day, I emailed customer service about the incident and got no reply. After a week, I sent another email stating they should either come and take the furniture back or I would dispute the charge. I got an immediate response requesting pictures. After sending the pictures, I received no further communication, so I disputed the charge. A month later, I got a letter stating I owed them money. I emailed again, requesting copies of all voicemails. I then received a call from the store manager, Nicole, to schedule a pickup. They eventually collected the furniture. Now, they have sent a letter from a debt collection agency stating I owe them money which i don't as they picked up their furniture. 1)Their substandard quality does not match their high prices. 2)They lack ethics and professionalism. 3)They only respond to threatening emails.
