However, a month after our purchase, our furniture arrived, and one of the consoles was damaged. We assumed it could have been transportation damage. Then, my daughter sat on an accent chair, and the color transferred from her clothing. We were shocked, especially since we had paid extra for care protection. The next day, I went to the store and complained to an employee. Her response was, "Don't let your daughter sit on the furniture." It was the most horrible, rude, and ugly response I had ever heard. I controlled my anger and asked, "I can tell my daughter not to sit, but how about our guests? Should I tell them the same thing?" That same day, I emailed customer service about the incident and got no reply. After a week, I sent another email stating they should either come and take the furniture back or I would dispute the charge. I got an immediate response requesting pictures. After sending the pictures, I received no further communication, so I disputed the charge. A month later, I got a letter stating I owed them money. I emailed again, requesting copies of all voicemails. I then received a call from the store manager, Nicole, to schedule a pickup. They eventually collected the furniture. Now, they have sent a letter from a debt collection agency stating I owe them money which i don't as they picked up their furniture. 1)Their substandard quality does not match their high prices. 2)They lack ethics and professionalism. 3)They only respond to threatening emails.

Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.
