I have shopped inside this store a couple of times in recent years. The store looked to be organized and clean. The selection of products was large. The quality and prices of the products were moderate, not cheap or expensive. During my most recent visit, I waited only a couple of minutes in line at the cash register. The cashier rang up my item, and then he stared at me without saying anything. I asked him what the total price was, and then he told me. At the end, he did thank me and wish me a good day. I am knocking off one star because I buy only some things here, and I have not yet filled up my shopping cart.

When we were ready to spend $35,000, their attitude completely changed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, my wife and I thought we might have been mistaken. However, a month after our purchase, our furniture arrived, and one of the consoles was damaged. We assumed it could have been transportation damage. Then, my daughter sat on an accent chair, and the color transferred from her clothing. We were shocked, especially since we had paid extra for care protection. The next day, I went to the store and complained to an employee. Her response was, "Don't let your daughter sit on the furniture." It was the most horrible, rude, and ugly response I had ever heard. I controlled my anger and asked, "I can tell my daughter not to sit, but how about our guests? Should I tell them the same thing?" That same day, I emailed customer service about the incident and got no reply. After a week, I sent another email stating they should either come and take the furniture back or I would dispute the charge. I got an immediate response requesting pictures. After sending the pictures, I received no further communication, so I disputed the charge. A month later, I got a letter stating I owed them money. I emailed again, requesting copies of all voicemails. I then received a call from the store manager, Nicole, to schedule a pickup. They eventually collected the furniture. Now, they have sent a letter from a debt collection agency stating I owe them money which i don't as they picked up their furniture. 1)Their substandard quality does not match their high prices. 2)They lack ethics and professionalism. 3)They only respond to threatening emails.

I also eyed in on a coat rack, but had to talk myself out of it as I really didn't need it. Don't mind the noise when you are upstairs as this sits underneath Arsenal Bowling. We had a bit of a bad situation where the salesman told us we didn't need to move our old furniture (to our garage) and that the delivery team would. So when the delivery team showed up they told us they weren't allowed to move the old furniture so my daughter and I had to move it while the delivery team was at my house! I was NOT very happy and feel that Levin owes us some sort of discount for this. But even after all that, once we got the furniture we noticed some damage to the leather couch. The delivery team called the warehouse and were told that we can keep the current couch since the holidays were approaching and would deliver a replacement around a week later. They made sure to check over the replacement couch very carefully. The delivery team also did a very nice job ensuring the couch was ok and was very professional and friendly. The reason I'm rating a 5 is because the sales process overall was good, Levin made sure we received a couch we were satisfied with, and mostly because of the very professional and friendly delivery teams we had. I just think Levin needs to make sure their sales team is not telling customers things that the delivery team ends up having to deal with along with unhappy customers.
