My husband and I have purchased a few items from Arhaus over the past few weeks. I'm writing a review because of customer service as I haven't received our pieces yet--but I know they will be beautiful. Each time we have gone in, we had specific pieces in mind and ultimately purchased the items on that day. That being said, we struggled to get help from consultants. The first time, the store was busier and we were fine with that. But the second time, we had asked for help with looking at rugs and fabric for a piece we we were purchasing. The saleswoman was very short with us and really didn't offer to show us items or give any information. I'm not sure if she was busy, but we were one of the only people in the store. I don't want to assume intentions, but my husband and I look quite young, so maybe we weren't seen as serious customers (even though we were adding on to a previous purchase). I hate writing negative reviews, and really only came to say that the store manager, Michael really made up for the experience and he is why I'm ultimately writing a positive review and actually purchased multiple items. Michael saw us looking at the rugs we had previously inquired about with another consultant. He went to check if there were more in stock, and helped us make a decision on which to purchase. He also revisited the fabric with us and helped us by bringing it into different lighting so we could get a better sense of the colors. He gave good insight on ways we could style the bed frame given the color of the fabric. He was also super personable and remembered us from a previous visit. He made the experience enjoyable when we otherwise kind of felt like a nuisance. I just wanted to give him a shout out and to say thank you! We are really excited for the pieces to arrive! read more

They have the most horrible customer service with a hint of racism. If you don't belong to a particular race, they won't greet or help you when you enter their Wexford store unless you show them you have money. When we were ready to spend $35,000, their attitude completely changed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, my wife and I thought we might have been mistaken. However, a month after our purchase, our furniture arrived, and one of the consoles was damaged. We assumed it could have been transportation damage. Then, my daughter sat on an accent chair, and the color transferred from her clothing. We were shocked, especially since we had paid extra for care protection. The next day, I went to the store and complained to an employee. Her response was, "Don't let your daughter sit on the furniture." It was the most horrible, rude, and ugly response I had ever heard. I controlled my anger and asked, "I can tell my daughter not to sit, but how about our guests? Should I tell them the same thing?" That same day, I emailed customer service about the incident and got no reply. After a week, I sent another email stating they should either come and take the furniture back or I would dispute the charge. I got an immediate response requesting pictures. After sending the pictures, I received no further communication, so I disputed the charge. A month later, I got a letter stating I owed them money. I emailed again, requesting copies of all voicemails. I then received a call from the store manager, Nicole, to schedule a pickup. They eventually collected the furniture. Now, they have sent a letter from a debt collection agency stating I owe them money which i don't as they picked up their furniture. 1)Their substandard quality does not match their high prices. 2)They lack ethics and professionalism. 3)They only respond to threatening emails. read more

Cherri and Shawn have helped me design my home since 2022. They are creative, imaginative, and practical. I have two kids and a dog but wanted a white house! They chose fabrics and structures that would hold up against the little ones, and the furniture looks as good today as it did when I bought it! I get so many compliments on my home and it is all due to them! Will always go back to them for all my furniture needs! read more

Arhaus in Wexford is one of my "go to" stores when shopping with clients. I work as an interior designer. I work closely with Cherri, as she produces wonderful renderings of my floor plans for clients. The furniture has a wonderful transitional style and so well made. we have recently built a new home and I bought all new furniture from Arhaus the Wexford location. the manager, Nicole, was amazing professional and great service, she actually cared about me and my purchases. we love everything. the look the quality the design. it's all perfect. I strongly recommend this store. our favorite piece is our Kipton sectional. it is so comfy. so pretty and so well made. like everything from them. thank you Arhaus for an amazing experience. Please be sure your sale assistant is familiar with all store policies before you open a credit card. We were ripped off from our rewards money because our associate did not tell us all of our options in opening a credit card. I'd hate for this to happen to anyone else. The store is unwilling to do anything for us even though we spent plenty of money. Super disappointing, be careful. read more

This has been going on for months!!! I just needed new covers. They said two weeks ago I could buy them and would be around $62 a piece. Now they can not get parts from a vendor? I bought most of my furniture in my house From you folks. I feel your customer service is very sub par. I will just get my new pillows from pottery barn since your furniture store can't get pillows. First off when my husband and I went over to the Shadyside store the salesperson that we were speaking with told us that the sale was over the next day........Fast forward two months after that date (and currently) the prices online are the same sale price. That disappointed me. Was he trying to get me to order that night and not being honest ? So I ordered six chairs and a table online. When they were delivered the table was damaged and one of the chairs has a chunk out of it. The nice delivery man told me that they would send a technician and if we did not like the repair we could order new. I thought they would contact me, but no I had to figure out how to request a technician, The tech hasn't been here yet. I hope he can fix the table and who knows about the chair. Part two, I am now dealing with a completely messed up invoice. I got one that said my credit card was charged four times. When I spoke to a person on the phone and tried to explain that I paid a certain amount when I ordered it in November 2021 they said "well I have no idea what happened in November. I wasn't here then". I am afraid to pay the balance in case once they get the money this issue will disappear for them. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I am just so disappointed I gave three stars because I love the table and chairs. read more

Have always bought high quality furniture in the past and take very good care of the furniture we own. While redecorating I started with purchasing a Kensington Table and the Adele Cane Back chairs from Arhaus. The chairs are selling for $400 - $600 a piece. I'm not impressed with how the chairs have started to show wear within a month of use. The finish on the leather seats is wearing off as though it was cheap pleather. I called the customer service number and was told that is not covered under their warranty and that I would need to google search for a technician to come out and repair my chairs since their was no technician in my area. I also have to agree with the customer service at the Wexford store being rated as low. They haven't been the friendliest on the phone or in person in the store. I thought when purchasing a higher quality product the customer support and service on issues with the furniture would at least exist. read more

Delivery was quick, the delivery men were professional and respectful of our new home. So that gets 5 stars. Customer service 0 stars. We needed a swatch mailed to us to match two separate purchases. It never arrived, I called and since the sales person we bought from wasn't working I had to leave a message for her to call me back. Arhaus has very stylish furniture. My wife and I have purchased many pieces from them over the past few years. There is no question that they offer a high quality product. I am posting this review to demonstrate the high level of personalized service that we have received at the Wexford location, namely from Maureen and Michael. We had a few issues with some items we had received from delivery, and they were very understanding and helpful in taking care of our concerns without hesitation. I also was very appreciative of their insight into trying to get us the best possible price on the various pieces based on whatever promotion or sale could be applied. I agree with Ashley - the furniture looks nice (1 star), their attention to customer service is horrible (0 stars). My wife purchased an item off the floor and ordered 2 others. After she spent over $5K in the place she was informed that NO ONE in the store would help her load the heavy object into her car - she had to solicit another customer as a volunteer while staff in the store sat and watched. Strike one. Our item arrived (dining table and buffet) but the buffet was missing shelves. We called the store to resolve and the person on the phone stated "I'll check into it and call you right back" then hung up without taking our name or any other information, so it was obvious he had NO intention of resolving the issue. Strike two. We called customer service and the store again and were told the item would be sent to us via UPS later that week. After additional calls to the store, THREE WEEKS later they arranged for their big delivery truck to deliver two measly 16 inch X 22 inch shelves. When the delivery man came he only had ONE shelf and no shelf supports to actually load the shelf into the unit. A trip to the store to resolve this issue was met with a careless "we'll have to order the shelf supports for you." Strike three. My advice - stay away from this place. read more

Arhaus has very expensive, high end, quality furniture. This store is a great place to go for decorating ideas and to purchase accessories. Their style sorta follows that European trend of mixing and matching wood, painted wood and iron for an eclectic, fresh look. They also carry some import items. Sometimes, if you get lucky, you can get a great price on floor models. Also, get on their mailing list, so you will be notified of sales. read more

I have been a customer of Arhaus for 4 years and have been extremely satisfied with all of my purchases. Judy has been great to work with and I especially appreciate her honesty. She could have easily sold me furniture numerous times but instead would be open and tell me when it wouldn't work in my house (she's visited to get a feel for my home and size of rooms). My eyes tend to be larger than my rooms. Judy has also helped me in the arrangement of existing furniture. Michael is also great - love his eye for color!!! I appreciate his patience with my many questions. I've been to many furniture stores and Arhaus is my go to place - great selection, great service, great designers!!! Also - there was a problem with my first purchase. The upholstery on one of my sofas kept snagging and Arhaus replaced it with a new one. Judy was very professional in handling it and checked with other customers who had purchased items with that same upholstery and worked to helped them. read more

I don't even know where to begin....This company is absolutely HORRIBLE in every sense of the word. My husband and I ordered a very expensive (like everything in the store) 2-piece leather sectional and a coffee table on 11/7/14. After being assured we would have the sectional in time for Thanksgiving, it arrived 11/18, much to our dismay, half in the wrong configuration and with numerous pillows scratched! When I spoke with customer service, they insisted they couldn't re-deliver until Black Friday to which I then told them to cancel my order because their service/quality quite frankly is SHIT for the price. I soon after received a phone call, and believe it or not, they had magically found a way to get me the correct piece by Thanksgiving eve! Thanksgiving eve arrives and so does the piece...the WRONG piece....AGAIN. A discount was obtained this time (although still has yet to be credited to my account of course!), but not without a long struggle with customer service. I am now awaiting their 3rd attempt this Friday, and anticipate many future customer service calls to fix the scratched pillow issue, the non-existent credit to my account, and to figure out if I'll receive the coffee table this year. Now don't get me wrong, their stuff is gorgeous, and they certainly work hard to make themselves APPEAR to be selling high quality furniture. However, I'm not sure how high quality a store's furniture can be when it arrives scratched and they aren't even able to deliver the correct item. In fact, this company's major flaw appears to be the exact characteristic they repeatedly boast as their "selling point"...quality assurance. If you have a lot of money, a ton of time on your hands, and enjoy speaking to a multitude of customer service reps regularly, this overpriced furniture is for you!! read more

Customer service is terrible. I purchased about $11,000 worth of furniture from them. Had an issue with one section of fabric not sewn correctly on a chaise section of a very large sectional sofa. A replacement was sent, in a box. When I contacted the store to make arrangements for them to come and replace the cover (6' chaise, unable to do so myself), I was told no. Followed it up with a letter and photos to their 'corporate' office and never heard anything. I will never purchase anything from them again. When you 'think' you're purchasing really good furniture, you assume you're also getting the best in customer service. NOT SO. My friends who have followed this problem with me, will never purchase anything from them.... read more

I really hate to do this because I love the way a lot of furniture here LOOKS. When we first got our home, we purchased about 50% of our household furniture from Arhaus. At the time, we believed we were buying heirloom pieces. However, after living with the furniture, we noticed much of it was expensive (insert word a little less harsh than "junk"). Sloppy glue jobs, trim pieces breaking off easily, particle board, etc. In fact, we replaced most of our Arhaus things within ten years. For the prices, I expect a minimum of dovetailed drawers, mostly solid wood, and top of the line craftsmanship. The only things that separate Arhaus from Roomful Express or Speedy's are the more stylish selection and the higher prices. The quality is about the same. I went with Arhaus because I thought it really must be very high quality. I still don't know which furniture store around here makes the best things, but I know it is not this one :( read more
