Tracy measure and designed 3D floor plans for our living room, dining room and entryway. We were able to move things around on the floor plans that fit us. Tracy was a great listener and redid the plans several times. She then provided resources to order high quality, beautiful furniture to match our taste. She was there on delivery day to make sure every piece landed exactly where it belonged. She guided us through selected cabinetry, hardware and flooring selections. Tracy coordinated and managed all the trade professionals who helped us prepare our previous house like painters, flooring installers and carpet samples and installers. This was critical for us in both houses, as we didn't have these resources ourselves! The thing we appreciated the most from Tracy was her help in aiding us in figuring out what our style was for this new house. We didn't know it ourselves! She was flexible with showing us many furniture and decor items without being overwhelming! The comparable price was $20, and they were marked down to $15. I waited in line for a couple of minutes before a cashier called me over to her register. I spent almost $5k on flooring. I get almost 90 percent installed when I noticed about 6 rows back…read morethat the engineerd flooring that I was installing wasn't all the way together. I thought my shims might of moved. upon further review and wasting my time I relieved that the width of the flooring varied. I took pictures and left it like that. sent pictures to the ll flooring. I was assigned a case manager to investigate. i ripped 6 rows up to correct the problem. the project is now finished and I was informed today that they wasn't taking any action due to floor being completed. so it's been 5 days today, two days before Christmas and they expected me to leave me customers floor unfinished until they did there investigation. 5 k on a 500 sq foot floor and they don't stand on there product? over $6 dollars a square foot. on top of that I have at least 15 pieces of flooring with white stains on them that will not come off. I WILL NEVER USE THETE PRODUCT FOR ANYTHING!! I have always used them. I will be spreading the word to all my contractor buddies not to use these guys. it's pathetic. I wasted at least a day of my time with this and probably got 20 square feet of flooring that's either stained or different sizes. this company has no

I've worked with a lot of 'retail' home supply companies for house projects over the last few years…read more(Lowe's, Home Depot, etc) as well as some other contractors, and I have to say... I was impressed with Limber Liquidators from start to finish. And I'm not easily impressed when it comes to these sort of things. First, the prices: I'm sure it's not secret that they are incredibly well priced. And if you do hire them for installation, you also don't have to pay tax which is another perk. Second, the retail staff: No commission, no problem. They talked us through our options, the add-ones, the pricing, everything. We chose to do our own demo and to pick up the bamboo flooring to save a couple bucks, and they loaded my truck and were friendly from Day 1. And they let you return any unused material. Lastly, the contractors: Nice guys, did the job exactly as we asked and were done in two days. Cleaned up after themselves, which you don't see much these days. Overall a perfect experience, and probably the first time I'd recommend a local retailer for contractor work.

Ok we knew this up front BUT we were told that we would be NOTIFIED the day BEFORE what the delivery window would be. NEVER received the info until the day of delivery with no consideration as to ANY plans or appointments we may have had. Had to cancel 2 appointments and rearrange the time for another AND go to work. Needless to say will not be spending 5,000. here again.
