I stopped in to browse while visiting family in the area. The Bullseyes section was much larger than at my local Target. In fact, every department at this Target has about 2-4 extra rows of merchandise than my local store. As far as merchandise, the content mirrored my local store. There is no tax on clothes in PA which is nice. I took home a few trinkets from the Bullseye section, but otherwise didn't find anything I couldn't buy at home. read more

First time at this Target location. I didn't go inside and only used the order drive up service. The black PS5 controller I bought was only available at this location and was sold out everywhere else from Black Friday shopping. Once preordered from home I made the drive up convenient by combining it with my other errands. Despite being busy the pickup process was smooth! read more

Randy was the most incredible cashier in the world. He was such a delight!!! Despite it being so busy he managed to hold a wonderful conversation with us. This Target is typical but meets my needs. It sells products such as clothes, shoes, household, beauty, health, furniture, toys, electronics, office, pet supplies, and some food. The store also has a pharmacy, optometrist, and Starbucks. I browsed throughout the store and found some sweatshirts, snacks, and household essentials to buy. Shelves were fully stocked, even for hard-to-find items such as disinfectant wipes and toilet paper. I noticed that an employee stood at the entrance to ensure that ALL employees and ALL customers properly wore their face masks--yay! I knocked off one star because the prices, such as $25 for a hoodie, could be lower. The two employees whom I encountered--a shelf-stocker and a cashier--said friendly hellos to me. read more

i do LOVE target but theres just one thing employees need to keep up on. the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. toilet paper dispensers are broken, pee and POOP on toilet seats so gross. toilet paper scattered on the whole floor. how often do u clean these bathrooms??? how well??? it's disgusting. read more

I love this Target! It is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is also one of the few stores that I don't need to be nervous if one of my kiddos needs to use the bathroom, because they are always clean. The store can be a bit chaotic on weekends. As far as Targets go, meh. Nothing fancy or out of the ordinary here, so I wasn't truly impressed or floored by anything that was on the shelves. I'm also going to guess that this has to be a Cranberry thing where there is total mass confusion in any parking lot. Have you people never shopped a day in your life before? It's a parking lot, you pull in to a spot, get out and walk to the door. Not get out and zig zag through the parking lot hoping that the car coming up behind you will join in on your game. Inside it's just as bad. If you don't know the proper etiquette for walking in a store, maybe you should stay out of store. read more

I lived many places and traveled a lot with my family. This is the absolute worst Target Store I've ever been in. Dealt with Alicia one of the managers. She was rude and very self important. I had a few simple yes/no questions about products and she just referred to herself and opinions. She stopped in the middle of our conversation to chit chat and make inappropriate comments to another employee, Rebecca, that replied even more inappropriately in front of my young children. I live close by, but I don't go to this this Target at all anymore and go to Walmart when I need a quick trip and don't have the time to drive to another Target. I LOVE Target so very much! You can always find everything that you need from clothing to home care products and more! The staff is always pretty friendly and know what they are doing well. The stores are always kept very clean and organized. Target is also pretty quiet and safe to shop at as well. I usually shop here because this is the closest target to my house, so it's convenient and because I liked target because they had cute stuff eventhough everything costs a little more. What's terrible about this particular location is that the workers say they match the prices from target.com, but then you can only price match at the customer service area and have to return the item and re-purchase it. Basically, it's a long process. Who has time for that??? Well today, I had a big purchase, and when I looked at target.com, the item is on temp price cut, so why not. Well, I had to endure going thru the regular register, purchased my item and then asked customer service for the price difference. The girl was not wearing a name tag (of course) she seemed to be in her 20s with long blonde hair. I really wished target had a rule to wear a name tag or put her name on the receipt. Anyway, she should not be working at customer service because she had poor customer service and seemed to not care about working there anyway. She said that the price online was wrong and that when she tries to buy the item thru her ipad that it comes out as the original price. Now there are several things that bothers me here one that basically, she's saying that target.com is falsely advertising "temporary price cuts" because like she said, they were listed as the wrong price and once she clicked on checkout, it comes out as the original price (customers beware) and two that she still did not give me the price match even after I told her that when I try to purchase the item on my phone that it comes out as the sale price or "temporary price cut." And yes, I was in front of her when I did all this on my phone. What a horrible experience. She made me wait as she had to double check to see if my big item is actually on sale. It's a horrible feeling as if she didn't trust me when I showed her physical evidence on my phone that it says in red "temp price cut." Then she still expected me to deal with it and buy the item at orig. price. So I am boycotting this target, and I'm not sure how I even trusted to go back after the credit card security glitch they had. I ended up returning my purchase because if I can purchase it online for cheaper it really doesn't make sense and I really just don't feel like helping out a corporation who would hire a terrible customer service associate. Dear target, it's 2015, train your employee better or fix her ipad bc it has a glitch.... and seriously, I expected more because that's part of your slogan isn't it? read more

I LOVE this Target! It's close to my work location. It's never overly crowded, I always get my exact same parking spot at the end of the left side of the parking lot. And when I use my "Red Card", I save 5% off my purchase. The store is always very clean and well organized. Can't find what you're looking for? Pull up your iPhone app, do a search, it lists the item and it's location in the store. If it's something that they don't carry in the store or they are out of, you can order the item online and they will ship it to your house for FREE, yes no shipping, and yes, you still save 5%. Isn't that great??? What's a "Red Card"? It's a card issued by Target, but it's not a credit card. Whatever I buy is automatically debited from my bank account like my ATM card. Another thing I really like about this store is that the prices are competitive. Sometimes, if you buy multiple items, you get a $5 gift card. I always watch for these deals as I shop. Regular target. What you expect. Great new Starbucks. Bad sinks in the toilets for Kids. The short humans' hands touch the very shallow continuous base of the sink. The person next to you, washing their poopy hands, sends those poopy germs over to your child who may touch that yucky water on that yucky sink. They refuse to keep stools for kids because of liability issues. Then you need better sinks. I come to Target with Kids to shop as much for them as for me. read more

I recently started working in the Cranberry/Warrendale area and have a feeling that this Target will be one of my get-away-from-the-office-and-wander-aimlessly spots. I came here last week, and the store provided just what I needed. This Target is a pretty typical location - no fancy Starbucks inside and no additional grocery items. However, I like that they have an optical department since I've gotten my last 5 or 6 pairs of glasses/sunglasses from Target. I also liked that it looked like they were installing fabulous new makeup fixtures. They were bright and easy to shop. Now I just can't wait to see them all filled up with product. read more

Composite review: This Target is well maintained, staffed adequately, shelves stocked and arranged correctly, staff helpful. One star if you try to shop here early in the morning. Thought it was a good idea to hit Target on my way to work but ended up walking out. This is when they restock. Lots of employees in the aisles and I can only assume they were trained to block the customer from the shelves. Aisles are blocked by restocking carts and shelves are blocked by employees. I went to return an item I purchased for my daughter for Christmas with the receipt in hand and they refused to give me my money back. Their reason was that the receipt was too old, which it was not.
