This particular store is in Robinson Township. In the past decade, I have shopped at this store a couple of times. This store had a Sephora cosmetics store inside of it. During my most recent visit, I did not find any women's merchandise to buy, but my husband did find a package of name-brand men's socks that were on sale and that he liked. In the checkout line, we did not have to wait at all. The cashier made pleasant small talk, and she accurately processed our transaction. Days earlier, Kohls had emailed me some Kohls Cash that I could use toward the purchase, so I used it to offset some of the cost. read more

I love a good deal, and there are plenty to find at Kohl's. The trade-off is you get very little help finding things. The shelves can be cluttered and in disarray sometimes. I saw a great deal for a stand mixer, and I decided to buy online and pick it up in the store. The pickup location is all the way in the back, and the line is right next to the returns line. The person assigned to pickups was paged, but never arrived, so one of the very busy returns employees offered to go get my mixer. They also do Amazon returns, too. read more

The clothes are always a hot mess once you get past the items near the main aisles. Things are out of order. I understand everyone is understaffed but every store I go to is a super hot mess of disorganization. I hate coming to Kohl's but it's a necessary evil for some dresses for my daughters. I love Kohls! I love the jewelry and purse sections the most! I always treat myself and buy new purse every couple months and they have a nice selection. i'm always able to find cute socks and tights too. The close area.. juniors in women's section there's always a ton of small sizes xs and s and not enough of the other sizes. I can get lost in the jewelry section easily.. pricing there's not always cheap you have to either have coupons or really get a good deal. Although I did find a cute pair of black skinny jeans that a good price today. I was hoping to find boot cut but the selection was slim. Kohls please allow some A/C in your fitting rooms. read more

If you spend $600.00 a year there then you qualify for MVP status and get flyers from time to time offering you various percent discounts ranging from 15-30% The store carries a wide selection of clothing, shoes, housewares, appliances. make up, jewelry and accessories to name a few. They often have "bonus buys" from time to time but usually they turn out to be a bit more inferior merchandise. Still they offer free Wi-Fi and is one of the most heavily crowded stores during the holidays. Wait times for registers can be lengthy if you hit it at a busy time. Still the racks are well organized. You can also shop on line and the store will return the item if you aren't satisfied with your online purchase. Occasionally the offer "Kohl's cash" for every $50.00 spent but it is usually for a later period of time and easy to forget you have it. They are now trying a system I've seen in other department stores where you can purchase on line and pick up in store. All in all it can be budget friendly but remember you get what you pay for. read more

I placed a couple of orders for store pickup and was impressed with how easy it was! I got an email notification when my order was ready. I parked at one of the reserved spaces for pickup. Once I got there I notified them through the link provided in the email. They were out to my car in less than 5 minutes each time. I was in and out! Beats going in the store. I also purchased heavier chairs so it was very convenient having them delivered to my car. I love Kohl's! read more

Rude staff horrible customer service. Went there on a Saturday afternoon and the cashier was either having a bad day or just had a bad attitude overall. In this day an age of short labor for these types of roles you come to expect a degradation in service but maybe put your more customer oriented staff at your registers. read more

You have to really watch what you buy at Kohl's. They have a lot of crappy clothes that are cheaply made and the national brands can be found at the same price or cheaper at other stores. read more

WARNING..I missed a monthly payment on my bill and got hit with a $35.00 late payment Charge + interest charges... Since Sept. been receiving mail, text & Email Christmas ads for Kohls almost daily... YET KOHLS COULDN'T EMAIL OR TEXT ME THAT I MISSED MAKING A PAYMENT... INSTEAD I GET A $35.00 LATE PAYMENT CHARGE... Contacted Kohls about the charge and they will not take it off....Was a customer for over a decade - but NO MORE..
