The lady who helped me explained that during the pandemic New Balance had temporarily halted production and that they were only now starting to make and ship shoes. She measured my feet and recommended I try Brooks. She taught me how to tie a secure knot at the ends so that my ankles would be supportive. The shoes felt very good and then I inquired about orthotics with a metatarsal arch for support. She showed me one pair and had to order my size. Along with that she recommended a pair of beach sandals by Birkenstock which would give me more support than ordinary flip flops. I'm allowed to try out my purchases for two weeks as long as I don't take them outside in the event I wish to return them. The very next day I got a call from them telling me that my orthopedic inserts had come in. Sanaljon carries all the top shoe brands and they carry specialty shoes, diabetic shoes, socks, and pretty much everything for you footwear needs. Expect to pay more here because you are buying name brand and quality. Am very happy with my purchase and will shop here again for my shoe needs.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes from an online source that I had to return because of poor sizing and ill-fitting construction. A neighbor recommended Pro Bike+Run - Robinson. I worked with representative Sam Snodgrass. This guy really knows his product and process to make sure you are fitted properly. Your foot is first measured for proper sizing. Secondly, the pressure points and foot arch are determined and displayed and lastly your gait is videoed. Now it's time to try a number of shoes to see how these elements help to determine a proper fit. Myself, I settled on the New Balance Foam Fresh 1080's. These are not only comfortable for walking, but I was amazed at the relief I was getting for my lower back! Unbelievable! I also purchased a pair of "flip-flops". Next, my wife was so impressed she completed the same process and purchased a pair of shoes and "flip-flops" as well. We are extremely satisfied customers and will suggest anyone at least try the Pro Bike+Run process before they purchase a pair of shoes. Lastly, the pricing was very palpable. For the comfort, I believe $159.00 price tag is not too much to pay. "I will pay good money for my shoes and my bed because if I am not on my back, I'm on my feet"! November 14, I bought a pair of shoes and was given a 2 hour window....granted I purchased in the evening after store hours. The following day well past the store's opening, 1pm and was told the store didn't have the order. Ok, I went to another Foot Locker and purchased the shoes. The manager of that store said to call the 800 number, circled it on my receipt, to cancel the other order. In doing so, the agent I spoke with said, nothing an be done until I get an order pick up email. So, November 16, I receive the email, the order is ready for pick up. I call the store to check if they can cancel, and consistent with the other store, I was told to call the 800 customer service. So, immediately afterwards, I call the 800 and initially was told I just placed the order 1 hour ago, that's why it couldn't be cancelled. I request to speak to a supervisor. A gentleman gets on and says they can't do anything. He then claims to call the store to see if they could help. Gets back on and says I have to go to the store and pick and return. NO OTHER OPTION. In this day in of online everything, to no be able to cancel an order seems ridiculous to me.
