During my most recent visit, a couple of products that I needed, such as over-the-counter medications, were out of stock, so I could do only some of my shopping here. I ended up purchasing the remaining products later through Target's website. I appreciated that I found many travel-sized hygiene and beauty products for an upcoming vacation. I also found some cat food that my cats will enjoy. At the checkout, I waited in line for a short time. The cashier quickly scanned and bagged my merchandise, accurately charged me, and politely thanked me.

Most recent involved purchase and delivery of a Hamilton Beach spray iron, purchased on 8/13/26 and delivered on 8/14/26. The product was shipped in a flimsy, non-protective 'envelope' which afforded zero cushioning from jolting, dropping, throwing or stacking on truck, etc. When I opened the outside wrapping, I immediately observed a weathered-looking box that contained the iron. It was partially torn and dented in on one corner. Opening the box, I observed that the rear of the iron had partially separated from the unit and the wires were exposed. The box was missing packing materials and there was no sheet or leaflet with operating or registration directions which are typically included with the purchase of an electrical product. This led me to believe that the box had been previously opened and most likely returned to the store. There are obviously several issues of concern present in my experience; poor/careless quality control, improper shipping procedure, and most importantly, deceptive sales practice in leading consumer to trust that a 'new' product is being ordered and would be delivered. When I reported this to a live agent (which is a complicated process in itself), I received the customary and less-than heartfelt response of "I am sorry for your inconvenience, we'll be happy to make a return." A lesson learned for me, I will NEVER order ANYTHING from Walmart again. It is just not worth it. YELP HAS IDENTIFIED THIS REVIEW AS COMING FROM CA. NOT ACCURATE! Examples of stores for shoes and accessories are Foot Locker, Journeys, Lids, and Shoe Dept. Service businesses include salons, cell-phone carriers, optometrists, and the National Guard. Restaurants include several national chains such as Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon as well as local restaurants such as ChinaMax and Moon Sushi. The parking lot has a sufficient number of spaces for vehicles, even on the busier weekends, and the interior of the mall looks safe and clean.
