I got to interview the owner Jennifer who explained to me that pretty much everything is ordered from a wholesale company and she orders products that are well made. There's much to look at here. From baby gifts, children's and party gifts, pet gifts, scarves made in the UK, bracelets, necklaces in a bottle, cocktail gifts, soaps, bubble bath, candles, greeting cards, prints, soaps, you can practically find most anything you want here. With your purchase, gift wrapping is free. Jennifer is even offering homemade cookies as part of her opening week kickoff. She hopes to expand her business as she gets new ideas but it's a great spot to get something for any occasion or if you wish to indulge yourself. After much deciding I purchased an embroidered bat tea towel and a soap sponge holder to catch my soap bar drippings. This was our third time trying to send in for our car title so that we could sell our used car that had been sitting in our driveway for at least 3 years. We noticed on the form that there needed to be a notarization on our signatures, something we hadn't noticed before. When we went to see Maria, she was not only professional and kind, but she was very knowledgeable and pointed out right away that we had been sending in the wrong form. She gave us the right form, watched us sign it and notarized it the same day. We received our car title in less than 10 days. Thank you Maria! I would highly recommend this business.

When I asked the groomer at The Dog Stop in Carnegie if she knew anyone who groomed cats, she said "yes me". I was so excited and she did an amazing job on our kitty. Mat free and trimmed up. She also did a nail trim for her. I'm very happy and highly recommend calling them for your cat and dog grooming needs.

We place an order for deliver prior to Christmas - the order was guaranteed to be delivered on December 23. We never received tracking information for the order and reached out to them on December 21. We did receive an immediate response noting that they were unable to log into their system remotely and since it was after hours would get a response to us the next day. CRICKETS - never heard a peep. Reached out again via text on December 24 - CRICKETS! Never heard a peep.... Well, on December 26 we received notice that the order shipped.... Glad they had our money for a week given the credit card was charged when the order was placed; however our gift never arrived to the recipient until after Christmas, and there was zero communication that there was a delay. We at normally not ones to complain publicly about a small business; however do expect communication. Had they reached out to let us know there was an issue, we would have fully understood and been more than happy to explain the situation to the recipient. BUT with no communication we had no idea if the gift was on the way - if it was late - if it would never arrive and we were scammed out of $200. Communication is key!
