So much great vintage inventory -- I could get lost in here for hours! There are a lot of new items every time I stop by.

Nice place but they charge a fee to use your debit card. Merchants should not charge their customers this fee.

So, Zicknacks and Treasure Trove Fleatique both share same address and signage is for Treasure Trove Fleatique. Once inside, the downstairs has used furniture while upstairs has booths for different vendors of used items, a lot of it vintage. There is even a plant booth which I loved and purchased a couple plants at a good price. Sooo, after coming home and searching online I am deducing on my own that Zicknacks occupies the main floor/downstairs portion of this venue of furniture and furnishings (I never saw any signage-- did I miss it?) And other vendors occupy upstairs. I must admit this particular visit there wasn't that much furniture but I can see that this is a good option when searching. The cashier is on the main floor near the front door. Searching online it shows Zicknacks also does donation pickup and has Hauling services.

All the clothing is separated into different racks by categories, i.e jackets, sweaters, blouses, etc. They also have a great accessory selection for bags, shoes, and jewelry and in the back there is a whole wall for children's clothes and toys. Everything is reasonably priced for a thrift store. I didn't spend more than $6 on a single item. The location is very convenient as well. Right on Potomac ave in Dormont and there is meter parking right out front of the store. The ladies that work there are very nice as well. They told us how they are volunteers and have been working there for years. This is a non-profit store and everything they don't sell within 60 days goes to homeless shelters and a lot of their profits go towards helping the animal shelters as well. The store has been around for 50+ years, which is amazing. The ladies said it originally started out as a trade store for items people didn't want anymore, hence the name. Very cool history and a great place to find a good deal! Will be back!

The director of operations of the penn hills warehouse Bryan Engel is a selfless man who works for a catholic organization and does not care about anything besides money, treats his employees with disrespect and disdain. He raises budgets for stores and the warehouse and threatens employees for their jobs when certain demands are not met when employees cannot control the influx of donations to meet these certain demands. It's purely unacceptable for a non-profit company because that is not the mission described to the public. Not to mention he's not a catholic himself. certain employees who have been loyal to the company have no received a pay increase from $11/hr for 7 years per Bryan. purely unsustainable for todays economy. They also have a voucher system that claims to help families and individuals in need but get put on a waiting list for months and months at a time. their main goal is to make money for themselves and not for their employees or other people in need. Do not give the Penn hills store or warehouse any business because you will be severely disappointed. Their mattress company "Chicago mattress company" refurbishes used mattresses to be resold for hundreds of dollars. as well as their furniture And clothing. Take your business and applications elsewhere. if not you'll be severely disappointed.
