Wow, this place has a ton of really cool and unique items, kind of like a kitschy museum of sorts. There are fun old fashioned games, vintage clothing, records, CDs, knick-knacks, lamps, signs, etc. It should definitely be on that show American Pickers. If it hasn't been on that show, not sure why it hasn't. I actually didn't know that there is three floors, so I will have to come back again and check out the other floors. I literally just strolled through the first floor, ha. It was pretty cold in the store on this winter day. So, not sure if the heat works too well. The store clerk was very helpful and attentive. The prices are very expensive. I have no idea what this stuff is worth because I don't but a lot of antiques. It is certainly fun to look at this crazy collection of stuff though. read more

Unfriendly, unkempt, uninspiring and uninteresting Well, that's about 40 minutes of our life we'll never get back. First of all, when someone walks into your place of business you should acknowledge them. A simple "hello" or "how you doing?" is all it takes. Apparently these people never got the memo. They didn't speak to us when we walked in, and they didn't thank us for stopping by when we were leaving. As an antique mall this is pretty pathetic. It's filthy with dust and dirt everywhere. Heaven forbid if someone has asthma or any other sort of respiratory issue. A lot of the "booths" are in shambles with stuff just thrown all over the place. The way I see it, instead of sitting on your duff the entire day, how about putting out a little effort to clean your place up a bit? And the second floor? Not a single light was on...not one. There are several rooms full of stuff, but it's nearly impossible to see it because it's so dark. The only room where you could see anything was the one where the sun was shining in the window. I guess if it's a cloudy day you're just out of luck. We tried all the light switches, but none of them worked. If you're not going to light the place you shouldn't let people up there. As it is it's a safety hazard. While there's quite a bit of legit antiques and collectibles, there's an equal amount of junk. Nothing wowed us because nothing was really interesting. Out of the 15 or so antique malls we visited during our three day trip this was the worst. Save yourself the time and aggravation....drive six miles to Kensington Court Antiques, where the people are very friendly, and the place is clean and organized. read more

There is something therapeutic about a place like this. I don't know exactly what it is, but I have an inkling. When you go to a spot like this, whether it be a resale shop or an antique mall, you become nostalgic. Looking through the odd and strange things that people are willing to sale kind of makes you want to go back to a time in your life that was simpler. The items that you will come across here range from the ordinary that you can find elsewhere to one of a kind pieces that lean more towards the artistic. I am still contemplating returning here to purchase one item that I have never seen before just so I can own it. Parking is atrocious, I mean for real, there is hardly any parking around this awkward building. Kind of matching the inside. Three floors filled to the brim with items. Keep track of what room you are in as each room may have a different sale going on. In the colder months, this will be a definite journey for you. Great store to find unusual items and vintage things. The owner is knowledgeable and has a great memory of the thousands of items. Some items are negotiable. I would recommend going when you have time to browse. I will walk through one room (there are many rooms) and if I walk through again there are many items I didn't see before. I opened the creaky door to the establishment to the instant approach of a barking dog. The place is fairly unkempt and smells or dirty dog and mildew. i wasn't greeted nor responded to when I said, "hello," but the guy at the counter did assure me that the dog was friendly. There are three floors and some interesting things to look at but since every single item is priced at the very top of the market, it's not as fun to peruse as it would be elsewhere. They also have a much higher ratio of vintage, garage sale type stuff than true antiques for sure. I looked diligently for either something cheaper or something that could tempt me enough to pay top price and it just wasn't there. At one point I wanted to ask a question about an item, a nice toile patterned platter inside a case, and since there was a guy walking around following me into every room for the hour I was there (why, when they have cameras anyway)? I assumed he worked there and that I could ask him about it. But when I said, "Hi, do you work here?" he answered, "Nope! just looking around like you are." Later, when I went back downstairs, I saw him standing behind the counter with the man working the register. I made a token $10 purchase and left annoyed. I don't carry a large handbag or dress in bulky attire. I was just a customer with money in my pocket. But this wasn't an enjoyable shopping experience in the slightest. I ubered there excited to shop and left mystified by the place. If people want to sell, they ought to think about the customer a little. read more

I love this place! There are three floors of vintage goods and antiques. The prices can't be beat and the selection is amazing! Everything from furniture to vintage t-shirts. You name it you can find it here! The owner is a really great guy who is always willing to help you find something or accommodate you in any way he can. When I visit it's not necessarily because I'm looking for something in particular. I like to just browse and if something jumps at me I'll buy it. This store is just lovely. Most of the building has attractive displays, and the other parts, there are items in piles that are fun to sift through. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of vintage clothing and always have lots of interesting furniture. I could spend days in this store. It's an old building that isn't insulated very well so dress appropriately if you want to take your time shopping on all floors. read more

Other than the vintage t-shirts and shoes I seemed to have visited a different place than other reviewers did. Is there a floor downstairs? I parked "out back/down below" and saw a door open and the place was full of... stuff? Didn't want to go into a private part of someones store so I went up top. Did I miss an entire floor? Some gruff looking guy was behind the counter and really didn't acknowledge me as I entered, was going to ask about the basement but he didn't look like he was wanting to talk to anyone. I'm more of a smalls collector so to be honest not much for me, more large items and "vintage" things than antiques IMO. Would I stop back? Most likely not unless I was driving directly by, not worth going the 12 miles out of my way to find the place. As stated, parking is terrible and you'll end up on the busy road questioning where you are supposed to actually park. read more

It is not pleasant to open a door and instantly be greeted by an unleashed, aggressive, barking dog (and not a small dog, it's at least medium-sized.) Not sure why the owners think that is acceptable, but it isn't. Maybe put the dog on a leash if you aren't going to bother training or controlling it (the store is on a busy highway too - I mean, at least keep the dog from bolting for the door and potentially running into traffic.) Got barked at while paying for our items too, but at least it was restrained behind the counter by that time. Rather unwelcoming to say the least. If you're going to keep an animal in your store, you should exercise basic control over it during business hours, period. The store is nice enough otherwise, and we had enjoyed visiting in the past (so, two stars I guess), but no desire to visit again. read more

The building was originally a private home. The next owner added a mechanic's garage to the building. Inside the home are wooden arches, wooden stairs, and beautiful fireplaces. Unfortunately the building has not been kept up. Today the building is home to dozens of antique vendors. Many of the vendors cater to 60's & 70's. I found a complete series of pictures which I hadn't seen in decades ... and was able to negotiate a fair price. read more

Many different little rooms with antiques from different vendors. Each area varies depending on the vendor but I was able to find some printer tray drawers and ceramic animals. Staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely need to allow myself more time to peruse all the goodies. read more

I absolutely love visiting this antique store. In my opinion, this is one of the better places to browse antiques around Pittsburgh. The places is enormous so there is a huge range of items from different eras and varying price points. I usually go to browse and end up with a unique find or two. Also ask about/look for signs advertising sales in each room. The owner is also pretty willing to negotiate deals on items as well. This is definitely a place you need time to look through if you just show up, but that's half the fun of antiquing! But if that's not your thing, I have also seen an item I love posted on their Facebook, commented for them to hold it for me, and just showed up to pick-up/pay. I've driven past this place many times and I stopped in today for the first time. I really, really wanted to like it, but it just wasn't to be. Here's the good: The building is quite large (3 floors) and there are lots of interesting things to look at. The people working there are very friendly. Also, there may be some cool finds hidden among lots of crap. And the bad: The entire place is in disarray. It's absolutely filthy and smells weird. (Not musty, but weird.) While there are several floors to browse, most of the stuff being sold is overpriced and/or falling apart. The building itself is in shambles; it's crumbling. Also, the parking situation definitely isn't optimal, as it's located along the river side of Ohio River Boulevard. read more

Great variety of vintage items at reasonable prices. Spent a couple of hours perusing the three floors of vintage decor, oddities, posters, clothes, furniture, and collectibles. Took an Uber from my hotel as it's close to downtown Pittsburgh. Bought enough to fill my suitcase. Really enjoyed chatting with the staff who are friendly and cheerful. And the adorable dog, Lucy, announces your arrival, then hopes you'll pet and play with her, which I did. read more

Several floors and so many rooms. I had a lot of fun exploring and will likely go back soon. Parking is very confusing. If you're driving by and you see a spot in the front, swing in fast to avoid being rear-ended, otherwise keep on driving past and hope for better luck next time. This place was on the disgusting side. There were cords from antique lamps and fans in the middle of the walkways as well as broken glass. Items just thrown everywhere, not really any good setup. Also, the selection in general was not good. Will definitely not be returning. read more

Store was messy, dirty and cold - there seemed to be almost no heating the day we were there and much of the inventory was so badly organized/arranged that it was a chore to browse. luv this place i go about every 2 months because i live far away. Prices are a little high but i bought a chest of drawers for $40 i negotiated. (my parents had an antique store in sunnyvale, calif.) I luv going to the attic to look at the ohio river. I stop in this place often. It has a mix of everything and you never know what you may find. They have recently cleaned-up and organized the entire store a bit more than it had been, so it is even easier now to shop and find treasures! Parking can be tricky, and be careful when you pull out (I didn't realize I was right on route 65 until a car came whizzing up and I had to dart off!) All in all, a good place to check out. read more

When they say mall, they mean it. Every time I think I've found the last room, I find another. There is a huge selection from kitschy housewares to oil paintings to glassware and dishes and earthenware to jewelry. The highlights are the mid-century and Victorian furniture and the 1900s-80s clothing on the top floor. The staff is ready to help, without feeling the need to follow customers around. The prices ranged from reasonable to discounted. Schedule at least 45 minutes if you want to see (almost) everything. read more

There were no real antiques here (nothing pre-1940), though there were some mid-century pieces and clothing available for sale. We can't comment on the pricing because nothing caught our attention. The poor building is on its last leg, but at least it's still being used. There was little parking available in front of the store. read more

Have passed this place a few times and wanted to stop.. Well stopped today and they had not one.. But several blow mold Halloween decorations scattered outside.. I went in to ask prices and I'm gathering it was the owner with his horrible snooty attitude says" None of those are for Sale!!" And the place smelled and was simply a disarray of clutter.. I LOVE this place. I am a kid in a candy store when i go in....where as i dont leave with somthing everytime it is always a pleasant time at this joint! Bill is a sweetheart and his puppy will love on yah if you let him. My boyfriend and I are here is seems at least 3 times a month. The other awesome thing about this blast from the past mall is that there is always somthing new everytime! Its always changing and I love that! Everything is negotinalble and nothing is every overpriced! These people know the good from the bad! They never bring in crap or try to rip you off. Also if you are looking for somthing and they dont have it they will try to help you find it! They have anything from creepy cool stuff to retro 1950's fun stuff to collectables paintings hell last time i was in there they had this wicked cabnet and matching fireplace set up! (looked like somthing outta hellraiser)...they have those little veggie and fruit salt and pepper shakers my mother loves! Last time i was there i got a working cuk cuk clock.
