She was the nicest employee in there. Thank you, Kate for being such a pleasant and positive, kind girl!

They also sell blankets, infant toys, socks, hair accessories, etc. They have a good store policy, and the associates are friendly and helpful. Personally, some of the regular prices are steep for baby clothes that they will outgrow quickly, so I just wait for the 40-60% off sale. Sometimes the clearance racks are an extra 20% off and that's a pretty great deal!

I had no idea before encountering this location that OshKosh was affiliated with Carter's. I love that the two stores are adjacent and that I can make a single purchase and get both Carter's and OshKosh products. My impression of the two brands is that OshKosh is focused on the older child as its infant selection seems much smaller than Carter's. OshKosh offers a lot of denim - from multiple jean fits to classic overalls - with a accompanying t-shirts. The product also seems to be a higher price. As my daughter is currently wearing 0-3 months, I am buying more Carter's clothing today but will definitely start shopping OshKosh more as she gets older.

It is easy to find the departments that you want and there is space to move around within the departments. They were also pretty well organized and stocked. Associates seemed to be quick to pick up and organize anything that wasn't in the right place. It could potentially be a one stop shop for things like all your back to school needs. Make sure you check for coupons because they almost always have coupons (on top of their usual sales). The one down side is that while it seems like there are plentiful sales associates, it was surprisingly hard to track down an open register when I wanted to cash out. Overall, though, a great place to shop.

For many years, I have occasionally shopped at this Macy's store in Westmoreland Mall. During my most recent visit, I shopped mostly in the women's section, and I thought that the store had a good selection. I saw designer brands such as Calvin Klein and also name brands. The store was having a holiday sale for Memorial Day weekend, and most merchandise was discounted. The only constructive feedback that I have is for checkout lines to have shorter wait times.

I live in Allegheny County, which does not have a Boscov's, so this particular location in Beaver County is the closest to me. For at least a few years, I have shopped occasionally in this store. I would describe Boscov's as being between Macy's and JCPenney in quality. Products are often name-brand and designer and are often on sale for low prices. I always shop in multiple departments but focus mostly on the junior's and misses's sections of clothing, which are quite large and take much time to search through. During my most recent visit, I chose a thermal/waffle shirt that was on sale for only $7. I was standing in line at a cash register when an employee told me that I could go to her cash register a short walk away. I appreciated that she did not make me wait to be served. She correctly rang up my purchase and thanked me.

Now, every time I go I feel like I'm in a seconds store that is just a chaotic, disorganized mess. They typically only have one set of registers open, so there are often lines. Signage in the store is often incorrect (sale prices listed for items that aren't on sale, items in the wrong place etc). There are price checkers throughout the store but those often aren't working either. Clothes seem to be haphazardly thrown together on racks. I want to be able to quickly find something in my size, not feel like I'm on a poorly mapped out treasure hunt. Prices seemed to have increased dramatically with a lower selection and lackluster service. They do occasionally have some good sales, but you really have to be diligent to see if what you think is on sale actually is on sale. It isn't the worst place to shop, but I wish they'd fix some of these issues and be more like it was before.
