I have probably gone there 5+ times without my nephew and had a terrible experience. They have missed numerous sales from me simply because they're too good to ask if I need help. This store is in a pretty busy outdoor shopping mall which includes some big stores like Old Navy as well as some restaurants (Streets of Cranberry). This store is your typical Hallmark Gold Crown store but they don't seem to have the chocolates that you can choose from like some of the stores in South Hills like the one in Canonsburg. Still this store has friendly staff and is kept well. It seems a little crowded in the store because it seems it's not as large as some of the other stores we visited lately.
